Mr. L. Ace: We arranged a round trip transfer to the Greektown casino from Ann Arbor for our group event and Fare Ride did an excellent job with being on time. The drivers were very polite and the cars were really clean.
Cassandra McIntosh: Called for a last minute ride from the Detroit airport to Ann Arbor and had zero issues! Driver was on time (even a few minutes early), handled my luggage, and got me to my destination on time. I am unsure why there are complaints about the pricing. Laila Gatt: We used Boober Tours to transport our wedding guests from the church to the reception (and then at the end of the night), and it was AMAZING! Not only were they very reliable, they were all so friendly, they played some great music, and they got everyone excited! At the end of the night, our driver took us (the bride and groom) on a grand tour of Ann Arbor, and I could not have asked for a better way to end my wedding! Chris Bowlby: I'll admit I have not used this service. But I also will not ever use this service after today.I parked my car at a local ice cream shop and when I went to leave I found 2 of the Boober Tours carts blocking me in so I could not get my car out of the parking lot. I looked to see if I could tell who was responsible for them but it was crowded and difficult to tell. After about 10 minutes two guys come out to the carts carrying their ice cream cones. No taxi customers, just the two guys, stuffing their own faces. And of course they were not in the least bit apologetic. They simply acted as if it was no big deal and I was the one with the problem. They seemed slightly concerned when I told them I was on the phone with someone at their office reporting the issue.Overall this was only a 10 minute delay, and admittedly a very first world problem. But this was very rude for employees of a company that really should be very customer and image conscious.

carl wayzata: Fantastic taxi service, our driver Brahim gave us a great tour of the university of Michigan for my return visit since my graduation in the 70s. The town has changed so much but the friendly and hardworking taxi drivers are still around. They also took us from and to Detroit airport were never late one time, the price we paid was reasonable and we will use Ann Abor Taxi & Airport Cars again.

The Negilski’s: Expenciv3 and rude
Shadow Walker: 12 minutes away from their office. Called for a ride. Said it would be $80-$90.00 upfront. I said okay I have cash. Didn't know my current address for I'm not familiar with the area. Was told to find out and call them back. Called them back after getting the address. They don't pickup from business buildings. GoodLuck if you're getting out of work and need a ride. The guy just hung up on me.......Trash service.
Deborah Stirrup: I have received service from Ann Arbor Cab Company for the last year. The management , fares, drivers, and courtesy are excellent. I have at times needed a quick response to an unexpected need and the Company has courteously and readily responded. I highly recommend this Company.

Wanted to know a ball park figure which he originally said he couldn’t tell me then he gives a price $30 more than any Uber. When I told him it’s ok he was super mean and said don’t call then again! Don’t waste your time get a Lyft or Uber.

Timothy Burns: Called to explain where I was which was stuck at a gas station with no way to my hotel because my car broke down. First I thought the gentleman was nice as he explained I could simply walk there as it was close. So I tried and it’s a 4 lane highway with no sidewalk so I turn back and call him back and explain that I can’t walk back he said well I don’t have anyone to send sorry about that and as I’m about to offer to pay double he hangs up on me. NOT THE PERSON YOU WANT DRIVING YOU IF THEY CARE SO LITTLE....
Kyin Griffith: The driver was horrible at driving made me car sick to the point I vomited after the ride from how he was accelerating. He we were not even halfway and dude took his mask off and started eating, then when we got 400 yards from my house he started crawling to run the meter up ? Never using again or recommending 0/10 bad customer service hanging up on me when I called to ask if a mask was policy

During this time (pandemic) cross border travelling is challenging to say the least. Ann Arbor Cab 🚕 went above and beyond not only transporting our son to the border, across the border and ensuring he made it to the customs area.But they took a personal interest in this fare by also communicating with us (here in Canada) each step of the way. Pam Miller: The hospital called this company to take me home after I had a heart attack. The cab company told the hospital they were on the way.So they wheeled me down to the front door to wait for them.After waiting over a half hour I called the cab company to check when they would be there. The person answering the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to on the phone!I said hello, I was just calling to check on my ride? Without even asking who I was he started yelling at me and telling me if I wanted information to call the hospital. Then he said what do you want? Said I was just checking on my ride, he replied it would be there momentarily then hung up on me.Now I understand it’s possible he was having a bad day, but you don’t treat customers like he did. I have had a business, my parents had businesses. But. Will NEVER USE or recommend them to anyone.The driver was very nice.

Elena Markham: Was truly grateful for this company. I called and within 15mins my driver arrived as I was told by the owner. The owner was very pleasant when talking with him and gave me excellent customer service. I am shocked that anyone gave this comoany bad reviews and I don't believe those bad reviews based on my experience. I will definately be using again. Also my drop off point was conveniently the drivers next pick up and it happened to be my roommate which was all by chance. She recommended this company weeks prior and im very grateful for that.
