Michelle Ashley: Bad place to live. Rent is too high, lots are small, told us our furnace was new (not true). I have seen people dumping garbage in what used to be a pond, young kids wondering without supervision, older kids bullying younger, and adult books in the "ALL AGES" Mini library NEXT TO CHILDREN'S BOOK!

As a travel nurse, when it was time to leave she went above and beyond to make sure closing and sale went just as secure and fast. It's a nice family neighborhood if you take the time to say hello and get to know people.

Leela Starr: We utilized the clubhouse for a baby shower and it worked out very nicely and it had a nice atmosphere.

Been here a year have raised our lot rent twice2.Our water lines had no heat tape when we moved in so they "Fixed it" and thats why they are Frozen today.3. Huge gaps where the floor meets the wall.4. Dryer wasn't hooked up correctly so it was blowing the air inside.5. Washer wasn't hooked up correctly so all the water was pooling up under the house.6. They clamed our hvac system was new but it wasn't.We got baited into buying and this place is such a disappointment.

wick in time: DON'T MOVE HERE. I purposely don't use my name so management can't kick my family out- still a deceptive management, promising people to repair but afterwards say that you should've checked. now management says we need to fertilize the lots we rent. sunhomes needs to go away.

Kato Hornet: Been here 9 months and they have already raised the lot rent . Make sure to go over your house too as I had bugs getting in from where the floor didn't meet the ground(by an inch). Alot of the work done on the house by them was just a quick fix to make it look fixed.. I have a list a mile long of stuff I have had to work on.

They are a joke and a rip off…they must have the most expensive painters in the whole F@@king world! I was told I would not be charged for anything that wasn’t larger than a nail hole!!!! Wrong!!!!

UPDATE: Now they are being enforced with a good change in site management. Now I feel like I am getting what I pay for in my lease agreement. A clean & safe community! fran rene' smith: We stumbled upon Royal Holiday Community Park 55 plus on a whelm. We had only plan to stay where we were for a yr. We checked out a mobile home park off I275 and Mich Ave. Not a good place. Not clean. Scary, Creepy, filthy. We doubled back to talk to Lori and Wendy. We were overwhelmed with joy and excited that this place was affordable compared to the apartment complex we moved from. God answered our prayers. We needed more room, our own appliances, especially since we had to sell to downsize from an emergency move to a tiny apartment . Here we have our own yard...I can plant flowers or garden. It's QUIET, CLEAN, NO NOISE FROM NEIGHBOR NEXT APARTMENT, no apartment life anymore. 😀 We can use a grill, charcoal grill or gas or electric. Just keep grill away from being to close to home. Safety first y'all! The neighbours are very nice. Management is great. We wish we had known about this place a few yrs ago. This is our first time living n a manufactured home. We thought it would be bad. It's NOT! It's Quit Nice...a lot nicer than apartments . I wanted something better than apartment. And God answered prayer. Thanks Cambio, Thanks Lori and Wendy 💕💯 we've been here for a year and staying out so far. 💞
