IHA Obstetrics & Gynecology Domino's Farms: what do users think?
Meghan Kurza: Front desk dawn I believe her name was amazing. Dr. Long wasn’t very warm, she almost made me feel stupid for wanting to come in with my safe not sorry while I was feeling discomfort. Her energy was just very fake towards me. While leaving the room she never said take care you are all set or have a nice day she closed the door and I sat there for 20 minutes because they seemed to forgot I was in there. The nurse came in and said oh ur all set abs never walked me out. Horrible experience. Will never go back. Not a comforting experience at all.
Megan Lacy: Zara, my M.A was not very professional when I was taken back to my room. I explained that I was very nervous, and that I had some questions before they implanted my Nexplanon. I have had it in the past, I didn’t have a good experience and also developed and infection afterwards.. I prepared myself on my own accord and had a round of antibiotics to use presumptively.. But she was not very empathetic towards me being nervous. I literally asked to hold her hand when they inserted the nexplanon because I was alone and she stood at the farthest point away from me in the room during the procedure. Honestly I felt like a burden to everyone in the office. Mary, the midwife who performed my procedure was okay. I would have liked more answers to my questions but it was not the right appointment to be looking for answers, it was only to place the nexplanon. However, when I ask what the medication interactions are and she couldn’t tell me and got frustrated when I asked more questions was quite pathetic. I only this a 1 star because I didn’t leave crying. The front office was terrible. I was being as happy as I could be given with the situation. I tried to compliment them, have a conversation, or ANYTHING and these women wanted nothing to do with me, and they simply wanted to move along with their day and sit and talk to each other like they were when i interrupted them so I could finally check out and make my next appointment . I was going to schedule with them for my wellness visit and I will be canceling. This was terrible. If you have any type of anxiety, which I feel many people do walking into ANY OB/GYN appointment do NOT go here unless you want to feel totally invalidated. I am extremely disappointed. U of M is a well known hospital, known for their “outstanding” care and this was my first experience at one of their offices. Absolutely pathetic. Don’t bother calling. I hope someone of any importance sees this, because you have some serious changes to make.
Sarah Will: I have been seeing Dr. Mouro since I was 16 years old, I am now 32. I cannot put into words how amazing of a doctor he is. I have had many MANY complications with pregnancies, fertility and other health issues. He stood by my side during it all. He helped when I was scared and not sure what to do. He is my super hero, he helped give me my two beautiful boys after 7 miscarriages including a still born. I felt lost and broken, but Dr. Mouro never let me feel like I did anything wrong. He held my hand as we continued down a very long hard road. But with him, his support, his kindness, he’s patient and bedside manner; I was able to carry and deliver two healthy beautiful baby boys. I will forever be great full for him and the staff at IHA. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing OBGYN center, this is where you need to go. I cannot say it enough Thank you to everyone and the support system you get by being one of their patients.
Emma: Dr. Bugosh is amazing!! She showed a great deal of kindness and empathy from my initial consultation all the way through recovery (from a salpingo-oophorectomy). On multiple occasions she called me after hours either to answer questions or to ensure I didn’t have to worry about test results any longer than necessary. Dr. Mouro also worked on my surgery. They were able to keep the incision very small despite the fact that my cyst was crazy big. I am so grateful to everyone who helped make my surgery a success!
Colleen Greer: I love Dr. Archer !! Hands down has helped me with many issues that I have been having with my gynecological needs.I first saw in 2006 and ran straight back to her this year when I had major issues come up again. Once again - she walked me through everything step by step. Answered all my questions ...let me think on things and did not pressure me to make descions right there in the office . But also made sure i had the full information.I SERIOUSLY can not say enough !! She is welcoming ..knowledgeable ..kind!! If you need to go to someone and are scared ..go to her - she is lovely and will help you through ...promise !!!
Stacy ld: Dr Archer is amazing. Love her and the whole staff @ the plymouth location
Kaitlyn: Dr. Menon is amazing! She's very friendly and personable. Although nobody likes going to these types of appointments she makes it a comfortable experience all around! The staff is also very nice and the prescription refill phone service they have is fast and easy.
erica guck: The worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with for FMLA. 1st set of FMLA paperwork they never filled out and faxed it to my employer. The 2nd set of FMLA paperwork they said they didn't have when I faxed it myself so I know it went to there office. I have the confirmation paper showing that the fax went through.
Shadiya Muhammed: Very nice staff.

Dr. Elizabeth M. Shadigian, MD: what do users think?
Nancy Phillips: Elizabeth and her staff are exactly what we all need. To be treated with dignity, respect and kindness while experiencing the very best in the medical field.
Paula Globerson: I have been going to Dr Shandigian for different health issues. This is the kind of doctor , which rarely exists that calls you at home when she sees I had been in the ER for a terrible flu that had me hospitalized. She helped me with my Aunt that had terminal breast Cancer, and needed a doctor to exam her and recommend hospice. She just last month diagnosed a health problem and refered me to appropriate specialist. She has also taken care of my daughter. As a patient you have confidentiality, compassionate doctor and staff. There is an acupuncturist too. They work WITH the client to optimize health. It is not just gynecologist office. It’s the entire wellness. Her knowledge and medical diagnostics skills are wonderful.Insurance and payment is not covered, so patient must apply to insurance for repayment. So if payment is an issue, discuss with office and your health insurance provider. Office is welcoming and personal place. Excellent. Fairly easy to get an appointment. Wait time in office minimal and same goes for wait time for an appointment. Rate doctor in the knew factory medics environment.
Kate Welsh: Kristin is amazing. She does a variety of eastern medicine including cupping , acupuncture and Gua sha. I went and saw her after an intense injury and she helped loosen my muscles and took care of me holistically.
jennifer brown: There is NO place like this.....you just have to experience it yourself. You are #1 here.....

Dr. Bethany D. Skinner, MD: what do users think?
Mrs.: My visit with Dr. Skinner was terrible. A canceled appointment without telling me after waiting 7 months, then finally got in and she was an hour late. Pushed lupron shot and birth control for suspected endometriosis and other issues, after I told her I've tried that with no relief. I had to ask at the end of the visit about a laparoscopy- that should have been the first thing she recommended vs a freaking birth control pill (especially since I've tried that). Was not open to surgery and got agitated when I asked questions. I could have went and got birth control much easier then waiting almost a year for Dr. Skinner to gaslight me on my pain and struggles.
DawnMarie Alexander: Dr Skinner is an amazing surgeon I had a complex and bloddy surgery several doctors would not do it. Dr Skinner was wonderful and completed my surgery without a blood transfusion I am very grateful to Dr Skinner and U of M
DJ Davis: I recently had a laparoscopic hysterectomy done by Dr. Skinner due to an abnormally large uterus with symptomatic fibroids. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with her! Dr. Skinner truly listens to your concerns and cares. She works with you to get you the best outcome. I'm 6 days post op and so far, no complications! Pain is manageable. Recovery is going well. Everything has gone seamlessly! Care from start to finish has been awesome. U of M Hospital is huge. But Dr. Skinner treats you like it's a small practice. No regrets!
N H: This doctor has the best bedside manor. Seariously, she takes time to answer all questions. My quality of life is so much better after seeing her! Why didn't I go see her sooner?!

Von Voigtlander Women's Hospital: what do users think?
Amanda: This hospital and the staff deserve zero stars but I have to give at least one to write a review. This is the by far the worst place I have ever dealt with! I personally chose this hospital for how advanced they are but that means nothing if they don’t do their jobs. They are unprofessional, rushed, absolutely no bedside manners, and spend more time laughing with their coworkers then actually treating you. I have been seen multiple times throughout my first pregnancy for multiple issues and each time I have been completely disregarded. They are fast to pump you with fluids and some medication to shut you up but have no issues seeing you back in 3 days to repeat. Don’t expect a diagnosis!! They will let you sit in pain. This hospital is all about their money $$!They are training lots of new people and it appears nobody knows what is even going on in there, save yourself time, money and pain and go to a different hospital so you can be cared for like an actual human.
Wendy Willauer: Dr. Fenner is so awesome she makes you feel like you've known her forever she is a Dr. that actually listens to you when you talk to her very personable excellent bedside. I just love her and would recommend her to all women having female issues. The nurses and the surgical team were very pleasant and helpful I had a very pleasant experience. I am heading back for another surgery and hope to have the same experience 😁
Stephanie Davis: I was born qt this hospital of course before the updates and things but things are always changing. I have most of all health care needs as a child with them. When I became and adult I left but quickly came back . I have had two kids here. My daughter did a week in there Nicuand my Son is doing his time now. I am High risk for many different reason and I wouldn't go anywhere else for the care of my children. Love this place. Yes I have had a few not so good help but more good then Bad and that's what I look at because anywhere you go in life there will be good and bad but which one out ways the other.?
Sarah Dettloff: I had a natural birth in a tub of water at the hospital and baby and i were happy and healthy. The midwives were great but everything else was a really bad experience. People kept coming in the room trying to give me an epidural when i told them i didn't want it. After the birth they told me i had to stay the night. The morning i was packed and ready to go. They said i had to stay one more night because they wanted to monitor my babys weight. We were nursing on a regular basis and despite this they kept trying to give her formula and make me pump. Her weight was totally normal. I told them i was leaving. They threatened calling security. Said I didn't want to do that. Said i was putting the baby at risk. I told them i was not asking their permission. We are both happy, healthy and going home now. We were there two days and nights against my will for no reason. My baby is nursing and gaining weight and we are going home. Get your paperwork ready. The nurse came back in after crying and told me she was so sorry for the way they were treating us. That she knew the way things are at the hospital are so wrong and she was just so sorry and she got a midwife. I told her what was happening and she got my paperwork and cut off the bands and got us out.Went to my pediatrician next day for routine measurements and she was shocked at their behavior and said the baby's weight was totally normal and she was nursing so well. Never again. Good luck to all you mothers out there. I am almost convinced they were trying to make me stay longer to charge my insurance more.
Chloe: Doctor pleasant is the BEST doctor, amazing bedside manner, very caring and smart. Love her.
David Miller: Deleted my post.Disrespectful and super unprofessional.Didn’t know what rooms were able to hook up baby monitors and machines.Treated my wife like her pain and discomfort wasn’t important and didn’t matter.Constantly moved us room to room, then not move us rooms because reasons.Wife can’t even make it to the bathroom, our unborn child’s heart rate is constantly dropping every other half hour, and she’s crying in pain yet that’s “progress”Worst hospital experience by far. Will not be coming back the rest of this pregnancy or for another pregnancy.Period.Also they deleted my last review so that should say something to their integrity and professionalism.
Jacob Rowden: The term gold standard does not do justice to this institution. The combination of brilliant scientists, researchers, and practitioners provides a level of knowledge unavailable to most of the world, and largely compassionate and ethically-minded staff at every level makes your experience here significantly better than it would be at a typical hospital. I saw these teams perform miracles, and I do not use that word lightly. I was so impressed and grateful at their level of care, that despite having attended university at another Big Ten school, any contributions I make towards a university for the remainder of my life will be going to this hospital. Thank you U of M.
Mrs. K Berry: I gave birth to my 2nd daughter here. The medical staff and physicians were kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Rooms were clean and properly stocked. The even had a gaming system in our room in labor & delivery. The reason I had to give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're either understaffed or just overwhelmed at night. The experience in the daytime versus after hours is much different. Takes the nurses and staff much, much longer to respond to patient requests/needs and I had to ask for simple things like water several times before I received it. The food in general was pretty terrible as well, but it's a hospital so my expectations weren't high. Overall, my experience/overnight stay was great and I would recommend this hospital.
Soadia Santos Bacarin (Sol): Very nice place, people so gentle. Thank you!
Kathy Whaib: Delivered my first son with great care and amazing nurses. My hubby drove an hour just to deliver my first baby in this hospital. Regardless of the emergency situations I went though in labor, I felt nothing but lucky to have this incredible experience as a first delivery. Great team, high quality service.......... 2 months later after writing the great review, (had to edit my review) Sadly I came to find out that the team actually fractured my baby's collarbone. I spoke too fast. Really really disappointed.
Melanee Baka: 10/10 recommend! I had to switch to high risk at 18 weeks with my 2nd son in 2017/2018. They took me in with open arms. Treated me like family. Always checked on me with my issues. I was induced a week early and my doctor was by my side the whole time! Now I'm pregnant again(high risk again with same issues) and still making the 2 hour drive to see the amazing team here! They listen to all my issues and get me the help and attention I need in a very timely manner!
Alyssa Klein: I rarely write Google Reviews, but I felt like this one was need. Three weeks ago, I called U of M MFM because of an issue pertaining to a high risk pregnancy. I told them I didn't have a lot of time, but they could only schedule me for two weeks out. I'm like kay, I guess I'll have to deal with it. On the appointment day, that was just a 30 minute intake over the phone, the nurse who was assigned to me was not friendly and had attitude. After the intake, the nurse told me that she had to put me on hold, and for me to wait for U of M to schedule me. I waited and waited, but I had told the nurse that I had another doctor's appointment before. So I had to hang up and could not be on hold. Good thing I had another appointment with Henry Ford MFM, because then I find out I dilated and had to be rushed to emergency to save my babies. Furthermore, I called back to the MFM office to give them a friendly update on what happened, and the lady that answered the phone didn't seem to care. She asked me if I was transferring records there, and I said no, the surgery is already completed, I just wanted to let you know what happened. She asks," So you'll just like to cancel, I said yes. Then she said smartly, " Oh, I didn't now what you had met". If you work in a MFM or any type of clinic, work on customer service skills and having compassion for your patients. Your staff represents U of M.P. S. I avoided using names in this post because I feel like with a compliant, maybe people need a second chance.
Zhenna DeBenedet: 10/10 do not reccomend delivering here if you want a natural.birth, even if you go with the midwives.I was lied and manipulated. they were impatient and were continuously looking for problems. I went through 3 different midwife/nurse teams. the two stars is because for the most part the staff were nice but I do not believe they communicated well with eachother at shift changes.again, I just want to leave this review so that if youre debating, I highly recommend not using this hospital. after my experience here I will never willingly deliver in a hospital.they lied about how much blood I was loosing and promised things and didnt follow through multiple times. their monitors for babys heart rate do not work unless someone is constantly holding it to your body.one women said to me "yeah, me doing this with my hands wont really help you deliver any faster" and continued to finger with my vaginia for several hours? so what are you doing then?...do not reccomend. bring a doula if you do.
Crystal Cannon: Mom365 is taking advantage of new moms in this hospital. THey come in tryin to sell you a photo package for $150.00. Their product is not worth it but there is no way for Moms to know until it is too late because they email the photos to you a few weeks later. Also, when new mothers are in the hospital, it is annoying to have salesmen coming into their rooms trying to sell them products. If they don't leave right away, you are very uncomfortable and they keep coming back until you feel obligated to purchase their product just to get rid of them!
Maureen Welch: Long waits, indifferent providers. I'm changing clinics.
Samantha Havro: Apparently they only have one operating room because an emergency patient came and they took her in here instead or er. Didn't get out for 10 hours for a 1 1/2 hour surgery. How disappointing this hospital is.
Fallen Angel: I am not very happy with this place at all. Thanks for messing up my hair(it was very long, thick with curls)..it had so many snarls, knots to the point where I had to see a salon professional. Even they couldn't fix it! The nurses didn't even offer to brush out my hair!
RayRay P: Can't say enough good things about the level of care we received at this hospital. The nursing staff was great coaching me through a long and painful labor. We received constant attention throughout. Loved the birth tub (you do have to ask for a room with a tub; it isn't guaranteed). After our baby was born we were visited by a series of specialists and nursing staff. Super impressed and would highly recommend to any momma-to-be!
Matthew “Memes are gr8” Hubbard: They want to force birth control pills down your throat for anything. I have excruciating pain with periods and they offered me birth control for pain and no periods and i politely said no. No matter what i say they just keep pushing. I read all of the bad side effects and heard not only my friends stories but my sisters too about how they were on it and how many problems they have caused. No matter what i told them they deny that any of their stories were real. By the way birth control does not stop periods it makes them worse and makes you fertile.
Carmen Weeder: This is a wonderful practice for disabled and challenged individuals!
Madaline McQueen: My son was born here in November of 2018. His heart rate was dropping so I was rushed for a emergency C-section. All of the staff was very professional & helpful. My son was born with low blood sugar & stayed a week in the NICU. Although it was the scariest moments of my life the hospital did a wonderful job managing my sons health. I highly recommend this hospital.
