I hoped for cleaner carpets (medium expectations). They were really exceptional, from setting up the appointment, the actual service (very clean carpets, going over my more dirty areas twice, taking great care with the house and furniture, etc.), and one of the most pleasant house-work experiences I can remember. David Baker: Shut up and did the work exactly on time. I added a piece of furniture and they did that as well. I’ve had other times with other companies where the furniture seem to get cleaner overall. OK but not fabulous.

The technician, Juan, who came out was professional and courteous. I received a reminder call with a time frame the day before and a call the day of about 15 minutes before he arrived. I very much appreciate this. None of Your business: Really great service and work. They did my youngest sons room along with my living rooM which had urine stains from our dogs. We’ve had these areas along with our entire house cleaned multiple times and everyone is in and out. They not only took the time to make the carpet very clean they took care of the urine smells as well. They truly took a lot of time to get the carpet very clean instead of just running the steamer over the carpet. I would recommend wolverine carpet anytime especially if you have bad stains or pet issues. They really were good and professional. Jacquelynn Kennedy: We have used Wolverine for a few rugs and loved the results. We had them come today to do 5 bedrooms, 4 rugs, 2 stairs and 2 couches. They did a phenomenal job! On time, quick process, very professional and kind! Usually when we’ve had cleaners in the past our carpets smell like a wet dog and are soaking wet but Wolverine has a very light citrus scent to their solution and our carpets are about 80% dry only a few hours later. They were very thorough and were able to get all of our stains out. Our house is fresh and squeaky clean and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality clean!
