Vogel Stefany: Horrible place to live! Management picks at residents she doesn't like to get a rise out of them and then evicts people for "violation of community standards" wasn't the case! We'd been asking our driveway be fixed and she refused and kept telling us we are on the list.. so we withheld rent with a letter of intent after 3+ years of this issue remaining. That's when we got the first eviction notice! It got paid then came this one... we settled in court and ended us selling our home to the park and moving. The trailer is still empty due to a water pipe break because they never turned the power on after we moved... I feel bad for the other residents that are told one thing and see another happening. Rent increases for the roads yearly yet the roads aren't getting fixed... I pray for all the residents that remain yall get Management in there that will follow through and get those roads driveways and sidewalks fixed up

Blanche Thorson: Moved here a couple of months ago. Bought a park renovated home. Surprisingly a job well done. The park is quite ( very) and sites and homes well maintained. Only issues: If you do notHave in unit w/d no facility in park. And communal mail box not home delivered

K “Khaos” Haos: This park discriminates against those that the manager dont personally like. I've been harassed sense day one by her due to my age and a personal hatred for my wife by her husband. We have been given "rule violations" for things that aren't there (my favorite is improper side skirting, we get yelled at for this yet there are park owned trailers that have almost no skirting) they do not maintain the roads or sidewalks to STATE/LOCAL LAW REQUIREMENTS (I broke a frame rail on my truck backing out of my driveway due to the 3.5in drop to the road), they add extra charges to lot rent for salting the roads in the winter, the water has no pressure and has to be flushed weekly making it unusable for a day or two.

Jennifer Rayeland: I have lived here for 13 years. Year after Year I am told that I have one of the most beautiful homes here. I spend a lot of time and money to maintain my home and property.This "community " simply is not maintained. They continue to raise the monthly lot rent sighting "community improvements" and "road repairs" that are NEVER done.Now during a PANDEMIC where people are out of work, short on funds and needing a BREAK we get another rent increase.BAY SHORE HOMES should be ashamed of taking advantage of their residents.

carl maki: We only lived here a short time but they were very nice. We lived in a really nice and quiet area. The park seemed to be kept in decent condition. The office always was polite and quick to answer any questions or concerns. They were making changes and the community was definitely on the way up 👍🏼 thank you and keep up the good work

samantha burke: New management are doing really great things! I really enjoy my community, my neighbors wave and smile anytime they see me, the maintenance men too. Really welcoming, a bunch of new homes moved in and they are SRUNNING! Removed the old trashes ones as well.

Manda Schwerin: I have lived here for a year, we have bounced from one manager to the next. The current managers are very rude. I have also had no back porch for over the span of my family living here, the door is bolted shut so I have no emergency exit in the back of my home. I have complained multiple times with no resolution.
David Crocker: Really nice community, they keep everything looking great. Water in all of Whitmore Lake sucks because its well water, but this place flushes monthly which is a lot more then any other place around so its better then most. New management is really nice and seem to care about the community and the residents. Looking forward to the Spring to see all the enhancements they are talking about. They do need to get rid of some of the big mouth complaining residents though.

John Walters: I don't know about the current management. But previously they showed no qualms about lying in legal filings to get default judgments against residents who were in a skilled nursing facility and then filing liens against other family members with no financial obligation.
Kathleen Semenuk: They do keep the entrances looking good, the management are not trained to do their job and have no experience with dealing with people. They are extremely rude. They are very preferential, ppl can speed through daily and shake our homes with the music but no one gets anything said to them but if you tell them how you feel you are not on the "watch and harass" list.Asked for 4 years to have dead trees removed, has never been done or even asked about. Lot rent increases yearly but no extra amenities, less. NO sense of community at all except with the nice neighbors we have. WATER IS DIGUSTING. Could be a wonderful community there are a lot of very nice people here..NEWSFLASH: Just got new management a few months ago! Theres hope..they seem very approachable and are very willing to communicate!

Lopaka St: Horrible.... Bedbugs, dirty, crime.
Michelle Ashley: Bad place to live. Rent is too high, lots are small, told us our furnace was new (not true). I have seen people dumping garbage in what used to be a pond, young kids wondering without supervision, older kids bullying younger, and adult books in the "ALL AGES" Mini library NEXT TO CHILDREN'S BOOK!
Cindy Ritter: Never had any problems, everyone has been very helpful whenever I needed anything.
nina suzette: Jennifer in the office helped us find and close on our home in record time. As a travel nurse, when it was time to leave she went above and beyond to make sure closing and sale went just as secure and fast. It's a nice family neighborhood if you take the time to say hello and get to know people.
Leela Starr: We utilized the clubhouse for a baby shower and it worked out very nicely and it had a nice atmosphere.

Been here a year have raised our lot rent twice2.Our water lines had no heat tape when we moved in so they "Fixed it" and thats why they are Frozen today.3. Huge gaps where the floor meets the wall.4. Dryer wasn't hooked up correctly so it was blowing the air inside.5. Washer wasn't hooked up correctly so all the water was pooling up under the house.6. They clamed our hvac system was new but it wasn't.We got baited into buying and this place is such a disappointment.

wick in time: DON'T MOVE HERE. I purposely don't use my name so management can't kick my family out- still a deceptive management, promising people to repair but afterwards say that you should've checked. now management says we need to fertilize the lots we rent. sunhomes needs to go away.
Kato Hornet: Been here 9 months and they have already raised the lot rent . Make sure to go over your house too as I had bugs getting in from where the floor didn't meet the ground(by an inch). Alot of the work done on the house by them was just a quick fix to make it look fixed.. I have a list a mile long of stuff I have had to work on.

They are a joke and a rip off…they must have the most expensive painters in the whole F@@king world! I was told I would not be charged for anything that wasn’t larger than a nail hole!!!! Wrong!!!!

UPDATE: Now they are being enforced with a good change in site management. Now I feel like I am getting what I pay for in my lease agreement. A clean & safe community!
