Main Street Massage Therapy: what do users think?
Chanese Forte: I cannot recommend Mainstreet massage and Geoff enough! I came to Geoff after years of friends telling me he was the best. I came with a back injury and feel like an entirely new person. Making appointments is easy and Geoff certainly has another loyal customer!
Laney Rupp: Really recommend Nisha! She is wonderful for deep tissue and craniosacral. Feel lucky to have found her! Do yourself a favor and get a 90min massage.
s h: I’ve been a regular customer of Michael’s for at-least the past 6 months going every two weeks or as often as I can & I can’t stop raving about how amazing he is. From my first appointment he listened to what I needed and continues to ask and work on my needs. He’s very respectful and responsive and always listens. I would highly recommend this business and especially Michael to anyone looking for a massage.
Sarah Hilton: Do not do the raindrop therapy. My husband ended up In the ER the night after the massage. Using non-diluted oils is dangerous, so I’m not sure why this business pours them on in copious amounts. I’m glad I choose to do a different massage spur of the moment due to breastfeeding, but they also were not able to tell me if it was safe for breastfeeding. Raindrop therapy is a discredited practice. This business needs to reevaluate the safety of their clients and use products as directed.
Sean McAndrew: I've been to this place a few times with a few of the massage therapists. Lately I've seen Milan, she offered to do Ashiatsu massage which she is training in and it was great!Every time I've had a massage here it has been very relaxing and well worth it. Couldn't recommend it more!
Jason Hilton: This business offers something called "raindrop therapy" which involves dropping undiluted essential oils on your back. If I had only googled "raindrop therapy" beforehand, I would have quickly learned that this is a harmful and discredited technique invented by essential oil company Young Living. In 2010, the Aromatherapy Registration Council (ARC) released an official statement of policy against raindrop therapy. "ARC believes that Raindrop Therapy poses risks to the public health."The policy was adopted from the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy’s (NAHA) statement on raindrop therapy:"because of the unsafe use of undilutedessential oils as well as unpublished claims, "Raindrop Therapy" technique as developed by Gary Young is not supported as a "best practice."10 hours later and my back is still burning.
Mary Rodriguez: Michael is very talented! He was welcoming and kind but most importantly he listened to my needs and went above and beyond. Best massage I’ve had in the Ann Arbor area!
Joshua Brown: Highly recommend Michael, he does a great job!
Firas S: Had an excellent sports massage. Love that they didn't hesitate to go deep into the muscle. Will definitely be coming back
Jessica Johnson: First time getting a cupping massage, and I highly recommend it. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my legs. I have a very tight IT band, and sciatica. After a cupping massage, it relieved all the tightness and tension throughout my body, and I felt a lot lighter. I highly recommend this place, and Michael was amazing. Thanks for the much needed relief!
Nakiya Weatherspoon: Today was my first time getting a massage at this spa. I was not disappointed in any respect. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were so peaceful and clean. My Masseuse (Michael) was AWESOME!!! Took out time to even explain various movements/ machines to help improve my soreness. I will be returning soon.
Tj h: Tammie is no longer working for this location and can be found at Bellanina Day Spa, where it's clean, professional, peaceful, and respectful to all. There are some good therapists at Main Street, but it was challenging working for Mary. I am significantly happier at Bellanina. Hope to see some of my wonderful clients follow me there.
Lauren Longyear: As a student, I started going to Main Street Massage Therapy during times of high stress. I see Geoff, who is attentive, friendly and very helpful. Geoff's holistic view of relieving muscle tension is immensely effective. I always leave my massages feeling lighter and less tense along with having more relaxed breathing. Treat yourself to a massage here, you will not be disappointed.
nina lunsford: would visit again
JzzE1: Yes, it was small, which is not a bad thing. Small also infers "intimate" It was different from any massage I've ever had, but it was also better in it's own way. I wasn't just rubbed from head to toe. She found my worst spots, some of them "I" did'n't even know were bad like that. I felt so much better afterwards, looking forward to my next appt! As for my Masseuse, Nisha, i have 3 words to say Ah-MAY-zing!
jessie-mae secord: (update at bottom)My massage started ok. Accupressure instead of traditional massage, and he got some pressure points that helped immensely. But then he started asking me very intrusive questions about my mental health, completely out of nowhere and without any warning. It made me extremely uncomfortable and after the 2nd question I just stopped talking altogether. I felt like I was in a therapy session, not enjoying my mother's day massage. It really ruined my experience, and I would not see him again (Geoff) despite the technique working on me. I felt blindsided and would not have consented to this being a part of my treatment,I also won't return to the office. Their website should be clear on just how inaccessible the building is. The huge flights of stairs up were brutal, street noise was intrusive and parking was a nightmare (plus the road was closed so I couldn't be dropped off at the building.).Update: I added 1 star to my review because I was pleased with how management handled my complaint. They offered a full refund due to my experience, which was extremely appreciated.
Dade Murphy: Owner and Geoff were very unprofessional and rude. Message was sub par at best
J Diamond: Michael helped resolve a terribly painful recurrent back spasms. Definitely returning for a second visit.
Larissa Herrera: There are several great massage therapists here and they are very reasonably priced for the area and the quality of massage. Kara is my favorite. The facility is small but I think it keeps the area warmer. I hate being cold during a massage.
Angeline D'Balentine: Nisha is amazing! I did the Bliss package, and got the works for 120 minutes. From Swedish to Hot Rock to reflexology, she did it all. Also experienced cupping for my first time. Fascinating. Helps tremendously with stress and circulation. Looking forward to our next session.(Photo is of top of stairs, sitting for a moment as she prepped the room. I liked the snowflakes.)
Caroline: This place is super super small, located above a downtown restaurant.. Literally two people cannot be in the hallway at once unless you are facing each other. The massage room I was in was very much like a walk in closet. My massage was good but the person who performed the service (don't want to name) gave me a very strange head and neck massage for the last 10 minutes, leaving my short hair very very oily;I had planned to go to the store afterwards but I had to go home to take a shower. Also the bathroom smells like moth balls. Walls are very thin so you hear what customers and co-workers are saying while you are having your massage.

Thrive Massage & Bodywork, LLC: what do users think?
Amanda: Anna is always welcoming and kind. Her attention to detail and approach towards therapeutic massage is calm and respectful. I genuinely appreciate how she creates a safe environment with care. Thank you Anna!
Nell Dority: I highly recommend Stephanie at thrive for TMJ issues. I booked with her at Heidi’s recommendation to address serious jaw pain and she was fantastic. Very attentive to my description and super clear and communicative through the process. Book today!
Ann Arbor Local: Saw this group in the past and called back today to get some info and dates.Heidi expressed her frustration to me about how she wishes people would just go online instead of calling to book. I explained to her I prefer to speak with someone when I book a massage. She then noticeably upset when I asked her pricing information as she exclaimed " oh you're price shopping ok well its..."As if we don't need to look around for good prices based on our financial needs. Extremely unprofessional, may have good hands but also may want to hire someone to handle your phones so you have a better impression on new potential business! 😀
Michael Rohwer: Great calming atmosphere and Anna does excellent work!
Dr. S Ball: The staff are professional and friendly, very knowledgeable, and take the time needed to understand what my issues are, and to do the work to improve them. Highly recommend!
Samantha Oetting: Thrive is incredible - the owner, Heidi Johnson, is extremely talented, as are her staff. Thrive’s staff has multiple different offerings, you are sure to find an LMT that aligns with you.Heidi has done a stellar job cultivating Thrive, and embedding it into the Ann Arbor community, with a decade-plus in service.
Katii Tang: I never write reviews but Aric did an amazing job with my massage and I’ll definitely be back!!
katie slicker: I have had three massages here, each were wonderfully relaxing.
Madison Scott: I've gone to see Julia at Thrive a handful of times over the last year, and she does an amazing job and makes helpful suggestions of how I can take care of my body between sessions. The atmosphere at Thrive is very calm and welcoming, and they are careful to take precautions related to the spread of Covid. Highly recommend!
Kailey Pinard: I’ve been gifting my mother massages for the last 2 years and she LOVES Heather!! She is so nice and professional. I love the Covid precautions and easy booking! Just amazing, seriously life changing rubs!
Weigang Liu: I liked this studio. It's cool, clean and the staff members seem happy to work here. My therapist Jenna is knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I'd recommend checking this place out!
Natalie Walter: I had a wonderful massage today with Heather. I highly recommend Thrive and Heather.
djp: First time massage here this past week. I left my massage in more pain. One of the worst massages I have had. They also discourage table talk, so the therapist didn’t say anything during my massage, which made it not only less effective but extremely awkward. I will not be going back.
Rachael Conklin: So disappointed in Thrive Massage, I am repeat customer and normally have a wonderful experience. However this time, I was unable to get in with the therapist that I prefer, so I booked with someone else. There was a scheduling error on my part and the new therapist text me 6 minutes after my scheduled 75 minute session was supposed to start. I explained I made a scheduling error and offered to come in late. She advised me that she wouldn't have time to fit me in and someone else would be coming in (at this point it had been 15 minutes) therefore, I would be charged the full amount of the massage, $105 dollars. She then advised that this is why they send "multiple text messages and emails leading up to your appointment to prevent stuff like this from happening". I was never sent any reminder text message or email for my appointment, other than immediately after I booked. I understand a no call no show policy, especially if notified. I respect others time as I am busy myself, but the lack of flexibility for a loyal customer is really disappointing.
Mark Stettler: I have been getting a Therapeutic Massage from Jenna Castor, LMT at Thrive Massage monthly since May of 2021, and have been extremely happy! Jenna does an awesome job working out the kinks and improving my overall wellbeing. She always asks how I am doing and what areas need more attention when I arrive, with knowledge of what we worked on last time and if there is anything new. She obviously keeps notes and has a good memory. When she was not available one month I went to a therapist at another studio. Although the other therapist was good, she in no way could compare with Jenna’s skills and attention to detail. I try to keep my appointments scheduled a couple months in advance, so I can be sure to get Jenna!Thrive Message & Bodywork is always kept very clean and is a welcoming environment. The have several massage rooms and each of them is very spacious. They do not use heavy scents or incense, which is a plus as well!
Maryann Griffith: Such a nice space, super clean and calm. They have several great clinicians, too.
Devon Leigh: Anna created a relaxing environment, professional and welcoming. Slow intentional body work to release tension. I’ll be back!
Stephanie Henyard: Fantastic TMJ focused massage with Julia. My neck & shoulders haven’t been so loose in ages! Already booked my next visit. They’re serious about that mask policy - even took my temperature. Location is good and has onsite parking, though the building is older and I didn’t see an accessible way to get up to the second floor.
Alexander V (Greater Alexander): Beautiful way to spend a part of my day. Thank you To Julia.
Emily Sippola: I found Thrive as a part of my search for a COVID-safe massage therapy clinic almost a year ago, and I've been thrilled they've stayed masked and screening for COVID all along. But I'm also delighted to have found Heather as a massage therapist. She adapts her approach every time, working out muscles I didn't realize were tense and providing incredible relief. I am hesitant to recommend her because I want to be able to book her myself, but since I just described her as a miracle worker to my family, I should probably be willing to share. Heather and Thrive are a significant part of caring for my body, and I couldn't recommend them more.
Libby Saylor: Had a great massage the other day by Julia Paholak. She was very supportive of my needs and helped me “pin point” the focus of the session to help alleviate pain in my shoulder. I would highly recommend, especially due to how safe the company is being for COVID-19 still (which can be hard to find now).

Balance Massage Therapy: what do users think?
Tami Tran, Ph.D.: Brian was attentive and effective in his massage therapy. He even spent some time, after the session was over, to show me how to use the Thera Cane at home. I also appreciated Chris' welcoming and informative reception.
Ilona Phillips: Have been coming to Balance for years. I have tried many places and providers in my life. Ultimately, it’s hard to beat Balance.Kyla is a gem that is hard to find. Highly knowledgeable, skilled and thorough. Her impact on my health is undeniable. I am deeply grateful for her expertise, hard work.and consistency.
Derek Shelton: Highly recommend.
Khalid Walton: The staff and massage team are friendly.
Theresa Spencer: I love this place! Kyla took me from being at a pain level 8 down to almost nothing since I've been doing the exercises she recommended! Find Balance!
Katiya Grey: I was in so much pain when I went in. Kyla was amazing! She worked on my psoas and showed me exercises. Within 2 days the pain and spasms were gone. Kyla is wonderful! Go see her!
Julia P: Recently I’ve had sessions with Brian as well as Angelica that were so wonderful. Additionally, I have seen a few of the other Massage Therapists at Balance that were also great. The Receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
Andrew Miller: I told them I’d wear a mask although I think covid-19 is over since the omicron mutation made it weaker and not dangerous. The owner called me up and told me that they think I am not a good fit and canceled my massage last minute. The owner of this place is very unintelligent and aggressive over MASKS what a ….. how much propaganda brain fry can someone have to go ham over that.
Samantha Moreno: Brian helped me more than Drs have in the past 2 yrs. I had a persistent tremor in my left arm for 2yrs with no help from any Dr. I had one session and my tremor went away 90%. I could not believe it. I just wanted a massage and had no hope of getting rid of my tremor. I'll be booking more sessions for sure. It was amazing.
J Mo: Balance Massage is awesome. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. COVID precautions are taken very seriously and i feel very comfortable and safe when I'm there. All of the therapists are highly recommended but my favorite is Sarah. She has just the right touch-very kind, knowledgeable and professional. If you are looking for a wonderful massage experience i would definitely recommend checking out this place!
Tamara Kutter: Excellent massage therapy. All types from deep tissue to hot stone, individuals to couples, even a massage chair. Highest COVID-19 safety measures in place. Calm, inviting environment. HIGHLY recommend!
AD: I used to work here a few years ago and did not have a good experience. However my boyfriend didn't know this and got me a GC for a massage. I knew from my past experience that at least most of the massage therapist were really good.I will not use the therapist name because that is unfair, however I will say not to go here. The therapist worked on my shoulder and provided way to much pressure, now causing me to have extreme pain and discomfort almost on a daily basis. The therapist also used really cheap lotion causing my skin to itch very bad afterwards. So not only was I in pain and am STILL in pain, I was itching over my whole body! I had to go home, take a shower, and apply really good lotion, and take ibuprofen. Unbelievable terrible service.I worked with the owner numerous times so she will probably deny this happened. However this is not some upset former employee speaking, this is a client that paid good money for a massage and was injured. I am writing this review so that more people are not hurt. Stay away folks. Stay away.
Sion Hohn: Angelica is just amazing
Chuck Hansen: This is the most accommodating massage place with the BEST services. They have many different therapist each with there own special skills. You WILL be able find someone that will give you the massage style you want. There prices are great and they run many special through the year to prepay for a even better value. They even offer couple massages if you call ahead of time to reserve the space. They make sure not only you feel good after but most of the time will inform you of stretching that will keep you feeling great.
Marie Gleeton: Laura is excellent!
Adam Schmidt: Best massage I've ever had! Super friendly, would highly recommend.
Katy Giordano: Very comfortable place, great staff and excellent massages.
Ram C: I've been going to Balance for several years now. their therapists are great and their customer service is even better. Highly recommend.
Ari Lahtinen: Balance massage is a great place to go for a relaxing yet affordable massage. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs and they provide helpful reminders and tips into keeping good posture and stretching after your massage. Reminders like these show that the staff are engaging with their customers. The rates at Balance massage can be quite affordable when bought during their happy hour price group. Normal prices not during happy hour can feel a bit steep but nothing too bad.I would highly recommend this establishment for people within the area; people who don’t mind driving for a good price. You will find a relaxing yet affordable way to de-stress. Parking is a bit scarce and rooms feel a bit little bit bland and not inviting... but just sit down and get the massage already!destress destress destress... chill.
R L: Hmmm... I used to come here a lot, and I still recommend it to people just because it's convenient and I know they can usually get people in same-day. But the last time I had a massage there it was my birthday - like, day of - and they didn't do anything for me. That's kinda weird. A 10% off would have been nice, at the very least!
Julie Abuelsamid: Great service always. I love this place.

Amy Prior Massage Therapy: what do users think?
Melissa Pynnonen: Amy is an expert massage therapist! I have received massage services from many providers around the world for various ergonomic injuries. Amy's anatomic knowledge and her listening skills allow her to tailor my therapy to suit my needs. She also has also helped me identify factors that contribute to my pain so that I can modify my work habits and minimize further injury. Thank you Amy for helping me to remain at work pain free!
Jim: Great massage. Amy knows her stuff
Douglas Fox: "I have been a client of Amy Prior Massage for well over a year, enjoying monthly and bi-monthly relaxation massages. She is always kind, caring and professional. The environment is serene and relaxing. A bonus for me is the 80"s music that is played in the background at a low volume. I would highly recommend Amy Prior Massage to anyone for either therapeutic or deep tissue massage services."Ann Arbor, Mi
Brenda Bancroft: Amy is wonderful and helped me so much!
Jaye M Kain: I pinched a nerve in my back and was in terrible pain. Amy had most of it worked out in the first session. Lucky to have found her!
Kyle Parker: Amy is a true professional and provides quality service. Contact her for you therapeutic massage needs.
Tom Durocher: Great massage. You can tell she loves her job and cares about helping anyway she can.
Merryl Neille: I was given an hour-long massage with Amy as a birthday treat. It really was the best birthday gift I could have imagined. Amy made sure I was as comfortable as could be and had soothing background music playing. The massage was deliciously relaxing and I went away refreshed and invigorated.
gretchen elwell: Amy has done wonders for me. I am very happy with her treatment!
Mike Harrer: I have been going to Amy for a year now. I am disabled. I have ChronicPain in My Neck and Shoulders which leads to Severe Headaches. TheMassages that I receive from Amy helps Me to get More out of life. Thereare times that I get So tight, in My shoulders that My head gets fuzzy andMy Potent Prescribed Medications do not work. So Amy gets My tightShoulders under control. I Highly Recommend Her.
Christy Merkel: Awesome first massage! Looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend to all my friends!
Joie Vawter: Amy is amazing! She consistently helped me through her massage skills during my very ling recovery process from a serious car accident. Without her help, I genuinely believe my recovery process would've been much longer and I would not have nearly the flexibility I have gained back which is highly important for a dance & fitness educator.
Staci Cattaneo: I'm new to the area and was in need of a massage to help ease some muscle tension. I contacted Amy via email and she got me in the same day! Very friendly and professional. Most importantly, I felt great afterwards.
Joe Palms: Amy knows massage well--which muscles are causing the problem and how to ease out the knots. The session ends way too quickly because it also feels great. I appreciate her work and recommend her. Thanks, Amy. Joe
Trelawny Boynton: Amy is beyond awesome. She is ridiculously knowledgable about your body and how exercise, stress, and movement impact your muscles. When I first went to her I was a mess and didn't even know it. I go regularly for "tune ups" and when I miss a session, I can feel the difference.I also appreciate her ability to hear feedback. Some therapists think they know everything and don't listen to clients. It's really refreshing that Amy brings deep knowledge and also wants your input about what you need.In short, go see her! Your body will thank you later.
blades77: I have been going to Amy for years. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible to my schedule. With my job, there is a lot of long distance travel and desk work. Also, I am active in hockey and tennis. My problem area is my back. Amy has worked out tension along my spine (neck to lower back) and it has prevent any back problems. Prior to that, when my back went out, I would be out of commission for 2 weeks.I absolutely recommend her.
Sid Smith: Amy is a great massage therapist. She works with you each time to hone in on the places of soreness and the needs of the body. She is invariably friendly and enthusiastic. She loves her clients and seeks to accommodate their schedules.
Alicia Herman: First and foremost, Amy is a first class massage therapist. She is a great find for those looking for therapeutic or relaxation massage. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and skill.
Charlie Cook: Amy is very professional to work with which is huge for me! I know massaging is very personal and after a time or two with a client, a therapist might feel like they know me and might overshare or cross the line with personal stories or not listen to my needs anymore because they think they know me. While my conversations with Amy are friendly and continuing, she has found a good balance professional and still treating me like a paying customer and putting my needs first. I have back and neck stiffness, mostly stress related, and Amy skillfully eases my pain and loosens up my muscles to help me relax. Thanks Amy!
James Stuart: Talented and knowledgeble. Great skills.
Nicklaus Suino: I send my students to Amy Prior. I teach martial arts to everybody from 5 year old kids to 65 year old attorneys. Our people have a great time in class, but sometimes they need help getting over a muscle strain, soreness, or chronic postural issues. I've given out a lot of gift certificates to Amy Prior Massage - she's great!

In Touch Therapeutic Massage: what do users think?
Jennifer Schemke: I've always had a great experience here; Felicity was my masseuse several times. The body wraps are heavenly!
Hey There: Made an appointment for 330, was told to be 15 min early. Was waiting for 25 min with no one in sight. Was told that someone left and they couldn’t help me. By far worst experience I’ve ever had. Thanks for wasting my time! Definitely will NEVER be back and will make sure I tell all my friends/family about this! :)
David Bower: The spa is a very comfortable setting. Jo and Ella were professional and the massage was very relaxing. I would recommend Tropical Touch if you have tense muscles and need relaxation.
Esther Gitterman: Had the best experience getting a massage and facial. Everyone was super professional, everything was very clean, and I will 100% be going back.
Steve Steeb: I have been a client of Barbara (the owner) for over 25 years. I am a retired auto mechanic and I credit regular massages with eliminating aches and pains as they occur. She fixed my Tennis Elbow AND Golf Elbow when it was painful to work (and even drink a cup of coffee!). Barbara has very high standards for her facility and its CLEANLINESS as well as for the SAFETY of her staff and clients. In EMERGENCIES - I have had massages with a number of her fellow therapists over the years and have always left In Touch feeling much better than I did when I entered!
Aileen Russell: If you look at the positive comments they are from years ago..I wasn't going to write a review so I sent the owner anemail. No response..My "therapist"was not professional and not at all interested in hearing what I needed.. It was lazy and inexperianced or she just didn't care ...unfortunate as I have had good experiences in the past.Thought maybe the owner would have communicated back to me.. Lots better options in Ann Arbor where the commitment to service is shared by the whole staff.
Amy Degrand: Small overpriced and did not offer what we wanted. Staff did not appear professional. Felt uncomfortable, no changing rooms, nowhere to put clothes it just seemed like they were not knowledgeable about what they were doing. Will not go back.
Alyssa Razgunas: Had a prenatal massage. Struggling with upper back and she really focused on that area, much to my appreciation!!
Brooke McCreary: Paige is amazing and does the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! Love these guys!
Bridget Nicholson: Very peaceful place. I had a great massage and a wonderful massage therapist. They have moved and the address is not correct when you look it up on Google Maps or their website. Their address is: 58 Parkland Plaza Ann Arbor Michigan.
Debora Hetrick: My message therapist can tell where my trigger points are and works to release them. I'm amazed Ann can always find what needs to be worked on. I love the complimentary steam before the message.
Alicia Patil: Nikki was very accommodating and friendly. It was also easy to get an appointment within a few days due to the hours of operation. The massage and steam were exactly what I needed. It didn’t feel rushed and it was reasonably priced for the value. I highly recommend In Touch and Nikki.
Jacob harlin: great place for a massage. never got a massage before and the whole experience was great. paige was super nice and professional. definitely would recommend this place
Scott Dennis: Excellent deep tissue massage, providing relief from chronic back pain and rejuvenating tired muscles. These are experienced massage therapists who know what they're doing and improve your health.
Raychel Ward: Very nice and helpful front desk. I just went in for a gift certificate and it was very easy. I was a little confused because the sign was on the side and I wasnt sure if it was the right place, but it was easy.
Mary Weed: Nice place. The massage people are very knowledgeable and caring.
Natalie Davidson: Very relaxing. Great massage
Ayla Ault: Been seeing Karen for over a year now--she's great! Would highly recommend a massage by her.
Lakeisha Wilson: I love this place the service and price was great!!!! Will be going more often
NICHOL HOPKINS: I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am a frequent flyer here and they are wonderful. Very knowledgeable extremely friendly. This place is clean, peaceful and relaxing from start to finish and make sure you try the sauna..... PERFECT!

Max Futernick: Best massage place in Ann Arbor - your body will feel brand new! Be aware that booking 1-2 months in advance is typical so plan ahead.

ξriη ξlaiηε Ꭶ •—YouΘɴlyLɨveΘɴce—•: I've never feel more relaxed and physically refreshed after EriN worked her magic hands on my head tension, neck muscles, shoulders tendons, traps and leviators. This place is truly a cut above all other competitors, and superior quality relaxation room.
Cassandra Meyer: Erin and Josephine are amazing! I go for deep tissue massage, and recently for craniosacral therapy as well. They are both very experienced massage therapists and have helped me immensely with my neck and hip pain over the past three years. They are both so kind, and their massage rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Core Therapeutics is truly an Ann Arbor gem.

It is awesome to go to Core and know that you can count on a peaceful, therapeutic experience!
Summer Berman: Positive:Professionalism,QualityWent for my annual birthday massage and it was lovely as always. CORE's offices are conveniently located downtown near both street and structure parking. The office is cozy and comfortable and the therapists are friendly and professional.
Bradley Hayes: Comfortable and smooth experience. From the booking to finding the building, and thru the entire massage, everything was professional and high quality. Looking forward to going back again...and again
Wolfe Family: The best place ever! Erin is so knowledgeable.
Shaunna Cahill: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThe studio is beautifully decorated and cozy. Booking and paying online made it very easy to prepare for my appointment. I saw Erin a couple months ago—she was excellent and really helped with my muscle tension. This week I saw Josie and she relieved a couple knots in my neck in one session. So glad to have CORE as a resource in town.
Benjamin Winans: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityErin is a tremendous talent, and a dedicated professional. She knows what she’s doing, and is attentive to her clients needs. I can not recommend CORE Therapeutic highly enough.
Isabella Little: Erin is the best!!

Michael Huff: Illyen is the Best!!Many thanks for helping me prepare for my successful 7th Degree Taekwondo Black Belt test this past weekend.
Brooke Mason: Great massage! She really knows the body and really focused on the areas I wanted targeted. My hips and shoulders feel brand new -- no more tension or tightness. Highly recommend! Will be back soon!

Thomas Monahan: Illyen is a fantastic therapist
Lauren Costa: Best massage of my life. Very impressed and will definitely be back. Give yourself buffer time on the front and end of your appointment because they are very thorough!
Malen Daiana Hoffmann: Recomiendo este lugar, todas las masajistas son excelentes, pero Neli hace el mejor drenaje linfático, es increíble cómo notas cambios inmediatamente. Neli sos la mejor. Professional massage Gracias por existir.
Mark Grow Jr: Best massage I've ever had! I don't get massages regularly. Mainly because they've never been very good. I've been having problems with my right calf muscle. Couldn't fix it myself, so I finally just made myself set an appointment. Just looked up local sports massage therapists and came across this place. The reviews sold me. So I set one up with Ivania. So glad I got her. She was awesome. I'll definitely be returning to her.
Jazmin Hernandez: El mejor regalo que le puedas obsequiar a alguien. Un masaje!!So relaxing the best 👌
Graham Dethmers: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityEasily the best massage therapist I've ever visited. Illyen was professional and thorough, as well as a joyous person to be around. I will definitely continue to go here.
Glen Anderson: Positive:ProfessionalismFantastic sports massage. Illyen is very active and works hard for you. Some therapists just go through the motions without solving any problems. Illyen worked through some difficult issues in my hip and adductor. I just wish I lived closer to go to her more often!!
Mahaveer Swaroop Bhojani: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityHave been a customer of Illyen since 2018. My day require standing and lot of moving around that I average between 25 to 30 sthousandbsteps in a day. Everywhere ilyyen massage have been my recovery from work stress
Mary Kay Hazel: Ilyen is by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is magically able to work out deep knots and tension but still make the massage feel relaxing, which is a trick no one else has managed before. On top of that, she is warm, generous, and professional. Very highly recommended!
Ian Connick: Fantastic sports, and therapeutic massage.
Avie Francis: I've had multiple professional massages from different people over the years, I even have a monthly agreement with a masseuse that I've been going to regularly for over a year. I heard about Illyen through a friend and also my chiropractor and they highly recommended her. The massage was incredible! She was massaging muscles that didn't even realize existed, like under the arms and deep places in my neck. I left there feeling so light on my feet and incredibly relaxed, but also rejuvenated. I highly recommend her services and will return!
Susan Bryan: Ilian and Ivania are both amazing massage therapists. The style is great for sore muscles from sports! Thanks for a great massage.
M. M.: Illyian's knowledge of muscle groups and the body helps her address all my aches and pain skillfully. She is a gem, and I feel privileged to have her as my massage therapist.
Maggie Fink: Illyen is, hands down, the most skilled and thorough masseuse I have worked with. It is a like a total body make over every time I go.
Elizabeth Umberfield: Best massage I've ever had, hands down!
Lisa Evans: Amazing massage, the best I've ever had. Illyen is very knowledgeable about the body, muscles, blood flow etc and works on every part of your body. Highly recommend and I will never go anywhere else!
Julio A: Traveled to Ann Arbor and was looking around for a good massage. Luckily I found this place. Good technique, the perfect deep tissue, just enough pressure. Excellent technique. Specially the stretching. Too bad I don't live in Ann Arbor, otherwise I will bece an massage addict. Highly recommend . Thank you Ms Illyen

Ann Arbor Therapeutic Massage Clinic: what do users think?
Meredith Hoag: Doug is the best! He has helped my aches & pains so much. I had been bothered by a leg muscle for years & after he spent only 10 mins focusing on it, my pain has been totally gone! He knows just what to do!
Kristen Kay Michels: A professional / relaxed disposition of a massage therapist that gives way for healing to begin. I had an MVA where I died more than once and as a result I was in a chair, extensive rehabilitation, pain that would only make me so sick that I would through up- with additional trauma, all because I am paralyzed. Before my MVA, I was a Dancer. Because of my time with Doug, I am dancing again.
Echo Song: The owner is super nice and skilled. I have chronic pain with my shoulder, that makes me have a lot of experience in massage therapies. I can say this is one of the most helpful sessions. Thanks a lot!
Rob Calhoun: Very polite staff
Dan Cohen: I have been going here for 20+ years I have chronic back pain that is always resolved after leaving here. A professional environment with highly skilled massage therapists.
Michael Domeier: I enjoyed the time here.
Susan Bunton: Relaxing
