Nate Fogle: I brought my daughter here from a referral in the emergency room for my daughters broken arm. Upon arriving to my appointment i was greeted by a woman named Ashley who cant communicate without being ignorant. When she started telling me of the missing information, she asked if i wanted to see and picked up her computer screen to shake at me. Her manager came over and tried to convince me i was being the problem and proceeded to call security. Security arrived and all of a sudden all my information was in the system and my daughter could begin her appointment thirty minutes late. We begin the appointment and the doctor was amazing, i went to radiology with zero issues and went about my business. Shortly after i entered the lobby and overheard Ashley talking to her coworkers about how im lucky she didnt hit the lockdown button, cause we would of been tussling. Her overweight friend proceeded to say "we would of been on the nightly news" like it was an accomplishment to be ignorant. The manager was standing by when her employees were running there mouths in the front of the childs clinic. When i reported the incident, the manager said my side was incorrect and that they were simply "concerned" thats why they shook a computer screen at me and threatened to sit on me.I HIGHLY recommend terminating the garbage that operates on the greeting window, along with her manager that is completely useless.When you get past the ignorant garbage that bars you from seeing someone important, the service is great.

Robert Luther: If I could give 0 stars I would.We found Dr. Li based off of many recommendations online, Facebook and speaking with other families. It seemed like a no brainer... however, my family has not even received sub par care from Dr. Li and her office. It is truly unfortunate on how care can take such a drastic change.From lack of communication, not responding to portal messages or phone calls, and a doctor with a self centered attitude that will only do anything that she wants to do is absurd. From simple requests of explanation of thoughts/decisions, calculating RVAD scores, or requesting to collaborate with a specialist in the field of practice we continually get responses of NO or no response at all.I would not recommend ANYONE ever go to Doctor Gertrude Li.
