Alias: Hair club is a scam .. don’t trust them this is only for people who is fully bald for getting a hair wig.. if u are just having normal hair loss you should go and see a doctor and not hair club. My original hair before and after is a disaster in my life .. I just had minor hair loss before going to this location and now I am completely bald because I made this decision their gum for sticking the hair wig on your head will lead to make u fully bald and there are 100% chances that will lead to kill existing hairs and ur hair will never grow back and also there are some chances u will be getting skin diseases like irritations and dandruff ( because they recommend hair wig when u already have hair on ur head ) but they are not supposed to recommend a wig for a 25 years old man when I am having some minor hair loss … I was pushed into this after contacting them once and just for after all 3600$ ( I would have just paid them if these people are beggars) they ruined my entire hair and now I have to live my remaining life bald because of the decision I made for getting a wig on my existing hair… worst decisions of my life time is going to hair club I lost money and peace and all my remaining hair also I got skin irritations on my head. They will use all technical names to pull u in but it’s just a hair wig and some gum not anything else

Preceptis: I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet. They prey on old ladies that are vulnerable from losing their hair. They rope you into a contract and say it’s good for said amount of strands throughout the year but cannot honor it because stylists quit every other week. They then keep asking for more money saying the prices have changed and contract is no longer valid. My 80 year old mother paid a lot of money only to be cancelled because of lack of stylists until her contract ran out. Run away as fast as you can a complete SCAM.

Absolutely horrible.I should’ve known starting my initial “in person” consult started over 30 minutes late on an iPad in the office - I could have done that from work. However, I was assured that hair club could provide me exactly what I wanted. I had done my research and was told explicitly that they could deliver. Actually telling me it’s easier when clients know what they want. I also inquired abt timeline as I knew other ls were having supply chain issues, yet again was assured that this wouldn’t be the case.After waiting over 6 weeks was given a 4-6 week timeline (and attempted to schedule safe) i received the phone call that they didn’t have my system. I expressed that I’d need to reschedule a few months out, which is why I asked initially if i should wait until summer to schedule, and they “pulled strings” to get my system.After 7+ hours in their office I received the atrocity pictured. My request was mesh, liquid adhesive, dark blonde system with bleached knots, as I wanted to have an exposed hairline. I received a brown/red hued system, taped, unbleached knots, with a thick netting… I literally have had $25 dollar halloween wigs look better.During this entire process I also had multiple appointments changes without notification or consent. There is a pre check, post check etc. They would just tell me as I’m checking out my delegated time.After finding I was extremely unsatisfied they did want to “make it right.” However after getting absolutely every piece wrong, telling me that they gave me a system that wasn’t intended for me, and blaming my timeline for the reason it looked bad, I was not interested. My timeline had nothing to do with the poor application and continual poor communication on their part.Currently It’s been over 4 weeks and I’ve received not a single penny of my refund. The office isn’t even responding to weekly emails - (I’m not harassing them just want my money back). They’ve provided the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I didn’t realize the used cars salesman types still existed, but they just want your money.Services:Haircut,Hairstyling

LaCinda Rishel: My appointment was at 4 pm. I walked in and there was no one at the front desk. I could hear someone talking, like, in the back. The office was very clean and professional looking. I was the only person in the waiting room. It took about 20 mins before someone came in to view and finally acknowledged me. She let me know that the consultant was out sick, they tried to contact people to reschedule and they must have missed me. She did offer that she might be able to do the consult via Zoom but it was up to me. I asked if I'd get the same service as if the consultant was in person. She said no, not quite. She handed me a form to fill out and said she'd be back to see what I'd decided. After sitting there for just over an HOUR from my appt time, another lady came and said they were so sorry but I'd have to reschedule and someone would contact me soon. Waste of my time, my gas (45 min drive btw)... ugh! Frustrated- yes, I was, very. Thus,1 star.

I have a very good and trusting relationship with all of the staff, starting from the very friendly and helpful voice who answers the phone and greets you as you walk in, Elyce is professional and always manages to work out whatever issue you may have. Always striving to make things right.I was a loyal Robert Customer, it was because of him I even signed up. I will say as my Robert is trying to retire, I was nervous at first but when I was placed with Katie and she rocks! Trying new hairdo's I was probably to scared to try.... But she talked me into them and they are great, "people stopping hairdo's". Really, things like who does your hair?....To wrap this up, there are bunch of great people there at Ann Arbor, headed up by Christina and Kelly. I look forward to my sixth anniversary with Hair Club.

Randy Moore: I have been a client for 1.5 years. My fears: being made fun of by the guys, looking like I'm wearing a rug, or it slipping off embarrassing me. First, being made fun of. I play hockey with the same guys weekly and go to the gym everyday. The club handled this by restoring gradually. NO ONE NOTICED! Only one of the guys said you look younger, what did you do?Next, looking like I'm wearing a rug. I was able to brush, style and use my head normally. Amazing feeling to suddenly have hair again.Next was slippage. It stays put, feels natural and looks great. They will tell you to wait 24 hours for the adhesive to set before sweating. Not possible with my bodybuilding schedule. I get around this with home maintenance if needed. Not difficult. And if I stay out of the sauna for the day of my service I have no problems.I went wakeboarding last year and neither the wind or the lake water affected me.I also wanted a natural hairline in the front. I did not want to comb it down to hide the hairline. I can brush it back and spike it up. It looks like it is mine. No one looks at my face then up to my hairline. Freaky great.To put it in a nutshell, if you are thinking about it, check it out. Christina at the Ann Arbor club is no pressure all the way. Don't worry about being pressured or sold. It won't happen. And I have used all the stylists at the club. They ALL know their stuff. Sometimes I wish someone would notice so I could brag about the experience. Do it.Randy Moore 62 years old
