Colonel Klink Magnet Hunters: This outfit dose not support returns by military members , my wife ordered a Cors coil for my Garrett AT Max for my birthday, and we were sent the wrong one! Before we could return it we received orders to move to a new duty station it got packed in the process. When we finally arrived and I found it I contacted “Serious Detecting “ to just exchange it for the right one that’s all I wanted! I explained the exigent circumstances to get a resolution. I was given a unsympathetic response and was shrugged off, then my emails ignored !!! Now I am am stuck with the wrong coil they shipped!!! It’s still on the box never been used! Paul Mullins: I recently bought an Minelab armrest kit from Serious Detecting. At the time of ordering onlineI was not given the choice of shipping and was charged $18.68 for 2 day USPS priority shipping. I didn't need 2 day shipping but was forced to use it since my card was already charged. Because the parts were plastic, I expected they would be in a priority box ($16.80 USPS price)so they would not be broken. They arrived on time in a USPS Priority Bubble Envelope! No extra padding or material to stiiffen them. I was lucky the parts survived and were not crushed. A check of 2 day USPS priority bubble envelope pricing only came to $9.25 charge form their company to my house. I called them to complain and they said they were not sure what type of priority shipping I got and the high price of shipping was based on "Rising Costs due to price increase of gasoline". USPS comes and picks up the shipping at their place and does not add a surcharge. What extra cost? No apologies or refund of extra charges. They couldn't care less. Poor customer service. Last order for Me! I will go to Kelleyco next time.

It's always had a more small hometown feel which I like and I feel like the people tend to be a bit more skilled in this store than the other 2 competitors.Anyways. After purchasing my mom a countertop dishwasher I was trying to find a faucet splitter or maybe a faucet adapter, or both? Really, I wasn't sure. Went to the 2 aforementioned places and they tried but weren't completely sure. Went to Aces and met a really cool man named Carl who told me about faucets and his experience with his own countertop dishwasher. We began to youtube and try and figure it out. Turns out the part I needed came with the dishwasher. Yet, he was gracious and laughed it off with me. I felt kind of bad but he was SO kind and thought the whole ordeal was comical; which was relieving after feeling like I had just wasted 15 minutes of his time. This will definitely become my FIRST stop instead of last when I'm heading to the hardware store.

I stood in an aisle looking on items and saw about 2 different employees pass by several times and one even stood right beside me, observing me and pretending to move things around, for about 2 minutes and didn't once ask if I needed help. I left the store as I felt uncomfortable and can't help but wonder to this day why was I being watched so closely. Those employees did not seem to be people that respect EVERYONE'S civil rights.
