There is a decent level of staffing and most of the staff on the floor know their products and can provide helpful advice. The prices are definitely higher than online retailers, but the premium isn't too much higher and the service makes up for it in my opinion.

If you sell a product and it's returnable it shouldn't be an issue. But oh boy was it. I had to come back 2 days in a row for them to return the amount. The store manager wasn't there and the man I spoke with told me to leave with no refund. I almost had to call the cops because I felt unsafe with the men who were responding like 2 year Olds over a product and store that they work at. WHO CARES ITS NOT LIKE I TOOK THE 700 FROM THEIR PERSONAL POCKET. and still. Not even an Apology. So I will continue to periodically leave reviews because this company is trash. Good luck if you need a return.

David Schneck: Only 4 out of 5 stars because they seriously need to change the name and the sign out front, as drones now appear to be only a tiny portion of their business. Great selection of ground vehicles that I've been missing out on, as the last time I visited it was all about drones. Worth a visit, whether you like drones, planes out vehicles.

The employees at Excel basically taught me a course on Fpv. They were great, im super greatful for all their help. The shop was low on inventory in some areas( why only 4 stars) but you get that anywhere you go these days.

Chad Roberts: I went here as a novice to buy a new traxxas. There's no clear entrance point, so you have to go in thru the pits and track. I was greeted with a, "be right with you". I waited 25 minutes. Appeared to be 3 people working. But not a single one addressed me again. I looked around the store. Saw a couple cars that intrigued me. I turned back to the counter at one point, and nobody was there anymore. I just left.I went to Nankin hobby in Southgate. Was greeted and the clerk spent time answering questions. Ending up buying from them. Plus some upgrade parts, and he told me the common parts that break, and I got those too. Just to be prepared. Overall I spent almost $700.I chose DB first because it's close to my job. But, Nankin is close to home too.I won't try to shop at DB again. It was almost disheartening.Oh, here's a pic of my Nankin purchase.

Brandy Johnson: They have a fair selection of stuff, unless you're looking for xray. Store area is always dirty (dirt track) so everything looks like it's been on the shelves for a hundred yrs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, prices are reasonable, however there are several tracks in this area so if you research you can call around and see who has what at what price. They all have great staff.

Which was disappointing to me since I travel so far had a herd time finding the place and it’s hardly anywhere with a i indoor dirt track or maybe it was me 👨🏿
