Sister Alice Lamiman: I called Warde Medical Laboratory today in order to better serve one of our Patients at the Thorrez Medical Center, PLC. They were very pleasant, very helpful, and very knowledgeable.

Tricia Trubel: Lapcorp Ann Arbor was fine. The complainers on here are probably the ones with the attitude problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the two ladies working there were just fine.

Alexis Chapman: Both my friend and I went to this location for our drug tests for a job. When I say we both had the worst experience. I’m not sure how that “Karen” lady that works in the front office still has her job? She was very rude from the moment we both walked through the doors. Now reminder my friend and I went months apart. I went first back in October. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day , that maybe her attitude was off due to personal issues (still no excuse of terrible customer service) she proceeded to even tell me I’m still doing my interview process and need to leave my Apple Watch alone?? My interview had been over that’s why I was there on my final step. On top of that I was already done and just waiting to be told I was okay to leave .. I left it alone though and then my friend went last week and a similar situation happen. Except the lady was very very rude. Even the nurses at the urgent care stated they get complaints on her all the time. I don’t recommend anyone to go here and be mistreated by an elderly lady who is unprofessional and obviously doesn’t like her job.. All the negative comments about her is definitely true. Believe all of them.

Joe Fellwock: Go to the Livonia location, NOT THIS ONE. This location is ran by a Karen who doesn't understand how to speak to people with respect - and it takes hours (even if you have an appointment). I was in and out of the Livonia location within 10 minutes.

Taylor Cook: Guessing it’s understaffed like everywhere else but not friendly at all. The poor women at the Lab corp office was so stressed with all the people and I felt bad for her but the company needs to fix that. I was told at the doctor office I don’t need an appointment and it’s walk in. The women acted so annoyed I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t know I could make one?

Luca Bommarito: Severely understaffed… if you’re here for a drug screen expect to wait an hour or soNothing against the people working here, just really slow. The lady who helped me with the drug screening was incredibly nice and the screening itself was okay but the fact that she was the only one managing over 12 patients at a time did not feel right.

James Hiner: I truly believe that the negative reviews are meant for the urgent care center that shares a office with Lab Corp. Donna greeted me in a friendly, respectful manner. The room I was placed in was sterile to say the least. Donna made me feel like family during my visit. I can't say enough good things about my experience there.Update:My second visit was another five star experience. Same wonderful young lady, the room was spotless, again just great!

Laura Turnbull: They share an entrance with the Urgent Care and are in the back left of the room. Their check in us the easiest and quickest I have ever done with simply placing your license upside down the card reader and scanning. The technician was very kind and efficient. I was in and out in no time!

Madison Rosneck: I am so thankful I came to this location! Donna was absolute joy. So pleasant. I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect and she was so warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much, Donna!!!

Debra Christein: I went there at 8:00 a few weeks ago and there were 3 people ahead of me. I left at 8:45 and still had not had my blood drawn. The person at teh front desk did not seem to know what she was doing. Only 1 person had gone back during that time - and that was just before I left

Keith McConnelly: Safety concern in the time of COVID. Went yesterday at about 9:00 AM, the waiting room was full (though socially distanced seating), but right outside the door was a large group of people crammed together waiting. The either need appointments or a way to leave your phone number, you wait outside and they will call when it’s your turn.

Jasper Z: This place is super fast... I almost never wait for more than 5min or so. They are so good at what they do, almost like vampires. They find that vein and boom! you're done!

Amanda Zee: The desk staff has always been extremely friendly and I have not yet had a bad experience with a phlebotomist. The wait has always been very reasonable (based on how many people are in the waiting room when I arrive). This is my go-to place for blood draws.

Jackie Vogt: I arrived about 30 minutes after they opened, there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited about 30 minutes total. Very friendly staff, this was my first time for labs so I didn't have the right paperwork but they printed it for me right there. The phlebotomist did a great job too, not painful at all. As long as you go close to opening you should have a quick and easy time.

K lawman: Don't go here. Go to Chelsea instead. This location is like a third world country. Very unprofessional. I waited for over a half hour and only one person was called up. With six people in front of me, I could not wait another 3 hours. One lady came out of the back with a cup to give a sample. The restroom is located in the waiting area with a thin door where everyone hears everything. Are you kidding me? I left and drove to the Chelsea location. Driving time-15 min. Waiting time in Chelsea-15 min. Well worth it.

Jessica Barton (Jesse): I hate having my blood drawn. After I put it off for almost 2 months, I was still feeling anxious. I feel like some phlebotomists really ignore you're preferences when taking blood. It had a pretty usual feel as far as the ambience, which to me doesn't matter as much as the customer service and bedside manner. The tech there was a really sweet guy, who listened well, took my advice about my tendency to faint and even had me lay down for a more comfortable experience!! I am so glad I finally went and that the service was so great!
