Nathan Waltner: I live all the way in Idaho and for some reason the rental company I go thru has decided to go with this company instead of the two local providers. So far haven’t seen any benefit to this, as coverage, accessibility, quality, and consistency are all issues this wifi company has. Chances are you won’t have a choice if they are your provider like me.
Samuel Cone: Synergy wifi has been pretty easy... enter in the pass code with lease and its connected. I've had a couple issues with my smart devices but called them up and was resolved in a day or so ... NBD. After I got all my stuff set up it was smooth sailing :)

Elissa Casey: I've been meaning to write this review for months, but its hard when you have no wifi!! Synergy Fiber is a complete scam. The wifi can't even be classified as bad, its nonexistent. I've been unable to connect to internet despite my numerous and varied attempts and on top of that, I can't even get in contact with an agent to help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

April'20-Sept'21 was the best they ever did, because they did nothing.The good reviews are very robotic and the bad reviews are not met with any challenge to the complaints. Jessica Wilson: my apartment complex uses thisprovider, connection has been shotty all semester long but we have had zero wifi for over a week, have called multiple times and nothing is fixed. it’s about to be finals week and i have no connection, no wifi on my phone or tv much less my laptop. i shouldn’t have to leave my apartment just to be able to access the internet.

Terrence McCall: This is the worst Internet provider, not only do you have to register all your devices (which is an inconvenience) they keep going off line. I have had no internet for three days now. Called customer service and phone just keep ringing. When I finally got in contact with a technician they can’t solve the problem. If they didn’t have a no compete clause I would have been switched and I hear that from others. You know your bad when your employees don’t have your service because they don’t trust it.

Amber Tackett: The apartment place I currently live in uses Synergy and I've had nothing but problems with them for the last 8 months. It's like using dial-up internet from 2002. I told my apartment complex that I would not renew just because of the internet. I am a student and I ended up failing a class last semester because I could not attend any of my zoom meetings and I could not go to a coffee shop or something because everything was closed due to Covid. Multiple times a day I get kicked off the internet, sometimes it's only for a few minutes, sometimes it's for a couple hours. You can tell at the 5 star reviews are fake, so my best advice is do not under any circumstance get synergy fiber, if you are looking into getting an apartment ask what provider they use if you are not allowed to get your own internet. If they synergy fiber do not sign with them.

Instead, he will tell you exactly how much you're saving/paying for each plan.There was zero wait time, but they recommend making an appointment if you're in a hurry; I just happened to walk in when the store was less crowded.

SS Leo: Stay away! This store is full of untrained folks. I went here to get an iPhone on Black Friday deal. They provided wrong information about the offer and after doing everything they asked in person coming into the store, involving even the store manager, they messed up my promotion. They didn't even know about what phones they have in stock. During phone activation, they abruptly disconnected my service and further messed up my promotion. If you go to the store to confront them and get it sorted, they will ambush you and make irrelevant questions to confuse everybody.I escalated it with xfinity customer support and they applied the offer. However, now Xfinity support asks me to call every month to get promotion applied. Tell me again, why should I use Xfinity services ?

P S: Ive been a Comcast customer for over 35 years. I have no issues with the store or staff at this location. My dissatisfaction is with Xfinity/Comcast itself. The price hike and all its equipment, regional, sports fees etc! Their bundles, a joke where are the savings/discounts?? Last year I returned 2 digital converters, lowered my internet speed, went to basic channels, cut back on DVR recordings to only 20 hrs just to try and and save some $$. Now, with Jan 2023 price hike, right back up to what I was paying, almost $200.00/mo!!!! It's shameful re price gouging n greed. Esp when I'm a senior not into Netflex, HULU, prime, or all that streaming stuff. I wish there were other options, dish and all that pricey as well, I've looked into it, promos then sky high pricing.. Shame on xfinity corporate greed! If I could I would CUT the cord!!

Lindsay Kelch: After 30 minutes on the phone with Synergy yesterday, I was told that they would be sending a technician out to our property. I had an update stating that this was happening. Next thing I know, I'm getting a phone call asking us to do their work for them. We are at an extremely critical time at our property and need all of our staffing members focused on their jobs. That's what we pay Synergy for, right? To come here and make sure everything is working properly? NOPE. We do their work for them. I've dealt with Synergy for TWO years, going on my third and I'm increasingly more and more disappointed with the customer service that I'm receiving each time. I'm now to the point where talking to their customer service representatives makes my day awful.Additionally, we recently had a tech refuse to help one of our residents as we apparently need a "critical update" in our system and "what I do won't fix it anyway". He fixed a switch in her apartment and she's still not getting the right channels and this has STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. It's been 3 weeks. She's called. I've called. INCREASINGLY Awful.My recommendation:: unless this is your LAST option, do not use these people. It's NOT worth it. At all.
