Jennifer Spencer: In May of 2021 I contracted Superior Landscape Companies to complete an outdoor patio and install an Egress window. The project was mostly completed in mid to late July; however, not 100% complete.During the course of the project, my sump pump drain line needed to be moved from the original location.Upon moving the line, workers under the supervision of Superior Landscape Companies, broke the existing line requiring the line to be replaced. In order to replace the line, a section of drywall in my basement had to be removed. The drywall was subsequently replaced. However, the drywall was not restored to its original condition and still, to this day, requires mudding, taping, and painting.This issue has been brought to their attention on numerous documented occasions through emails, text, and a legal letter notice and yet the work still remains unfinished. They also refuse to provide me with the receipt and warranty documents for my egress window they installed. Because they lost money on my job, they are saying I owe them more money.Final payment for the project was tendered on 07/29/2021. The final payment amount was confirmed by their sales representative. Final payment was noted on the check. The check was cashed the same day, and no further correspondence regarding any outstanding amount was sent or communicated to me until I demanded the work be completed in November of 2021, in excess of 90 days after cashing my check.I reported them to the BBB but Superior Landscape Companies did not respond to the complaint. They have many bad reviews. I wish I would have researched feedback about them before letting them touch my yard.

Ryan Daugherty: Called to order 10 yards of topsoil in the afternoon for delivery the following morning. Easy order process and the office staff were efficient. The driver showed up on time at 8:30am and unloaded perfectly onto the spot I marked in the driveway. The soil quality was excellent, zero rocks or debris. Dark color, high quality soil. Mostly sandy loam with very minimal clay. Easily the best quality soil I’ve ever had delivered. Price and delivery fees were reasonable.Well done Superior, happy customer here! Looking forward to buying again. If you’re shopping for bulk material delivery, this is the place to call.

Johanna Griest: First off, I can't speak for their landscaping services. Maybe they're fantastic. But they don't have the attitudes to match. Their staff thinks it's acceptable to block literally every single pump at a gas station (all 20 pumps) with their truck and trailer rigs and loiter in the parking lot while just a few fill up. I drive a 28' trailer on the weekends. I get it, it can be hard to find places to park and gas stations big enough to fill up in, but there was more than ample space to have parked elsewhere at this location. That behavior is unacceptable, especially from a business.I arrived with 0 miles of range and just enough time to fill up before work. The amount of unnecessary anxiety this incident caused me was completely uncalled for. If you're going to support ignorant and inconsiderate behavior from your employees, I suggest requesting they do it in vehicles without your logo pasted everywhere.

Chris Morgan: I had a load of gravel and sand delivered. Friendly front office staff and friendly dump truck driver (Tom), who arrived on the schedule I requested! I got the material within days of ordering.

Murugesan V: Superior Nursery planted more than 50 arborvitae trees for us, the crew was friendly and planted the trees as we wanted them. We were also able to pick the trees at the nursery to be planted. When there was a miscommunication between the crew and the office staff, the office staff (Kim) listened to our concerns and resolved them immediately. Highly recommend this place! We would definitely go back if we need any landscaping work in the future.

Jo Cook: I called Superior Wholesale Landscape Supply & Nursery after spending two weeks looking for topsoil. No one else in the area had any or they weren't able to deliver it within the next two weeks. I called Superior Wholesale on a whim and two hours later I had 5 cubic yards of topsoil/compost in my driveway. I have to say, it is the darkest, richest looking soil I have seen. I am so very happy that I called this company and I highly recommend them to anyone.

My yard needed a ton of heavy cleanup before they did the landscape install of 30+ bushes, and they still had the job done in 2 days. I highly recommend them for the well-stocked, affordable nursery, but even more if you want them to transform your yard in no time at all!

She offered only one day that they were available and had a negative attitude. They were going to add a $75 fee on top of normal winterazation charges because I was late. After telling her I had to check my husband's work schedule, she just hung up. My perception of this company: higher than average cost for no good reason, poor customer service and limited tech availability. I was easily able to find an alternate vendor that accommodated our service request at expected costs.

Autumn Moricz: I went to this business on Tuesday of this week. I spoke directly with Dewey. I expressed an interest in playground sand but I wasn't sure what grade of sand I wanted. He showed me some options and I went out and checked firsthand. I came back into the office spoke with him regarding the sand. There were 2 other gentlemen behind me. At that time I ordered 2 yds of sand and then I asked how much it would be for 2 yds of mulch. I let him know that when calling the other day I was told that there could be a deal in delivery if ordering 2 items. He said yes. He quoted me a price of $190.80 for 2 yd of sand and 2 yd of mulch and a discount and delivery. I said that sounded great I gave him $200 cash he gave me $10 back. At that time he filled out a paper order form and he told me that my delivery would be on Thursday morning. I asked if they would call 1st he said yes. I then asked him for a receipt and he said that he would market paid and that the driver would give me 1/2 when he delivered and he would take the other to bring back. He said I would be the 3rd delivery on Thursday. Earlier today I called up there and reached a woman on the phone. I tried to add another yard of mulch to my order. She said she didn't see any order there. I was definitely upset and I asked to speak to the person who I put the order in with and she said he was busy. I left my name and number. He later like me a phone message saying that they have taken no cash orders hes not showing my order.... I then tried to call back and no one was answering the phone. I tried multiple times. I decided to drive up there a. On my way I call the sheriff's deputy because I felt I should have somebody there with me. The share step I 1 in and talked and he again denied ever taking my money. He came out looked at me seem to recall that I was there for playground sand but yet said he didn't remember taking any cash from me. After the deputy spoke with him some more he came out and gave me the option of taking delivery of my items on Saturday because they were now too busy on Thursday or they would refund my money. I took the redund because I can not purchase from a business that would do what they did to me. He was going to keep my $200. I firmly believe had I arrived there on my own without the sheriff's department he would have kept my money
