Don’t take those 4 floors lightly because they are steep. They were courteous and professional at all times and I’m telling you, I was so grateful for their packing because my back is hurt. They were worth every penny, and while I’m hoping to not move ever again, I’d use them :) We had Ben, Rodrigo, Irvin, Ramon, Augustin and Lolo. We loved them all!

Then he tacked $25 on as a travel charge (he was going 10 miles) and $25 to use a credit card but hadn't told me he didn't take checks.If I ever used them again, I'd get my quote via email or text, not just his word.I was also a bit surprised at how strongly they smelled of weed.

Adriana Yamaguchi: We are having a lot of issues to have things fixed after Corrigan delivered our sofas with a lot of stains and one part of our bed broken. It has been 2 months and they do not respond the emails regarding the claim properly. They do not follow what it is recommended at the inspection report and suggested cheap fix even though the report mentioned that it is not going to solve the problem. We are very disappointed and frustrated. Please, do not choose their service.

Benjamin Nash: My physical moving needs were accomplished, but I still have a sour taste in my mouth from a bad experience that happened at the end.I first talked to Trish in the office and explained my need to move an already-packed one bedroom’s worth of belongings that was in storage across town and up to a third floor apartment. She helped me make a reservation on short notice, and I purchased two hours of time from what was described to be a two-man crew, with the assurance from Trish that a small amount (10 or 15 minutes) of extra time wouldn’t result in additional charges.The next day, three men arrived in a truck, two of whom were clearly dedicated to moving, as well as a third member David who drove the truck, directed the effort, and sometimes carried loads himself. The crew was efficient and treated my belongings with care. I left a $60 tip because I wanted especially the younger crew members to feel appreciated for their effort, though I now wish I would’ve given it directly to them.Difficulty came an hour and forty minutes into the two hours (when the truck was nearly empty). At that time, David told me that because of the stairs and because three people had been working, it really should’ve been a three-hour job instead of the two-hour job that I paid for. He did this in a friendly sort of way while patting me on the back that honestly made me feel guilty, as he seemed to suggest his crew wasn’t being paid for what they were really doing. And then he handed me a $200 square invoice on his phone for me to pay. I was confused by this, called the office, and explained the situation to Trish. She agreed that because the job was done before two hours were up, no charges should be needed.Several uncomfortable sequences ensued, as I explained to David why his own company disagreed with what he was doing, then I listened as he complained on his phone to Trish, then he complained more to me. It also became apparent that there was a personal relationship between David and Trish, and this only added to the tangled mess of communication that was transpiring. (Please don’t use a pet name to greet your boss, or tell her to make breakfast, in front of a customer.)Though at the time I was feeling somewhat guilty, and I generally treated with respect, I believe David’s behavior at the end was unprofessional and immature. I don’t recommend others use this service, and I wish I would’ve paid more for a crew leader that behaved appropriately.
