GOFORIT SYSTEMS: I change oil on my promaster truck in every other valvoline station. this one refused. Went to another valvoline place and no problemo. See picture below.

Stephen Lutz: I realized after my oil change a couple of days ago that my car is leaving oil spots on the ground everywhere I park. The technicians had an open disagreement about which oil filter should be used, and now my assumption is that they chose the wrong one. I am taking my car back there tomorrow and will update/improve the review if they take care of the issue. If not, I'm going to have to go somewhere else and hope that they are competent and can keep me from ruining my engine due to lack of oil. Viswanath Akella: Been going here for years. They had several great guys doing work, but they are gone now and the new guys did a hack job. They stripped out the screws for my air dam, then claimed they were rusted- they were not as I did some work there myself recently. Then they used an impact to retap bigger screws ruining the air dam attachments. Got home and the oil looked dirty, didn't seem changed. David Jenkins: My wife took her 2015 Acadia in for an oil change today. She directly asked the employee "how much money would I save by using standard oil vs synthetic". The employee said "$15". Given the relatively little savings, my wife elected to use synthentic. However, the itemized receipt clearly showed a $15 up charge for a synthetic filter and a $48 up charge for synthetic oil. My wife asked why he said $15 earlier, and the employee had not response. Additionally, the employee told my wife that the coolant levels were dangerously low, despite the fact that the temperature gauge was not showing any issues with elevated temperature issues.Huge transparency and truth concerns about this business. (SOO much better than getting pulled over!)- They offered to fix things that could use it, but were not pushy or salesy at all!- They showed me the oil in the engine before and after the change- Super friendly and kindI am sure there are places that I could go to pay less than $52.99 plus tax for a conventional oil change, but this was such an amazing experience that I am thrilled to go there for my oil changes every time!Service:Oil change

I am quite clueless when it comes to cars but I know that maintenance is very important. Justin communicated in a friendly manor and was professional. He explained things to me in a way that made sense and answered my questions promptly. The service was quick and efficient and I am extremely pleased with the quality of service. I really enjoyed how the employees communicated with each other as well. It was a great atmosphere and made me feel very comfortable. Justin gave me suggestions for further maintenance on my vehicle but I felt no pressure to purchase services I didn’t need. Wesley L: Beware! Had to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. 500 miles after my oil change, my car was 4 quarts, out of 5, short! My oil light came on and when I checked, couldn't detect oil on my dip stick. I called to ask about this and they said that cars do this all the time and it's nothing to worry about. It's normal. That my car just ate it up or had a leak... Zero oil in my driveway, never had a problem EVER with eating oil. When I've changed the oil myself in the past, I have every bit of 5 quarts drain out. They DID NOT put oil in my car and tried to turn it like it was me or my cars fault. Also, that cheap oil change they advertise is a lie to get you in the door. I used the cheapest oil and filter and was suppose to get 5 quarts of oil.... they charged me 50% over their advertised sale and gave me zero oil. If this is "normal" for them... I'd certainly consider literally anywhere else.Service:Oil change
