Carrie Wilde: I hired this company for a fall cleanup, looking to have all the sticks, leaves, and other debris cleaned up off the lawn. The crew showed up with leaf blowers and got a little leaf blower-happy because along with the leaves off the grass, they ended up blowing all the mulch out of our garden beds! Landscaping fabric was left exposed, drip irrigation hoses were uncovered, wood chips were left scattered all over the lawn along with all other debris they missed cleaning up. I was shocked to see the results of this "clean up." I reached out to them in hopes of them making it right and replacing the mulch, but after a months-long back and forth over email full of promise to get this done and a spring cleanup they never showed up to, I am not really holding my breath. Mike Nitchie: Luis and team did an outstanding job adding a run of paved steps and walkway to our back yard. Our back yard is STEEP. They had to work incredibly hard to get all the material down there. The installation is pristine, the entire team was friendly and warm, and Luis was great to work with - always responsive and clear. The work has stood up to one Michigan winter now and still looks as good as new. We'd definitely use them again and refer any of our friends and family to them.

When they arrived, I walked the lot with Luis and pointed out the lot lines and areas that we would not need sod.He remembered all I told him and communicated to his crewmates. We had some areas where I wanted the grade changed a bit and they accommodated my wishes. I was impressed with the job they did and the cleanup afterward. If they had any questions, they didn't hesitate to stop work to ask us.Our neighbors stopped many times to admire the work. It looks so nice now that its finished. Jeff Jackson: Our front walkway (pavers) had out-of-control weed growth and uneven grade due to what turned out to be invasive tree roots. Luis and his team removed all the pavers, took out the roots, regraded the bed, and put everything back with fresh poly sand. Now we have a clean, level walkway again. Great communication and they were thorough and professional. If you're looking for similar work, it's well worth giving them a call.

Johann Vergne: Because of business travel, I was surprised by the first snow of the season mid-November, and I hadn't had my sprinkler system blown out. I call a few lawn care companies and they all but refused to come as the weather was going to be below freezing. They essentially condemned me to expensive repairs in the spring.I was recommended Burns Lawn Care. Andrew was very friendly and reactive. He essentially promised to do whatever he could to help!Andrew came on a snowy day, fixed a frozen backup valve and managed to blow-out all 11 zones.I am more than appreciative of the help that they gave me. They pretty much saved me $2,000 of repair and sure gained another customer right there.I have a few projects for next spring, and for sure, i'll give them a call.

Eric Jorgensen: On January 23. 2022 one of A-1 Lawn Care's plow trucks while plowing a Dentists driveway entered the roadway and struck the passengers side of the car seriously damaging both doors. There is a long back log of cars needing repair at this time so my insurance company is unable to repair my car until March 16 2022. On February 8 2022 a loved family member was diagnosed with cancer. This was our families only good car. I have to drive to many doctor's , medical appointments in a car that is very difficult to exit and enter for passengers. I think that when a company causes this much trouble for a family the least they could do is reach out and see how we are. We have heard nothing from them. I have rental car insurance but that does not begin until your car is actually at the repair shop. I don't think a business should be so cold and callous.
Murray Shapiro: Used A-1 years ago, then moved out of town for nearly a decade. Returned and the service is equally just as good. Great customer service, very timely. And their work product is second to none! Their reliability and quality brings complete peace of mind.

A Thirty Three: This company is all about the money. Worked for him for one 16hr shift before having an emergency surgery. Without bothering to say a word to me the company fired me for having to have a surgery totally unrelated to work that had zero effect on my performance. The owner of this company is not a stand up guy as he’d like to make himself seem and I can’t imagine I’m the first employee to get screwed like this by them. Polar opposite of the portrayal they try to give themselves. Do not recommend

Omar Abdallah: A1 had a crew cutting a lawn on a project I was working on. One of my very expensive drills was damaged along with some other items. A1 had a supervisor out to the site within minutes and quickly rectified the situation. l pac: Enjoyed the entire experience. Chris from sales provided some great ideas for the landscaping project and made sure any issues during the project were corrected that day. Ben and the rest of the crew was professional and did great work, enduring the 90 degree heat of August. If you have a landscaping project and you want a class act company to go with book these guys, but do it in advance as they seem to have a lot of backlog - I can only guess from repeat business or because of their reputation, but well worth the wait. Will be doing our next project with them in 2022.

Kyle Matthews: Aaron's lawn care just recently help me with a very nice backyard refresh. They removed several trees and old overgrown bushes, leveled my extremely hilly backyard yard, removed unwanted tree stump, clear out over growth and framed and installed a beautiful concrete pad for a swim spa. Their pricing was outstanding, and their service and attention to detail was even better. Simply put Arron's is AWESOME. I highly recommend them for any outside project.
Brandon: I had 5 Contractors come out and look at a challenging project in my backyard. The scope of the project was one that could easily get very expensive quickly if you took the easy way out. Instead, Chris looked at the project from an logical perspective and proposed a solution that would meet my needs as well as my budget. Rob Levitt: I contacted Aarons to get a quote to do some lawn repairs from some recent work in my yard. While Chris white was here providing the quote, we talked about extending my brick paver along the side of the house to the front. Thinking this would be so far from our price range. Boy, was I off base. I was happy to see that they made it affordable. When they came to do the work, the crew (led by Ben) was extremely professional and took great care in the quality of their work. We asked if there was a way to raise the pathway gradually to meet the patio on level. They immediately accepted the change and executed it beautifully. There was never any problem with any adjustment we asked for either from Chris or the workers.Aaron’s exceeded all my expectations in every way, especially in workmanship, attention to detail, courtesy, and cleanup.
