jenna janus: Food was very dry, flavorless, and toppings were undercooked. If you want a good burger don't waste your time here, you are better off to go to McDonalds. Only decent thing out of our whole meal was the french fries. As for the service, I understand they are meant to have the "mean act," but they didn't even do it well. Personally, I feel to have a good mean act you should make funny offensive comments that actually make people laugh. If you are going to be mean at least do it right. They even went as far to be mean to the child we had in the group. I am really disappointed with everything here, from the food to the service. Guy Fieri lead us in the wrong direction. I will not be eating here ever again.

Niki Duvall: We are from Cleveland and went on a getaway to Michigan. I looked up best food in Ann Arbor and this burger joint came up, as a 10 best places to eat. We get there and there is no parking. None. We paid to park. The place is nothing special which was fine... but the food. They don't season the tiny hamburger portions. You need to order 4 patties to get a quarter pounder which cooks down and is not a quarter pound. They don't season the burgers or fries or anything. We were severely disappointed to take an hour detour for a Food Network and "best places to eat" pick. The one good thing I can say is the woman cooking was like a machine. She took multiple orders and never wrote anything down and had her system down to a T. If I had to do it again I would have chosen something else.Parking: Busy area. No parking. Streets closed so not easy to get around.
Mike Reviews: One of the best places to get a greasy burger around here, it's like a locally owned fast food joint. The food is cheap and greasy, but consistent and quick.Staff can be a bit brash and will make jokes at your expense, especially if you're unfamiliar with their little system. But they're kind people once you get past that.

If that and mediocre food is your bag, go see Krazy Jim! If you're like me, you prefer to just tell someone what you want and have them make it and be nice to you, then avoid this place like the plague. Zero stars.

Phillip Pham: My wife and I tried this place a couple of months ago and took the kids this time. They loved it, the idea of making their burger the way they want it. The cook kinda looked like Chris Pratt. The lady that was there was nice and comical as well. We only tried burgers but recommend their mushrooms with cocktail sauce. Sounds strange but great combo of flavors. We fed the family with drinks for well under $60. Will go back!

V. Solomon: Came to town for the weekend, and had a great experience at Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burger. Standing in line and watching the 2 men take orders one person at a time, making your burger right in front of you, was very unique.The service was good, i was treated the way i expected to be, and the burger was good too. 👍🏾 Onion rings were ridiculously good.On another note, as hard as it is to get businesses to answer their phone, Blimpy Burger was packed, cooking, and I called twice, and they answered the phone both times.....thats saying something great. Would definitely recommend!

Amanda Ruffin: I've been to 3 different shake shack locations that had really great food and service. We ordered and chose the text me when done option. The employee walked around the restaurant with our food before the text arrived, and when he found us, he told us how we should have typed the table number next to the first name. If this is true, give some type of instructions next to your ordering screens. This location the buns were different than the others. They were like a pocket of bread, not grilled at all. The chicken my son wanted had breading that fell off when you touched it. The meat was an odd brown color and weird flavor and texture as if it were old and soggy. We were not impressed and definitely won't be stopping back anytime soon.!

The fries are nice and crispy, and the root beer float ties it all together. It was definitely a wonderful experience for some folks who came from the west side of the state. Chelsea Crowley: Decent food, fast service, friendly staff, subpar lettuce, dirty tables.We asked for the table to be wiped down after being seated because it was sticky and the rag they used was dirty as well, as it left someone's piece of burger behind after the table was "cleaned off". While the waitress wiped the table down for us she excused the mess by saying that cleaning the tables causes said table to be sticky..then why was there a dried puddle of ketchup?Food is over priced (like most places these days), however, the cucumbers in my salad had seen better days and I picked out nearly a 4th of the lettuce from my salad for fear of food poisoning.However, overall the staff was very welcoming, and overall, the food was decent.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options on the menu.
Gabriela Coleman: My kids and I dine at this location frequently, and are always welcomed by the entrance by its staff. The food comes out VERY quickly, and with young children, that's preferred! My spouse and I always enjoy the music and atmosphere of this family restaurant, and can always count on the quality of food. The only reason I didn't provide it 5 stars was that I do think the place could look cleaner.

The burger was typical bar burger taste for 5 star fine dining price. The fries were OK, broccoli was fresh,. It was just OK. Me and my 3yo ate for 40$ nothing crazy special off the menu. We had water to drink, kids grilled chicken with mandarins, a burger with fresh steamed broccoli, side of aoli fries and two cookies. Service was attentative, and friendly. Because it was happy hour, the wings were only $6. 10 large boneless wings with your choice of several different sauces. The waitress was exceedingly, attentive and very friendly. Claudiu Harta: Place has gone downhill. Rude employees, slower than a sit down restaurant, sad soggy burgers and for $20 for a burger and fries? Would rather eat at McDonald's for a week straight than come here again.They have always been slow but this last time takes the cake. I waited almost half an hour for my food even though I called the order in beforehand. At 9pm. Employees were just standing around talking most of the time. I finally went up to ask what was taking so long, and one of the cooks noticed my burger was sitting in a bag on top of the fry warmer and said my order was waiting on fries (as he proceeds to drop a basket of fries in the fryer). They just forgot about my order. Then I asked them to make me a new burger because that one had been sitting there for half an hour and was cold. The employee was visibly upset by my request but made a new burger begrudgingly. I got home and the burger was soggy, falling apart, and the fries were overcooked and oversalted. Last time I come to Five Guys.
