Nurse Sugar & Spice: I drove 45 mins and was told by one of the staff members at 430 that they do not do do drug testing after 4PM. No where on the site does it say this and you are allowed to walk in. They refused to help me and were very rude.
Tricia Trubel: Lapcorp Ann Arbor was fine. The complainers on here are probably the ones with the attitude problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the two ladies working there were just fine.
Alexis Chapman: Both my friend and I went to this location for our drug tests for a job. When I say we both had the worst experience. I’m not sure how that “Karen” lady that works in the front office still has her job? She was very rude from the moment we both walked through the doors. Now reminder my friend and I went months apart. I went first back in October. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day , that maybe her attitude was off due to personal issues (still no excuse of terrible customer service) she proceeded to even tell me I’m still doing my interview process and need to leave my Apple Watch alone?? My interview had been over that’s why I was there on my final step. On top of that I was already done and just waiting to be told I was okay to leave .. I left it alone though and then my friend went last week and a similar situation happen. Except the lady was very very rude. Even the nurses at the urgent care stated they get complaints on her all the time. I don’t recommend anyone to go here and be mistreated by an elderly lady who is unprofessional and obviously doesn’t like her job.. All the negative comments about her is definitely true. Believe all of them.
Joe Fellwock: Go to the Livonia location, NOT THIS ONE. This location is ran by a Karen who doesn't understand how to speak to people with respect - and it takes hours (even if you have an appointment). I was in and out of the Livonia location within 10 minutes.

Taylor Cook: Guessing it’s understaffed like everywhere else but not friendly at all. The poor women at the Lab corp office was so stressed with all the people and I felt bad for her but the company needs to fix that. I was told at the doctor office I don’t need an appointment and it’s walk in. The women acted so annoyed I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t know I could make one?
Luca Bommarito: Severely understaffed… if you’re here for a drug screen expect to wait an hour or soNothing against the people working here, just really slow. The lady who helped me with the drug screening was incredibly nice and the screening itself was okay but the fact that she was the only one managing over 12 patients at a time did not feel right.
James Hiner: I truly believe that the negative reviews are meant for the urgent care center that shares a office with Lab Corp. Donna greeted me in a friendly, respectful manner. The room I was placed in was sterile to say the least. Donna made me feel like family during my visit. I can't say enough good things about my experience there.Update:My second visit was another five star experience. Same wonderful young lady, the room was spotless, again just great!

Their check in us the easiest and quickest I have ever done with simply placing your license upside down the card reader and scanning. The technician was very kind and efficient. I was in and out in no time!

Tara Chapman: Absolutely awful. Excuse after excuse given as to why the don’t have results. Tell you they will be ready by x date then don’t contact. They don’t answer the phone 90% of the time and the emails are vague at best.The geneticist is either on vacation, away, or re running the sample for the 2nd-3rd time with no response.The poor staff that have to field these questions and give excuses for the geneticists delays make me feel bad for them.Poorly run business with little to no communication and still no results after two months of being told we’d have them “next week”.Avoid this company and save your money, time, and sanity.
Eden and Adam Rodriguez: Highly disappointed. Their customer service is non-existent unless it has to do with collecting your payment. I have asked to speak with a geneticist for the past month about my test results. I had an entire liter of 6 pups tested and there were several discrepancies. The only time someone called me was to take my payment information, other then that it has been terrible email communication and barely any at that. They initially told one date for test results to be back which was 2 weeks but by the time they finally got me all my results, it was well over a month. I spent a good bit of money with these people and for them to not even call me to discuss the tests (especially when they got some wrong) is just terrible customer service. I wont ever be using them again and ill be sure to spread the news on how they operate to other breeders that I know. Canine health check will be my go to from now on as they know how to answer the phone and provide actual customer service to their clients. Terrible terrible experience using vet gen and I highly recommend no one wastes their money with these folks. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Brittany Taylor: Absolutely horrible! I sent in swabs well over a moth ago! The website states 2 weeks turnaround time for test results. They DO NOT answer their phones.I finally got ahold of someone through email and I was told that I would have results before Oct 4th, 2021. the evening of the the 4th I still hadn't gotten results back; so I emailed them again.Two days later I finally got a response that the testing has been started but the ONLY geneticist who performs the Testing for what I have ordered went on vacation and wouldn't be back until the middle of the following week!!! Who starts testing then drops everything in the middle of the testing to go on vacation??!!I told them I wanted to stop testing and get my money back because I would be going with a different company. At first they were not going to refund my money until I informed them that I would be getting my bank's fraud department involved. They promptly refunded me my money once my bank contacted them via email.Vet Gen is HIGHLY unprofessional and seems like a scam. I reordered the same test from Paw Print Genetics and the test swabs were mailed out the same day, got to me two days later and I sent them back the same day. Literally 4 days after PPG got the samples back I had results!If you are looking into VetGen for testing, DON'T! Save yourself time and money and go with a different company!
Katie Clemmer: Sad to say that service is lacking right now, staff was very polite but were not able to accomplish testing in a timely manner. I placed my order for six tests using Vetgens system, I received an email a few days later stating that while they saw my order, they were unable to see the tests that I had requested. They also advised me that they had already charged my card that I had provided via the online order for a total of $330.I promptly emailed them back stating the tests that had been checked off on the online order and selected the option to have Vetgen send swabs for the testing . Over two weeks later still no swabs, so I sent an email letting them know. Representative said she would send more out immediately.So from November 10 now to December 15 I have no tests no swabs and was charged $330I requested a complete refund to which they immediately obliged.Thinking maybe it’s due to Covid and staff shortages? For now I will seek another company and hope that Vetgen , whom I have used reliably over the years returns to their more typical service level.
gaidhliglass: I've been using VetGen for the last 6 years on all my dobermanns now. It's an easy process: go to the website, look up your breed, click on the tests you want/need performed, input your info, pay by CC, receive your swab kits and information forms, fill out forms, swab dogs per directions, and return in the envelopes provided. I ask for mailing of results, but there is the option for email. Waiting for the results has been taking a bit longer due to limited staff during covid, but they've still got a pretty decent turnaround time. Sometimes the test results aren't what I had hoped, but at least they're accurate and helps with decisions to breed or not. I'll stay with them and recommend them to others.
A Star: So I have a baby I sent off a dna sample to vetgen. Ordered one single cocoa test for $40 on 3/26/20 and mailed my sample.On 3/31/20 I was charged two more times at $40 eachI emailed them immediately and called leaving a voicemailAfter they responded I was charged again $40 on 4/1/20I have now been charged 4 times for one single test I orderedThats a total of $160 in charges including 3 duplicates!I have yet to receive an apology or reassurance that whatever is going on will be correctedI will be posting what vetgen has done and not recommending themI AM STILL WAITING FOR MY RESULTS AS WELL.No apology, no reassurance this issue will be corrected so it doesn’t happen to anyone else, and no concern of getting my results.Will not recommended!

Mike Angstadt: This company runs testing sites all over the country and is having several investigations into them right now for reporting results before the tests were even done, or not ever providing results, or not providing numbers to local health departments. Don't use them.
Ashley Zimmerman: Very well mitigated rapid test option with no appointment necessary. I appreciated the sign upon entry that instructed me how to take my test from my car. I spent less than 3 minutes indoors to drop off my swab. This is a huge comfort to someone like me who first tested positive 5 days ago at a local urgent care where I was repeatedly requested to wait in a stuffy room with other patients even when I asked to wait outside. I am glad this facility cares to distance me from others and I feel comfortable sending my family here. My family managed to avoid my Covid at home and I would hate for them to them be exposed when seeking a test to leave quarantine. Well done!

No surfaces were sanitized and because there wasn't a lot of table space for people to take their tests (people stood at the counters of what seemed to be a bank back then), it was difficult for people to socially distance. I left while in line because I felt unsafe.

Myles Husari: The lab supports plate testing (which is old and outdated) and supports banning qPCR which is a newer and far more accurate form of testing that has countless peer reviewed studies supporting it.This lab solicited the MRA in an attempt to persuade them to ban qPCR. There’s a previous review reply from them where they lied saying they’re just following MRA’s rules and regulations when in fact they are the lab that solicited the MRA to ban it!!!Anyone who is halfway competent in lab testing know mold plate testing is old, antiquated and outdated in accuracy. Mold plate testing DOES NOT accurately detect Aspergillus (a deadly mold responsible for numerous deaths) compared to qPCR. This lab is responsible for compromising the public’s health because they are corrupt and attempting to disrupt the market. Will be filing a lawsuit once MRA reviews the countless peer reviewed studies showing the far more quantitative and accurate testing of qPCR over mold plate testing.NEVER give your money to this lab. Share this information.
