Sava's: what do users think?
Rachel Cichon: Girl what is this
Jean Gosling: Wish they would add more dishes to their menu!
Colin G.: Came here on a whim, as I was traveling into town.Absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was lovely, the service staff was friendly and accommodating.I had a pork shoulder sandwich with Mac and cheese. I was amazed that the sandwich didn't drip at all! No mess! Very very tasty. The Mac and cheese was creamy and crunchy from the bread crumbs. And wasn't soggy like most restaurants. They also used big fat shells for the noodles.Superb restaurant. 15 out of 10. Will return
Ryan Thummel: All around superb food, outstanding service, and great atmosphere. Pricey, but quality and quantity live up to it.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Sava's Greek Salad …More
Rhonda B: I was excited to try SAVA in Ann Arbor. I had heard such great things. I went on a Tuesday so it wasn’t too busy when I arrived for my reservation at 5:45 pm. I was greeted by friendly greeters and service was prompt and attentive.I opted for the Capellini Marlon, which sounded great. My dish came quickly which was surprising and it looked great. BUT…It smelled terrible! It had a fishy smell but also a rotten smell. I couldn’t put my finger on it until I tried the seafood, it almost took my last bite but finally I pinpointed it.I have been told not to order seafood on a Tuesday or Wednesday because fresh seafood is delivered in time for Friday’s dinner menu. Seafood too long after Friday is questionable.Such was the case here. The seafood was old. Shrimp was on the verge and hiding behind the sauce, which didn’t mask it too well. The smell died down once the fish cooled but the taste was a give away.Well I was thinking to just get the smash burger and frittes… guess I should of.Perhaps you’d want to come on a Friday for the seafood but definitely avoid on a Tuesday or Wednesday.Although service was great, my dish was disappointing.Pacific Rim was way better.
Mai Lee: Holy Mac n cheese. I went back 2x for a helping. Delightfully cute place with a good spread for our work event. The atmosphere was fun and lively. The staff could have been more attentive. No napkins! And no staff was around to put it out. Even after they were asked by multiple people we got cocktail napkins.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Sweet Potate Fries, Mac & Cheese …More

Laura: One of the Best! Great taste, environment and service. Love it!
Ana Fraia: Ambience is very nice. Food menu is very limited. The starters of olives in orange were nothing in flavor. the garlic potatoes was pure salt. We tried 1 of the pastas and salad the salad I had to change it was too much pepper, they changed the salad, the salad change was good, the salad was really good but we didn’t like any of the pastas. They were dry and tasteless. The desserts and the starters were good and our waiter was very friendly and helpful.
David Sayah: What a great experience! This was my last stop on my Pulpo Group owned restaurants and yet again, only good things to say. Dixboro and Aventura were also amazing (side note). We drank the mediterranean mock mule and blueberry lavender lemonade which were sweetened and tarted to perfection. We had the hummus with fresh warm grilled pita and pickled cucumber for our starter which was very tasty. Our entrées were the black bean wrap and turkey club. My guest loved her wrap and the turkey club was good as well. We split a side of baked Mac and cheese which was honestly my favorite part except the dessert, so bomb. Our dessert was the cheesecake with brûlée sauce and berries which was MOUTHWATERING. The atmosphere inside is very modern and bright! And the service was positive and professional, we were helped by Lexi and Katie. Both were very sweet and had optimistic attitudes, suggestions, and one of which had great things to say about where she worked! Love hearing that they are good to their staff because they are absolute gems. Definitely planning on returning!Parking: Street is undergoing construction, makes it difficult to find parking.

Rosey Stuurmans: Friendly, fast server and a nice ambience! The lamb burger was great!

Emmanuelle Berdugo: Way overpriced for the quality and quantity they serve you. Waiter and vibe was nice but probably wouldn’t go back.
Kurt Black: We had a terrific graduation dinner at Sava’s. Our server, Ajja was extremely attentive as were the managers that checked in with us briefly to make sure everything was to our liking. The appetizers and main courses were delicious and perfectly prepared. An overall great experience. We will definitely return.Dietary restrictions: Nice gluten free options
Evelyn Gonzalez: The ambiance and service is awesome, but the food is underwhelming. Not many good options and very expensive for what you get.
Jose Vigil: Excellent service and food.

Abdullah Alwaleedi: One star for the rice, other than that don’t reflect arabic food at all in terms of taste and cookRecommended dishes Chicken Tawook, Crushed Lentil Soup, Shish Kabob …More
Mohammed Kahla: I can go on and on, I Love this place. The best Gourmet middle eastern food and as if that wasn’t good enough even better customer service. Best falafel in town!!!
Realtalk 4eva: Ann Arbor location:I opened the chicken tawook after getting it and I thought it odd that there was chopped chicken that layered the bottom and then whole strips of chicken on top of it. I didn't feel right about it, so, I went on to the hummus and deemed it canned as it was runny and didn't really taste like anything, definitely not a homemade taste. The salad was good though, the tabbouleh. Ann Arbor doesn't seem to compare to the Dearborn rest.. This place was nothing special. I gave it a 3 for average. It was only a 11 dollars and some change. I traded it in for Jersey Mikes, which is next door on Stadium.

Francis Esmonde-White: We stopped in before closing, and were extremely graciously accommodated. The food at Star's Cafe is delicious. I think it's the best middle Eastern food in town. They carry a good selection of baklava, and have an assortment of Greek flavors. It was a bit chilly in the dining room, but otherwise a great experience.Recommended dishes Fattoush Salad, Chicken Tawook Sandwich, Chicken Shawarma Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More

Michael Carlin: Star's Cafe completely rocks the house. Everything I've had there has been excellent. And so fresh! Everything tastes like the ingredients were picked fresh off the vine 5 minutes ago. I don't even like tabbouli generally, but Star's Cafe makes GREAT tabbouli that I really love! I'm a huge fan of the Sampler #2, with hummus, babaganoush, falafel, grape leaves, tabbouli, and tehini sauce. Oh my goodness, what a great place. Thank you!Parking: Lots of parking in the strip parking lot.

Gandy Dancer: what do users think?
Tee Coleman: Not a good experience with management. They added an extra fee to my bill, which I was not aware of as it was not listed online. The management made a statement with a rude racial under tone "You will pay this fee and will not do this like you previously do."He does not know me, and that statement was uncalled for. I will never go back to this restaurant.

robert zarzar: This is THE place for seafood fine dining in Ann Arbor. We hadn't been there in years. Little difference! As great or better than we remembered! Not sure when we'll be back, but GD will be on our short list of must go's. Enjoy a signature cocktail before the meal, they were delicious. The food for all 7 of us earned raves all around, including the shared desserts! The service was impeccable. Diana Defrancisco: Horrible experience. Three out of 5 guests from dinner experienced food poisoning.I love Landry’s and was looking forward to trying this restaurant. I had the crab cake dinner and my family had the coconut shrimp.Restaurant smelt bad, it was old and carpet looked like it has not been replaced in years. I can almost guarantee, their seafood is not kept at the correct temperature. I bet one of their coolers is broken and they don’t keep accurate logs of their temperatures. So disgusting, I am going to send a letter to Landry’s headquarters.
