Our high energy pup was happy and exhausted for days afterward.Because Christiana did such an amazing job, we also asked her to take our high energy pup for a play date on a weekend when we were unable to take her to the dog park. Christiana came by to pick her up and, noticing that our other dog seemed sad not to be joining, took both dogs with her! So incredibly thoughtful and kind of her, and really shows how when she says she'll take care of your pups like they're her own, she means it.I'm going to be so sad to leave AA and not have Christiana to help with our pups, but her future clients are lucky to have her!

I was traveling through Michigan and staying at a hotel in Ann Arbor, I needed to leave my 1 year "active" puppy in the hotel for a few hours and called several dog sitters to get service. Denise the owner at Latchkey is the only one who called me back within just a few minutes. She was very reassuring and even helped me create my profile onlineas I was in route and unable to do it right away. She told me Marlon would be coming to stay with my dog and he was fairly new but just to be sure she would also send Evan to help and provided extra training because I was so nervous.Evan & Marlon were both fantastic, went above and beyond and played with and kept my pup entertained. Marlon even took it upon himself to stay later than scheduled because the hotel had a fire alarm go off and he was worried about the dog being by himself. I wish I lived here and could use this service all the time. I highly recommend them!!!!

When we moved to the area, we found our commute and other activities made it necessary to find someone to come in and spend time with our two beloved middle-aged dogs - Bella, a yellow Lab, and Lulu, a Boston Terrier - a few days a week. We called several services - DL returned our call immediately, and we had a visit scheduled with Ashley within a week. More about amazing Ashley in a minute... DL is incredible about communication - whenever I email, I get a timely - and often, immediate - reply, usually from Denise, who is caring, thoughtful, and always ready to help. I email at all hours, too! We have an online portal we can use to schedule and review our visits and keep detailed pet information. DL handles changes and additional visits promptly - DL and Ashley have even accommodated changes on short notice when I had a sudden schedule change. Payment is reasonable and easy using Chase QuickPay, which I can pay online and debits funds directly from my bank. Now, about Ashley - I could not ask for a more wonderful human being or pet friend. She cares for our girls as if they were her own. She shared information about herself to help us get to know her early on, and she is always prompt with texts letting us know she was there and how our girls are doing. She gives them lots of love and attention, gets them out for exercise, and when we schedule longer visits, takes them to the dog park, a favorite activity for them. She always includes sweet and funny pictures that make my day. If there are messes - although those are usually less if we time it right, another advantage of DL - she cleans up after our girls without complaint. If they have meds to take, she will help with that, too. We have also had Ashley stay overnight at our house on two occasions, which included taking care of our cat. Livvie cat is shy with strangers, but she warmed right up to Ashley. On the overnights, Ashley also helped us with a couple of household chores. She gave us peace of mind that both our fur family and our home were well looked after. I am so thankful for Ashley and DL - they have made our girls happier and our lives easier.

We have 3 cats and have had a variety of small animals during that time that they have come to feed and take care of. They clearly love animals and treat them well. They have always called us when there was any question about what they needed to do, or how to handle certain issues that have arisen, which, in my opinion is a good thing. They have a great system for letting owners know how things went with checklists of what they've done and useful comments that we've always appreciated. Since two of our cats have aged, they've had to come in more often and give medications, which has never been a problem. And I don't think they have ever, in 9 years, said they were unavailable to watch our pets. I would definitely give them two thumbs up!

Other cat sitters took photos, but they were usually periodic proof of life photos... Nancy went well beyond taking photos every visit (twice a day in our case) and included information such as Westerberg's mood and/or what he was up to during her visit. She cleaned the food dishes and vacuumed around the litter box on her last day. Nice to come home to that. Every person and plays with her, and they also work on commands/training that we are practicing at home, following the same training methods that I use. They always send a photo of her at each visit so I can rest assured that my dog is happy and getting some much-needed attention and exercise, and they even leave a handwritten message about the visit so I have a record of her visit. Nancy also works hard to accommodate my schedule, and so far I have never made a scheduling request that she could not handle. Nancy always makes sure I know who is coming to my house, and she is always there the first time a new person is introduced to the dog so there are never any surprises. I am not the type of person who normally writes reviews, but I have been so pleased with Nancy that I would love for other pet owners to enjoy what I have been enjoying. You will not be disappointed!

She is by far the best pet sitter I've ever worked with and she treats my cat, Waffle, like he is her own! During our initial visit to meet our rabbits Nancy took extensive notes on all aspects of the care that the rabbits would need while we were away and has met all those needs for every visit over the past few months that we have utilized their services. Nancy provides us an update for each of the visits while she is there by text (with pictures), as well as leaving a detailed note from each visit. It is extremely reassuring as a pet owner to know your animals are in such good care. Scheduling has been a breeze and there has been no hassle with payment for services.

They leave very detailed notes after each visit and you could tell that they care about your pet and her well being. What I think it is unique in the service they provide is that they don't only care for your pet, but they also pick up your mail and water your plants. This summer, I needed my outdoor plants to be watered as well and even though this is not part of the service they provide (they usually water just the indoor plants), Mason went out his way to water my small front yard flower garden.
