Leann Kuebler: This has always been a favorite restaurant of ours. We have been going here for 30 years. The coleslaw has been a great addition. We discovered that they have decided to no longer include that with entrees. Can't tell you how disappointed we were to learn that. What a silly thing to do. We will start looking for other restaurants who don't feel it is necessary to cut such a small expense.

The wait staff have been well trained from the get go .This is fast becoming one of our favorite restaurants to meet with friends or to grab a great meal just for us! Looking forward to sitting outside again soon. A great addition to downtown Grand Rapids. The tuna tartare appetizer is killer! We like the tuna tacos too! Love the Bourbon glazed Salmon too! Sami M.: Love the service here, we have had a couple nice meals and their private events are great. However, I recently had a meal there with the shrimp cocktail, and half was inedible. The shrimp were not cleaned and tasted dirty. Disappointed considering the place touts itself on good quality seafood.

Zeyu Yi: Very friendly service, awesome food. They even gave me an apron to keep my shirt clean. 1 lb blue crab plus 1 lb snow crab seemed to be too much for me. And the lady boss gave me a plate of fried chicken for free!I was told that their house special seafood sauce can be added to noodles, so I’ll give it a try.

Freddie Bryant: Discriminates against Uber eats drivers. Would not give me food until I showed my phone and started the delivery. Uber specifically asks us not to show our phones or swipe to start delivery until we have good in our hands. The old lady there was very very rude about it.

Ricky Tomlin: Food was great. However there was a waitress who was complaining pretty bad that she wasn't getting the tips she needed. And some family felt bad and gave her a hundred dollars. And as soon as she got the money started asking her coworkers who she could pay to close for her. It was really sad to see and hear. Our waitress did her job no complaining. And after the waitress received her tip she disturbed me by getting excited and acting like she just won the lottery. And immediately trying to leave....

Taylor Greenwell: My husband got the lobster (overcooked) and I got the crab (shell was super rubbery and couldn't hardly crack it open)We waited over 30 min for the server to bring the biscuits and we had empty drinks for 75% of the meal.. we sat at the bar and there was a red headed woman who saw we didn't have drinks both times she went to wash glasses literally right Infront of us. We were waiting to order and our server was just leaning over the bar with her phone in her notepad not paying any attention to us. Took an extremely long time to get our food/drinks/service.There was a woman that had a To go order and it was wrong, once the manager was told about it she laughed and walked away.Normally I can understand waiting if the restaurant was slammed but it was only us and 3 other tables in the restaurant.I wish it had been a better experience but unfortunately it was not.
