Stadium Hardware Inc.: what do users think?
Celina Dusseau: Stadium hardware is just an absolutely top notch business with a top notch team. I went in for a few parts to repair some old rollerblades, and found not only what I needed but an incredible team to help me find the creative solution required to repair them right then and there!! Chris was immensely helpful and thoughtful in finding the right solution for my problem, and one other gentleman was also very helpful the first time I stopped in (but didn’t catch his name)! The team takes their time, is truly full of expertise and cares for their customers needs and interest. Thank you so much again!
Mark Erichson: As always... Super-knowledgable and -helpful staff. And they had what I needed. I love this place.
Rich Fein: Awesome store with awesome people. I came in with an oddball, antiquated valve for a toilet shut off. It needed new washers, one of which was unlike anything I'd ever seen. From their extensive inventory of parts, they found one that we were hoping would fit. And indeed when I reinstalled the valve, it worked. Thank you guys!
J. C.: Excellent variety with top notch knowledgeable personnel. Jim is a good example.
Thomas Deren: My favorite hardware store! Everything you need with such a friendly atmosphere and helpful people everywhere! My family's go-to for keys, they take the time to make sure they work smooth as can be.
Ben Caldwell: Favorite hardware. Everything you need and a super helpful staff.
Paul Bellefleur: Best hardware store I've ever been in.
Haleh Olsen: This place makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. A fully stocked store with superstar customer service. From potting soil to nail guns, they have everything you are looking for and more.Always outstanding service and truly a gem in the Ann Arbor community.
Chris Grant: They always have a helpful answer to my problems. Top notch staff, fast checkout, and I think it is now employee-owned.
Maxine Mercier: I've come to this location on a recommendation, and everyone I have interactions with is friendly, helpful, and easy to get help from. The store has anything you need.
R McFarland: Nice place shop. Friendly too.
Kato Hornet: Hands down where I am going for anything I need in the future. Staff here is the most helpful I have ever had.A man name Brian ( I have been informed he is a part owner and certified) helped me find the part i needed in seconds over the phone. I had been to 4 different stores with it out of stock at every location. 10/10
My Old House Fix: THE best Hardware Store in Ann Arbor for ALL your Old House needs! They seriously have everything! 👍
David Russell: This place is a true gem. Helpful and knowledgeable- this is my preferred hardware store!!!!
Jeff Xu: I’ve been shopping here for more than a decade, and they still have some of the best and friendliest employees around town. Everyone is ready to answer any questions you have and take you to exactly what you’re looking for, at a competitive price. They’re focused more towards specific house needs and of course hardware, you won’t find some items that the larger box stores would carry but it’s always good to come here first! Conversely they also carry hardware and material stock that those larger stores don’t carry or have limited selection of.
Michael Tullis: Lots of staff, very helpful staff. That seems rare at competing hardware stores. Their inventory is excellent too!
Joseph Taylor: Always someone available to help. For the money this is the best place to go. You won't save much going to home Depot and will spend 10 times The time looking for what you want.
Donald Adiska: I love this place, great advice and lots in stock.
Rick Rick: We live on the other side of town, and don't shop over there often. Woke up to a cold house with a failed furnace igniter. Figured out the part, no one local (and open on a Saturday) had the part, including the big box stores - except for Stadium Hardware. Very competitive price too. Brian confirmed it was in stock, so headed over. He open the box and examined the igniter before selling it to me. I bought two, and proactively replaced the other furnace's igniter at the same time since it was 12 years old. Highly recommend Stadium Hardware - they carry parts other hardware stores don't.
Katherine Opsommer: Great service. I would rather go to Stadium Hardwareany day. I get to talk to staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. Rather than go to a big box Hardware stores just to get lost and not find what I need.
brooke szilagyi: Truly a local, customer-focused gem! Helpful, informative, quick service. Thank you!

Ace Barnes Hardware Inc: what do users think?
Wilson Cardona: Excelente
Nick Sacco: Steve is great helped me register my new leaf blower and we did a test run
Portie Arawak: There were about 3 employees that saw when I entered but no greeting nor smile. Fine. I stood in an aisle looking on items and saw about 2 different employees pass by several times and one even stood right beside me, observing me and pretending to move things around, for about 2 minutes and didn't once ask if I needed help. I left the store as I felt uncomfortable and can't help but wonder to this day why was I being watched so closely. Those employees did not seem to be people that respect EVERYONE'S civil rights.
Bill Mccreadie: So may treasures to tempt you
Alyssa: Friendly/helpful staff. I come here regularly for household items. Very nice specialty appliances. So many great finds here and at a great price! Sometimes, they grill outside for customers. Sarah and Steve made me an awesome corn fritter last time!
Peggy Hayes: This store is top notch. And they are so helpful. Shopping there is a wonderful experience.
Eric McGlohon: Great hardware store! Also highly recommend all of their kitchen supplies
Christian Rinna: Lots of stuff not specific to hardware also household goods nic nacks etc!!! Lots of employees to help.
Bruce Geffen: So much to choose from.
Gregory Turnipseed: Everything I need
Finnbarr Conroy-Martin: Good store
Shell Bell: Extremely helpful & polite employees who actually know what they are doing or find help for your needs! It's out of my way to drive there sometimes, but worth it every single time.I would highly recommend the location on Stadium for all of your needs!
Patrick Hoey: Full disclosure, this business is owned and operated by a family member—and they don’t need any help from a little review of mine, but go to any other Ace Hardware and then try to compare it to Ace Barnes Hardware—you can’t, it’s a standard-bearer for stores that sell everything a family may need for their home and has a great selection of products and high-quality tool brands!
Matt Cyrulnik: Great place for HomeGoods and kitchen stuff.
David Dugger: Euphemistically, and somewhat politically incorrect, it’s often referred to as the woman’s hardware store. Why? They have an exceptional selection of high-end cookware, kitchen wares, kitchen gadgetry etc. not necessarily a woman’s thing it’s an everybody’s thing but if you’re looking for high-quality kitchen, products and hardware, you can’t beat this place
Jolene Heiney: John waited on me....What a sweet, kind man...I just Love this store!
Gary Heitman: Most helpful people ever. Didn't have it at one store, called the other and saved me the last one there.
Patrick Meyer: Ace has been solid. The people arr nice and friendly. I had a service issue with my stihl weed Wacker and they made it right
Zach Wilkinson: Had the item I needed when others didn't.Conveniently located.
marc: Big store, helpful staff.
Nick Elslager: Great products and cool kitchenware but I’m about done going there. I’ve spent so much money here and it’s just not worth the disrespect. Every time I speak to Mike, he is a grumpy, unhelpful person. He always has an attitude and multiple people I know will not go there because of him. He talks down to you and is very unpleasant/ sassy. The rest of the staff is usually very helpful. Go to stadium hardware if you want friendly, knowledgeable people, go there.

Ace Barnes Hardware Inc: what do users think?
Richard J: Had what I needed. Pleasant check out. Took a little while to find what I wanted though.
Kevin Doyle: Five stars is not enough. Once again today they saved me money not selling me something I thought I needed. They were right. Best little hardware store in the area. Extremely helpful staff. This should be a new review but they only let me post one. Went here again today (5/12/23) with something specific I wanted to buy. They had it in stock; however, when I described what I needed it for, the always very helpful staff directed me to a better solution at 1/3rd of the cost. Ten Stars!
Shane Daniel: Always helpful and has everything. Great staff of knowledgeable value
Dale Willson: Helpful people. Did not have the item I was looking for
Alek K: Quite big selection of garden tools
Heidi Benson: Super friendly and helpful staff.
J R: Friendly knowledgeable staff
DeWayne Haag: Knowledgeable staff
Jennifer Tislerics: Helpful staff, and a wide variety of products for just about any need!
John Jones: Staff on 2/3 were so rude!
Ann Arbor Hardwoods LLC: Good staff well stocked store fair prices.
S. H.: After going to Lowes and Home Depot, I decided to go to Aces. It's always had a more small hometown feel which I like and I feel like the people tend to be a bit more skilled in this store than the other 2 competitors.Anyways. After purchasing my mom a countertop dishwasher I was trying to find a faucet splitter or maybe a faucet adapter, or both? Really, I wasn't sure. Went to the 2 aforementioned places and they tried but weren't completely sure. Went to Aces and met a really cool man named Carl who told me about faucets and his experience with his own countertop dishwasher. We began to youtube and try and figure it out. Turns out the part I needed came with the dishwasher. Yet, he was gracious and laughed it off with me. I felt kind of bad but he was SO kind and thought the whole ordeal was comical; which was relieving after feeling like I had just wasted 15 minutes of his time. This will definitely become my FIRST stop instead of last when I'm heading to the hardware store.
Paul Bullion: Super helpful staff
Irvin Atterberry: Great products and great customer service. They aways have exactly what I need.
Shari Mueller: They are extremely helpful and usually have what I'm looking for.
Loretta Dorsey: Good service, helpful staff
Zahab Ramay: They actually had B&B in stock! We never have it in stock in Georgia!
Tony Markel: The gals and guys here KNOW things. Like what grade of bolt to get, and how to fix a screen door. They. Know. More than me at least.
Bill Moran: Always seem to have what I need, and sometimes what I didn't know I needed!
Mark Alestra: Nice selection tion oh Sthil products
Norman Miller: Very helpful as they always are.

Carpenter Bros Hardware & Rental: what do users think?
J: Some very helpful and knowledgable people working here. Came in looking for a specific item and asked about it as soon as I came in, and was promptly given detailed instructions on where to find it. Few minutes later, the associate who told me where to find the item also came to ask me if I had any questions using it and offered helpful tips. Will definitely consider this place first when looking for any hardware or household needs. They are well stocked and have a larger variety of items than I would have initially expected based on the size and location of the store!
BANDAR S: Locally owned hardware store. Been here multiple times and they're helpful. They give you the family feel. I recommend trying them. Better than corporate big box stores.
BJ Sullivan: Great service, well supplied, terrific stocking, well organized, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They're terrific! BJS
David Kwong: Nice friendly place, helped me find nut for my car, saved $ over dealer price
Ed Boucher: The store has a huge inventory and the staff is always helpful. Really like this hardware store.
Chad Jeffery: Drove half hour for part they said they had on the phone, they did not have it. Waste of time.
EKK: Very good service from staff. Just ask them anything you need.
Andy B: Well stocked, traditional neighborhood hardware store with knowledgeable staff to help you find what you need. It is large by traditional standards and has a much better selection of small items than a large home and garden type store but in a tiny fraction of the space. In many trips to this store I've never left without what I needed.
Eddie Godin: Great staff, super helpful.
Brian J. Trim: Quality products with quality service; providing surrounding neighborhoods and Ann Arbor with reliable care for decades!
Stephen Smith: Great independent hardware store in A2
Veronica Bullard: Follow me for more local reviewsPrompt, friendly service, they have plenty of inventory depending on what you wantThey have reasonable prices in a friendly neighborhood setting, no need to drive across town to get supplies
Laura Garvey: Good customer service
Paul Bullion: Saturday at noon these guys repaired a brass tub overflow fitting, drilled out and retapped the fitting so i could reattach a nice new chrome stopper handle....so cool old school repairs while you wait.
Vazir Fatehi: My go to hardware store, had everything I need for fixing stuff and conveniently located on the Northside in Ann Arbor.
J Cav: They have a lot of everything, from "Honey-Do list guy" all the way to "Professionals" such as televisions ownr. Bob Villa but.. most of their staff are rude so that turns me off.
Phoebe Adams: I’ve never had any success with this store unlike Stadium. Zinnia seeds didn’t grow, was sold the wrong hardware for a hose, washer filter worthless. Sorry I cannot return there as it was convenient
Scott Killoran: Staff here is amazing. Very helpful. Tons of cool hardware things
Ulysses Balis: Great local, family-owned hardware shop. They have a huge selection of useful household maintenance items.
Elmer Bisler: There's nothing to compare to a local hardware store. Always has what you need.
Candace Winslow: Very hardworking, honest, knowledgeable. Best place to rent small or big equipment from tule cutter to wood-splitter, chipper.

Grainger Industrial Supply: what do users think?
Yoonho Kim: Didn't know this place existed but sure glad I found it! Probably the only place locally that carries Kroil/Aerokroil. Great selection of items, great service, A+
Oscar e: Parnell, he is very helpful, every time I in Grainger always find the way to help and he knows almost everything.
Josh Williams: Always have a good experience here. We normally buy through the online store and pickup in person, but every once in awhile we walk in and always get great service. Pernell and the rest of the crew are always helping us get the right equipment. Much appreciated!
G L: Waited three weeks for an order then I was just cancelled! Terrible customer service!
Cori Aina: I will say that the customer service that is over the phone is great. And people that work here are nice. But they need a significant upgrade to their quality control. I ordered a pair of welding gloves and received two lefts. I ordered an $800 shelving unit, picked it up and when I unpackaged it, it was damaged beyond use. The return was easy enough and they sent a shipping label to pick it up, but they were unwilling to waive the shipping fee to get a new one delivered. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Dennis R Swindle, Sr: This was my first trip to Grainger Industrial Supply. I did not realize until I arrived that it is not actually a retail outlet, but a mail order Center for picking up online orders. Fortunately I ordered online and was able to receive a very reasonable price on some electrical wiring.
Mark Wontroba: Very helpful
Charles Lohr: Pickup order. Helpful employees.
Chris Lavedas: Always been a good place to get hard to find stuff right away. They just found me apart for my compressor that I couldn't even find online. Should have gone there first. Tried 10 other places I thought would have it.
Danny Brown: The Staff at this location is great I buy all my Company's Sanitizing an Disinfectant products from here prices are good so check them out!!!!
Scott: Awesome assistance and fast.. thank you Grainger Industrial supplies.. from us at Cueter
Herb Mahony: Excellent customer service at the counter. Knowledgeable and very pleasant.
Rick Defoe: Staff awesome. Not what I needed in stock.
Julian Carpenter: This place is so disorganized for a big company. It always takes 15 minutes or so to even find my orders. System still seems to run on paper which blows my mind. Only use as a last resort as their prices are consistently the highest
Mark Crooks: Good place , little $$$
Mike Mooney: Grainger is always helpful but I swear they always give you one wrong thing.
Pete Pat: Ordered online ship-to-store, order did not arrive on time.Branch then decided to call and cancel my order, regardless of the fact that it had already shipped, and that the parts were direly needed for a project at our facilities.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?
Greg Leonard: Staff in garden center were helpful
Jorge Luis Barreda Esparza: It is the same than all the lowes, but they need more staff. The store is clean, but good luck finding staff to help you do anything (e.g., copying a key, getting some wire, etc). If they are going to be more expensive than HD, I would at least expect them to have better service.
SS G: Good local store. Nice people! People at their customer service desk and even the Pros in various departments are easy to find and pleasant to talk to. They show that they want to help you. This store deserves a lot of my business!
Michael Taillard: There's some communications issues in their systems. Hard to get a veteran discount. Hard to manage scheduled installations.
Becky Geer: They had what I needed and helped me get the right things. More expensive than Menards but closet to where we were.
Dylan McKeever: 3 different items the website said were in stock and in a certain location were not present. Worker informed me if there is 2 or less it normally means they’re out. Wasn’t even a sticker and location for two of the items where their site said it should be.
Sireen Reddy: Visit to lumber section. Associate cut several pieces of wood and did a perfect job. Saved me so much time at home.
Brian “I'm BAK” K: Kitchen designer, looked up from his desk and said, "Do you want to make an appointment?" In a rude voice, while he had clients sitting with him, nope, we are all good. Menards went out of their way to make sure we had information on how to design online or get additional help if needed.
David R. Klubeck: Lately, watching television has been depressing and the weather isn’t sure if it’s Winter or Spring; an absolute bright spot to stop in and shop would be the Lowe’s in Ann Arbor (Jackson Rd).We had the most wonderful experience with three of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. The check out lines were quite long and Angela walked over (from her break) and directed us to her line. She was delightful, conversational and a treat to deal with.Suddenly the Store Manager (Catherine) and Ross (The Southeastern Lowe’s District Manager) walked over and joined in our discussion.Angela, Catherine and Ross were fascinating to stand there and talk with. Engaging, interesting and gracious, they all made us feel welcomed and real part of the Lowe’s family. They truly represent Lowe’s well and we will continue to shop there because of the people at that store.Thank you,David and Renee
Christine Comer: Folks working at the self-checkout are really great. Thank you!
p greene: Doug is amazing, he knows the store the locations of the things I needed. He suggested a tool it works great Doug thank you.
Shanell Hodder: John in the painting department was so patient in explaining and researching for us today it made for a great experience
Lorie Armbruster: Skip Lowe's. Go directly to Menard's. Lowe's unable to accomodate need for custom size of kitchen island top. No employee there knew correct aisle for other materials. Total waste of time & run around.Menard's was extremely helpful with computer layout, price/print-out of several choices. Took the time to explain & compare all.Customer service was above & beyond!
Lily Lee: Partially stocked and ready for spring planting...looks like inventory still coming in.Always a great place to go to for all your home needs. Love that this location is right by me. Self-checkout.
marianne Sachs: I hired Loew's for for kitchen countertops. They installers they used were incompetent and did not install the backdrop, though I had payed for it. I called Loew's and said I wanted the job finished immediately. It took them 3 days send the installers back to finish the backdrop.
David Frederick Baldner: Nice folks and competitive prices.
Charles L: Understaffed, garden section has been closed entirely.
Joe Scarletta: Great place for home improvement items. Employees so helpful with help on item choice.
Bruce Cicone: Lowe’s offers good pricing and item selection.
Karen McClure: Lots of necessities here!
Jason Haight: There wasnt much help.

Menards: what do users think?
Brian Shensky: Best prices and surprises
Jose Sanchez: Menards have a racist policy not to rent anything to people with a Detroit address. After spending $1000 in lumber, the manager decided not to rent a vehicle to transport it due to the Detroit zip code on my driving license. The vehicle was only for moving the material within Ann Arbor, 5 minutes away from Menards. This is clearly a racist policy to keep contractors from Detroit doing work in the region. Pathetic. Never bringing my business here again.
Khawar Syed: Gentleman at electrical area helped me alot. Kudos!!Thanks for quality service.
Tommy Darrow: My favorite do it yourself store
Zach Wilkinson: Had garden statues out of season. Lacked bronze selection.Has elusive Wago brand romex clamp splicer.
Art Seward: Nice store and familiar layout from store to store
Charles Carlson: One stop shopping!
Ibrahim Osman: It's a hardware store like all others but on steroids. Customers will find anything & everything for home repair & improvement at lower prices. Menards is the place where builders go to purchase their project needs.
Jack Dubay: Love this place! Always get what I go there for.
J Cav: There's an African American gentlemen by the name of Steve who works in the paint department. He is why I will return. Most of the female clerks I've encountered have been just awful!
Rickorius Maximus: Great place, employees know their stuff and everyone seems happy
Bud Katch: Good store, although laid out about as inconvenient as can be.
Judy Wismont: Reasonable choices. Helpful employees .
David Maier: Best place to buy
William Laubscher: Worst experience I have ever had with a building materials supplier. They provided misinformation and improper advice. Their staff was rude, insulting and completely lack any knowledge needed to provide you with quality advice and service. Told me my building materials were correct, then come to find out 4 months later what they sold me would not work. Forcing me to buy additional (correct) materials. Also, the trusses they provided had termite damage which they refuse to cover. Their craftsmanship of their trusses is so poor the truss plates don't even connect to the truss tie-ins (see pictures)At this time they said I could return any unused materials. However, when I went to return the $2,100+ of product they said I was only allowed to receive store credit. Now I have to eat the $2,100+ and have no way to recoup the money.GO ANYWHERE ELSE. LITERALLY ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN THIS ONE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR ADVISE AND WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS IN EXTRA MONEY TRYING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES.
Jim Zemina: Steven and Alfred were very informative and helpful working in the staircase and materials area.
Steven Dorris: Well stocked shelves, friendly and knowledgeable associates. Hard to beat Menards when it comes to big box home improvement stores...
Sandesh Gandhi: This store never disappoints me. Friendly staff, good collection, fair prices.
Kimberly Mcclure: Stopped by to return some items. They are open super early, which is convenient. The team member was courteous and friendly.
Joseph Burba: They've got it, if you can find it.
Lucinda Bruggner: Your employees are so helpful. Hats off to everyone I encountered today. I love your store.

The Home Depot: what do users think?
Paul Davis: Customer service is not a strong suit at this location in particular. Buyer beware.
Theo Nash: Pretty good but Lowe's had a better selection for what we needed.
Jones Candice: Great selection. Nice garden center this time of year
Christina Fisher: They have everything
Corey Amison: Lol my wife love this damn store
Barb K: The best prices, inventory and promotions in town
Jen S.: Staff was so helpful in finding the part I needed.
nader almutairi: I Bought packaging boxes and wraps—a fair price for the quality.
Shay: New grill delivered and it was already rusting, scratched in several spots & dirty. Shame on you Home Depot.
Tabatha Anderson: 5.20.2023 17:30 walked up to a gentleman sitting in the appliance section on the computer. He never looked up or acknowledged or presence. We left and went to Lowe's 2 minutes down the road and a gentleman named Chris in appliances excitedly greeted us and we proceeded with our purchase. Customer service can be the difference in a sale or not.
Karen Spinella: Good garden section and prices
ROBERT MOORE: Why do I keep getting nails in my tires?
Mike English: Always has what I need every time I go.
Zachary Johnson: Reserved a rental tool online and was not available when I went to pick it up in the store.
Barry Chapman: I love Home Depot - especially this location
Eddie Smith: I was a lifelong Lowe's customer until about 3 years ago when I switched to Home Depot. The decision literally revolved around the poor level of service that I was getting from my local Lowe's store and the incredible difficulty in getting an employee there to be helpful and answer my questions. After too many frustrating experiences, I gave our local Home Depot a try, and I was pleasantly surprised with a much higher level of service. It was literally my first time ever even entering a Home Depot store, and at that time, when I entered the store, I was greeted by an employee who also asked if there was anything in particular I needed help finding. I told him what I was looking for, and he walked me the entire length of the store to help me find the product I needed. He then asked if there was anything else I needed help with, I said no, and he went back to the front of the store to greet and help other customers. It was a great first experience. I had this same level of customer service during my next many visits to our local Home Depot and I was hooked. I felt like there were knowledgeable employees all around the store who were accessible and wanted to be helpful. Completely different from my experience with Lowe's, so I made the switch and I have spent thousands of dollars here over the past few years.Regretfully, that level of service that won me over 3 years ago has completely faded away here and is all but gone now. I have not seen that helpful greeting employee in over a year (perhaps he got a well deserved promotion or is working at corporate now). In fact, I don't see any employees greeting customers now. And I don't want to be agist or make assumptions about employee's knowledge or capacity to help based on their age, but the average employee throughout the store is like 20 years old and is a part time college student with no experience in residential infrastructure. Regrettably, when I have asked these employees for help finding a product, they often have no clue what I'm talking about and they try to perform a keyword search on a handheld inventory search tool they carry around. In many cases, the keyword search doesn't work. And when it does, I don't get an employee who walks me to the product, ensures I have what I need, and then asks me if there is anything else they can do to help. Instead I am told an aisle number and a bin number and then the employee starts doing something else.Additionally, this store has become OVERWHELMINGLY crowded with merchandise in the aisles and walkways throughout the store. I understand that stocking more products and offering them at higher visibility locations throughout the store likely boosts sales for the store (and helps customers who might not have otherwise seen those products), but it has gotten to the point where I am having to awkwardly negotiate my way through aisles because another customer is looking at merchandise on one side of the aisle, with a product display on the floor behind him, and myself and other customers each trying to get through in different directions. If you want to take the dazzle out of the shopping experience, forcing customers to have to constantly negotiate with each other just to move around is the perfect way to do it.Finally, Home Depot does not accept digital wallet payments. How? It's 2023. Nearly every retailer out there takes digital wallet payments in 2023. But Home Depot does not. I would happily pay a small markup for my merchandise if Home Depot accepted digital payments. Easy area for improvement here.My local Home Depot is still my default store for local hardware purchases. However, given the downward trend in customer service, the flooding of walkways with product displays and the inability to freely move around, and the inability to facilitate quick and easy payments with my phone, I have moved most of my hardware purchasing to other online retailers. For me, these are all order winners, and if my Home Depot store can restore them, I'll gladly give them more of my business again.
David London: They did not have what I needed, but the staff was very helpful.
Anthony Price: They'll help you fix that rotten roof.
Roy Flaugher: Clean and easy to find what I need
Jeff Brown: The people here don't care to work together for the greater good. Typical not my job I'm not doing it bad attitude.
Peter Hofesmann: Very friendly and helpful personal
