Rachel Perry: I just had my hair cut by Ji. She did a wonderful job and my hair looks beautiful. She was very friendly and sweet and I could tell she really cared about getting my hair the way I wanted it. I would give her 5 stars.However, my experience at the salon as a whole was disappointing. When a new customer came into the salon, the manager came over and Ji told her that she needed more time with my hair as it is very long and she needed to straighten it…it seemed as though the manager wanted her to hurry up with my hair to get to the next customer who had just walked in…right in front of me, the manager asked Ji: “Do you have to?” As in- did she have to finish straightening my hair? I was pretty shocked that she asked that right in front of me and found it to be in poor taste.It felt as though the results of my hair were not important to the manager at all.I’m going to an important event tomorrow so I’m very thankful that Ji took the time to straighten my hair. She was pressured not to complete my look and rush onto the next person. I felt uncomfortable for her.I was on time and mentioned in the notes prior to my appointment that my hair is very long.Services:Haircut,Blowdry,Hair straightening
Saba Jahanbin: I was very excited for this hair cut and styling appointment, since the salon has fabulous reviews. I show up to my my appointment and 20 minutes later, they let me know that my stylist is running behind and they are not feeling well and are not going to see me. Now I understand that you can feel unwell, but it’s the salon’s / stylist’s responsibility to notify me that they want to cancel an appointment in advance. I really don’t appreciate my time being wasted.I ended up going with another stylist who’s name is not even on the official website (I realized this after the appointment). And although the second stylist tried their best, what I ended up getting was a very expensive blow out (I will not fault them for lack of experience. I should’ve just said no) Overall this was not the experience I signed up for.
Lucky Dixit: My wife got a very nice haircut and highlights here. I can say one of the best haircut she every got and highlights are beautiful. It’s a little expensive, we ended up paying 200$ for a haircut and highlights. Though it’s a lot of work.

Katie Baker: Karin and Company Salon knows how to make their clients feel special. The salon is adorable and spacey. You never feel like you're too close to the person next to you...which is awesome. Their prices are very reasonable and they always do a fantastic job. The real hero though, is Michael! This man is the only person allowed to highlight or color my hair. I have thick hair that can take a normal person hours to foil, but Michael is magic. He not only does he foil my hair in record time...it turns out exactly how I want it. Did you hear that...EXACTLY HOW I WANT IT! How often do you ask a stylist for something and when you leave...it's not what you were looking for? Too often if you don't have an amazing stylist, like Michael. He not only is honest (hey, that may take 2 or 3 processes to get ideal color or your hair won't lay like that picture, it will do this instead), but he works to create a outcome that you will love! Lauren N: I have very long hair and unfortunately received the choppiest, awful haircut of my life here by one of the most experienced stylists. It was hard to tell what my hair looked like when leaving the salon but when I tell you I have had multiple friends gasp in horror over how choppy my hair looks! I am sure I could book an appointment to have it fixed but to be honest I am so traumatized from how my hair looks I would rather it be fixed elsewhere.
