carl wayzata: Fantastic taxi service, our driver Brahim gave us a great tour of the university of Michigan for my return visit since my graduation in the 70s. The town has changed so much but the friendly and hardworking taxi drivers are still around. They also took us from and to Detroit airport were never late one time, the price we paid was reasonable and we will use Ann Abor Taxi & Airport Cars again.

The Negilski’s: Expenciv3 and rude
Shadow Walker: 12 minutes away from their office. Called for a ride. Said it would be $80-$90.00 upfront. I said okay I have cash. Didn't know my current address for I'm not familiar with the area. Was told to find out and call them back. Called them back after getting the address. They don't pickup from business buildings. GoodLuck if you're getting out of work and need a ride. The guy just hung up on me.......Trash service.

Don’t waste your time get a Lyft or Uber.

Timothy Burns: Called to explain where I was which was stuck at a gas station with no way to my hotel because my car broke down. First I thought the gentleman was nice as he explained I could simply walk there as it was close. So I tried and it’s a 4 lane highway with no sidewalk so I turn back and call him back and explain that I can’t walk back he said well I don’t have anyone to send sorry about that and as I’m about to offer to pay double he hangs up on me. NOT THE PERSON YOU WANT DRIVING YOU IF THEY CARE SO LITTLE....

He we were not even halfway and dude took his mask off and started eating, then when we got 400 yards from my house he started crawling to run the meter up ? During this time (pandemic) cross border travelling is challenging to say the least. Ann Arbor Cab 🚕 went above and beyond not only transporting our son to the border, across the border and ensuring he made it to the customs area.But they took a personal interest in this fare by also communicating with us (here in Canada) each step of the way. Pam Miller: The hospital called this company to take me home after I had a heart attack. The cab company told the hospital they were on the way.So they wheeled me down to the front door to wait for them.After waiting over a half hour I called the cab company to check when they would be there. The person answering the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to on the phone!I said hello, I was just calling to check on my ride? Without even asking who I was he started yelling at me and telling me if I wanted information to call the hospital. Then he said what do you want? Said I was just checking on my ride, he replied it would be there momentarily then hung up on me.Now I understand it’s possible he was having a bad day, but you don’t treat customers like he did. I have had a business, my parents had businesses. But. Will NEVER USE or recommend them to anyone.The driver was very nice.

The owner was very pleasant when talking with him and gave me excellent customer service. Karyn McMullen: I made an online reservation as I wanted to support a local business instead of Uber and preferred a car service to an individual owner.I reserved online and selected a car (a black sedan like you would expect from a car and limo service).I had to make a change due to a delayed flight. The system allowed this and gave a confirmation of change. I did not know I was to check the email (which I never saw) and then ignore the confirmation via the website as it is not actually confirmed this way.I was texted at the original pick up time that they were waiting outside. I immediately texted the driver that the reservation was changed and extended my apologies and let himKnow I understood if heCould not keep the reservation (I know from years and years of living in chicago traveling weekly that car services have a schedule to keep).There was no response at all to my text from the driver.After the updated reservation time had passed and I had loaded my car to drive to the airport, I texted one last time out of courteousy to ask if he was planning to come back (maybe he went to get a coffee?).Finally a response but aMini van arrived not a sedan. I was informed there would be an up charge. I called dispatch and main office. No answer. I received a text telling me all the reasons why this reservation was not correct and had to ask 4 times for the fee to understand what I would be charged. Which obviously I will pay. I’m not unreasonable.Now I am being schooled on the policy and never once has there been any apology for an inaccurate system, lack of communication and sending a different vehicle than pictured.I would recommend a more reliable and accurate device.
Mr. L. Ace: Premier put together an awesome limo package for our daughter on homecoming night. Her friends and all the families were so happy. My wife asked for special gift items to be stored in the limos prior to arrival and some snacks and Jack assured us that everything would go according to plan, it did, it was perfect. Scott Goldman, Ph.D.: Extremely disappointing customer service. Provider added an unauthorized up charge that was over half the original service fee. When attempting to resolve, no response for 2 hours. Provider threatened to sue customer. I have never experienced a situation where I was threatened before. Under no situation should anyone consider this company. They are inaccurate, inflexible, and will trap you into excessive charges and then not deliver service

Jen: I had to take one of the cabs to get from Ann Arbor to Grand Rapids around the 28th of August. The Driver was named Chris and was Absolutely Wonderful 😊❤️. Friendly, Knowledgeable and a Very good driver. To begin with, The cab was on time, which is Important to me. Chris had me home in no time at all. The cab was cleaning and didn't have any funky smells like a lot of them do. I just wanted to Say Thank You Chris, I even know more about electric vehicles than I did before.
