Ron Rajda: I really like the selection of healthy breads,soups,teas etc. The selection of frozen meals and ready to go meals is also very good.

Scott Riedel: Jericha was irritated that we hadn't counted our return cans. Then she couldn't find our membership and said she couldn't help. We decided not to buy the product that we came in for and get it later. Jericha pretty much threw the change into my wife's hand. Some change landed on the scanner and Jericha saw it, no apology.

Joanne S: I have been a customer of better health stores since they first opened. I refuse to come to this location ever again. They are very deceptive about coupons. I’ve been told many times that they no longer except coupons or more recently that they only except 15% 1st of the year when other stores still except 20%. They say it’s corporate that tells them not give coupons but then why would corporate send them to me by mail? It just makes them look untrustworthy. I appreciate the other stores which I still go to being consistent and truthful.

One staff saw me reading through every single label of vitamin c, and kindly came over to explain everything in detail and recommendations for what I needed. Went above and beyond! Had smoothies here on a few occasions during lunch time. Prefer to order ahead to pick up, was delicious, convenient.
Danielle Primeau: I contracted the obvious “ick” aka covid-19. One of my friends called the store and talked to a guy named “Gary”who was super helpful and so kind. He set up a walk out pick up order since I couldn’t go in the store due to covid. It went flawlessly and I got what I needed to treat the symptoms I’m having. 10/10 for customer service and just an overall amazing experience. Thanks for being there for the community.

You can't beat their ample protein bar selection, and I love their paleo/sugar-free bakery options in the cafe. I've also found that the friendly and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond in helping you find the best deals/discounts around the store (and there are a ton of discounts to be had). In a competitive grocery store market, Better Health does a great job of setting themselves apart. Big fan!

Krystalyn Katz-Page: Literally love shopping here and would recommend you grab your groceries here. Yes it’s a little more costly than other shopping locations, however, I must state it’s well worth your buck.-It’s always clean, well-lit, and a great shopping experience.-The hot/cold food is always fresh and nicely stocked.-There is a section for household necessities and body essentials; also nicely stocked.-The servers and cashiers are very helpful and efficient.-Not to mention it’s Amazon return center is very efficient and they have Amazon lockers.

You took the pork counter out. You took the brick oven for pizzas out. The sweets counter for individual cakes and other items, gone. The fruit and vegetables are so close together that I couldn't manage my cart. I probably will be back, but I'll have my husband shop for us and not together.

He asked what I was looking for, & I read off the exact name & description my friend had written. & he was able to go straight to the item! I was awe-struck!!!
Dawn Decker: Every time I go in to get special vitamins prescribed by my Dr., the employees welcome me warmly. And Anna personally helped me find what I needed, and made a special trip to check if the brand of vitamin D3 was available that my Dr. suggested. I always get individual one on one help whenever I come in to get vitamins.

You get one on one assistance from an employee, who stays with you, shows you everything they have in what you're looking for, explains the differences between each brand or product... The employees there know absolutely EVERYTHING there is to know about every product in the store. They do NOT engage in trying to upsell or to get you to buy more than what you need.

John Doe: Makes no sense to have the herbs in alphabetical order. When I am looking for digestive herbs, I expect them to be in the digestive section. When I am looking for blood glucose herbs, I expect them to be in the blood glucose section. Now I have to run all over the place since things are completely disorganized and in multiple places.
Hockey Mom 7: Denise at this location is EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable in all things supplements! She literally sat with me for some time helping me get the best bang for my buck researching serving sizes and brands. She also helped in offering coupons! Thank you, Denise!
Sharnell Millen: I am not one to complain much, but I feel like when you are in the industry of service then you should have certain people in place. I came in on Saturday after recently finding out I was pregnant. I’ve briefly shopped at the Belleville location before for my lunch needs but never getting any actual supplements out of the store. I browsed around for about 10mins before I went to the front cashier and asking her for assistance in pointing me to the aisle with prenatal vitamins. I was met with attitude and the woman not even looking at me in my face to say “is there not anyone in the aisles to help you?” I kinda sat there in disbelief because her tone and attitude was horrible! If you not having a good day, go home and try again tomorrow. I wouldn’t allow anyone to be in front of the store setting the tone for my guest. I looked all through the aisles to find no one. Several other customers were told to do the same. Which I find to be ridiculous! I ultimately find the items I was looking for but could not shake the woman’s tone and attitude and decided not to purchase.

Catie Miglietti: I’ve been to several Better Health stores and this is, by far, the best. They have a great selection of food, cosmetics, supplements, etc. especially considering the size of their store. We’re always met with vet y friendly staff and the store is clean and organized. I greatly appreciate their delicious vegan options in the deli and hot food bar section and that the staff working that department is very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their recipes.
Richard: Told to leave because I didn’t have a mask on, firstly I have a lung disease and can’t wear one secondly I thought this was a health store. 99.8% of people survive Covid and if you’re taking supplements to keep your immune system up I’m sure the percentage is higher. Then she tells me when everyone gets vaccinated maybe the policy will change. The vaccine is experimental and they’re pumping something into your body that in trials every animal they gave it to died. Please wake up America and steer clear of the poison vaccines. A health food store should do their homework before making these UNHEALTHY policies. I’ll be shopping at a REAL Health food store.

Which then made me cry again, but happy kind. I went back to hug her, embarrassing tears steaming down my face, and she was so sweet. Just the moment I needed, to know there are good people in the world. It made my whole week ❤️
