Ian Bonham: Hired me for a salt truck driver. First weekend they worked they didn’t call me. I called to find out why and they said they had me on the wrong list ok mistakes are made. This weekend we had a small snowstorm and ice system. I called to make sure I was on the call list they said I was but seemed confused. I sat on couch all night waiting with my gear ready to go even took the next day at my regular job off to help them, well guess what they never called. Today I’m trying to get answers and no one will respond to me. I turned down two other jobs to work for them this winter now I’m stuck not making any money. Not to mention I drove to Ann Arbor for the application and drug test. I’m glad to see that they don’t value my time. Steer clear of this business they have no integrity. And I believe their reviews reflect that.

Michael Bell: A.M. Services is exceptional. From lawncare and enhancement (landscape) to snow removal, there is none better. The company has kept its commitments at my residence and business. The workers are polite, professiomal, and care to do things well. My home and office look great all year. My driveways and walks are kept clear and safe all winter.
Zach Shaw: Neighbors have said they did a good job, but what really sold me was their kindness. Always friendly when walking by, and once after a run on a hot day they went out of their way to give me water. This was after they had worked until 7 and I hadn’t given them any business. A lot places can like do your yard work, but I know from experience they all aren’t that friendly doing it.

Carrie Wilde: I hired this company for a fall cleanup, looking to have all the sticks, leaves, and other debris cleaned up off the lawn. The crew showed up with leaf blowers and got a little leaf blower-happy because along with the leaves off the grass, they ended up blowing all the mulch out of our garden beds! Landscaping fabric was left exposed, drip irrigation hoses were uncovered, wood chips were left scattered all over the lawn along with all other debris they missed cleaning up. I was shocked to see the results of this "clean up." I reached out to them in hopes of them making it right and replacing the mulch, but after a months-long back and forth over email full of promise to get this done and a spring cleanup they never showed up to, I am not really holding my breath. Mike Nitchie: Luis and team did an outstanding job adding a run of paved steps and walkway to our back yard. Our back yard is STEEP. They had to work incredibly hard to get all the material down there. The installation is pristine, the entire team was friendly and warm, and Luis was great to work with - always responsive and clear. The work has stood up to one Michigan winter now and still looks as good as new. We'd definitely use them again and refer any of our friends and family to them.

When they arrived, I walked the lot with Luis and pointed out the lot lines and areas that we would not need sod.He remembered all I told him and communicated to his crewmates. We had some areas where I wanted the grade changed a bit and they accommodated my wishes. I was impressed with the job they did and the cleanup afterward. Jeff Jackson: Our front walkway (pavers) had out-of-control weed growth and uneven grade due to what turned out to be invasive tree roots. Luis and his team removed all the pavers, took out the roots, regraded the bed, and put everything back with fresh poly sand. Now we have a clean, level walkway again. Great communication and they were thorough and professional. If you're looking for similar work, it's well worth giving them a call.
