Brandon went above and beyond for me. This is my go to store and I’d recommend Sherwin Williams for any paint project.

Tress Hotzel: There was one person behind the counter when I walked in, and I was the second customer through the door. Moments later, Liam walked in and before he was even behind the counter, he greeted me and asked if I had been helped. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the full line of options, asked about the material I would be painting over (drywall or old paint?), looked at my pictures and evaluated the color I wanted to purchase to make sure I was getting what I needed. This superior customer service has certainly gained a customer for life; I’m highly impressed and looking forward to doing the other six rooms of my home with your help!

I brought in a large sample for them to match and they even asked if they could put their matched color on my sample to compare. You could not find the new paint! Very impressed with their customer service and the care they put into getting a quality match for me.

Lucia B: Not impressed. I called the store to ask if they could pre-mix 2 different stains that I purchase (do a 50/50 blend mix) for a staircase I had installed in my Plymouth home. The clerk said "it's company policy that THEY DON'T DO THAT!" I told him that's not true, as I've had it done in my Florida home with Sherman Williams....so it must be his individual policy. He said it was and he could sell me the two colors so I could pre-mix them myself.Personally, I think he didn't want to do it, but he should have been honest and not try to tell me it's a company policy. I ended up contacting the Canton location and they were more than happy to blend the two stains.

louis daher: These stores are set up a little bit strange they're not franchises but they don't have good ways to move paint for one location to another I accidentally bought paint from the store in Plymouth when i meant to purchase it here. I then had to drive out all the way to Plymouth to get it because they don't ship between their own stores. This didn't create the most positive shopping experience for an expensive gallon of paint even on sale. Service in store is always very good.
