We decided to head to city hall and elope instead and I am SO THRILLED that Mishelle was able to make this alternative date. Not only did she work with us financially by moving our original deposit over to this new day but she knew exactly how to make this new setting special and unforgettable. Libby Wedesky: Mishelle is seriously the most talented and inspired photographer. I found her when I was playing around on Facebook and saw some of her work. I knew I wanted to work with her immediately. It's funny, because when you're engaged, you begin 'interviewing' venders to book for your special day. I called Mishelle and we met at Panera, where she brought her daughter, who was a delight, I told her I really didn't need to see a portfolio, I knew I wanted to hire her, I just wanted to talk about details. She was shocked the meeting went so smooth, but I told her I had been a huge fan and I would love to work with her. Speed ahead to the big day...she was everything and more one could ask for on such a special occasion. She photographed my venue, before it got 'crazy' from guests...she photographed my hubby-to-be and she had a second shooter, who also was totally talented. She photographed me getting into my gown. Being an artist myself, I had a vision for the photography that I told her before hand and she made sure to capture those moments, such as, me walking down the stairs in my gown...things of that nature. I was getting married outside in April and of course, it rained on my wedding day, but it was on and off rain...but I couldn't get married outside because it was too wet. She made the photography amazing, even though the backdrop was less than perfect. I had a lot (A LOT) of props I wanted to use in the photography with my new hubby and I, such as balloons, a burlap 'thank you' banner, numerous pairs of shoes, and polka dot rain boots, a birds nest for the rings, an IKEA umbrella (where we met)). We got married in Ann Arbor where there are a lot of fun scenic places to do fun shots. We got to the first location and it began pouring SOO hard we had to run back to the car. It was a disappointment to say the least, but Mishelle had us go to the next location that was covered and she got the most AMAZING shots! When I saw them, my mouth dropped open because they were beautiful. We went back to the reception and Mishelle got great shots of the party and everyone dancing and having a good time. As if I couldn't say anything nicer about her, that isn't even the best part. She knew how important the photography was to me and because the rain sort of spoiled all the ideas I had, she offered to have her niece (who is a make-up artist, hair stylist, photographer) and her second shooter come back after a day and re-create, yes I said that RE-CREATE my look from my wedding day, I got back in my dress, my hubby kept his suit for an extra day and we went back to all the locations and she did all the ideas I had, TWO DAYS LATER!!! Isn't that the sweetest thing ever!?!?! I was almost in tears knowing she would do that for me. We had so much fun too! No one could ever tell the difference between the actual day's photography and the one 2 days later. Now, being Michigan, it snowed the re-shoot day, but snow is better than rain and we went with it, even though it was freezing! Mishelle is very professional, super fun and nice, very easy going and has an amazing eye. We didn't need engagement pictures, because when we booked her we knew we were trying to get pregnant, so we asked her if we did become pregnant if we could do maternity pictures instead, and she said sure. Well, we did get pregnant but he was a preemie and we missed our opportunity. So she did a family shoot for us for on his first birthday and she did an amazing job with that as well. The funny thing is a few people actually thought the backdrop was fake, for both the wedding and the family shoot, because her photography is so perfect and flawless. She is so much fun to work with and I often joke with her that I wish I could hire her for every event and special day all year long. I have her photography all over our house and often get compliments on it. I really cannot say enough amazing things about her! Book her! Book her right now! You won't be sorry!

William Crown: This facility is absolutely beautiful, and the people running it will absolutely point you in the right direction. They can handle pretty much anything in-house, including training from experienced instructors. I stopped there to check it out, have some work done, and pick up a few things. Eddie Smith: I was a member here for over a year. Ann Arbor Arms has an exceptional facility... it's always clean, well-maintained, and well-designed from a customer experiencd perspective. Seriously, this business is best-in-class when it comes to reinvesting in their facility. Ann Arbor Arms also has good service. Their staff are very polite and seem to truly care about helping customers. And for a firearms retailer and gun range, I have found Ann Arbor Arms to have very reasonable prices.But regrettably, and the biggest motivation for terminating my membership, is that Ann Arbor Arms demonstrates no consideration for the environment. I brought these concerns up to the company's leaders for over a year and I never saw any action or follow through. Every day this business throws hundreds of large paper targets in the trash instead of recycling them. This business has made no investments into EV charging stations despite the growing trend of vehicle electrification. And Ann Arbor Arms has made no investment into solar panels and also no attempts to purchase renewable energy through the grid.Again, Ann Arbor Arms has a great facility, excellent service, and reasonable prices. But that's not enough to be successful in today's business environment, and I hope this company's leadership makes changes given the culture of the Ann Arbor area and consumers like me who enjoy recreational shooting but also want to protect the environment.

Mo H: Walked in here with hopes of getting help with my AR. I took it to couple other shops closer to my house who had no idea what was going on. Said i needed a gun smith. Took it into A2 fire arms & within 10 minutes of being there i got the whole situation resolved. The AR is good as new. I asked if i should leave it and he told me not to worry and was going to fix it on the spot which they did. They explained to me what the problem was, and insisted i don’t leave a tip. I couldn’t thank them enough so I’ll just do a little thanking back by giving this review. The range is also really cool!

Isaac Bear: Almost every firearm I’ve purchased over the last 9 years has been from A3. Went looking for a target 22 pistol for my wife today, after our range time. Shane and Dalton (spelling?) offered their personal pistol, ammunition, etc for her to try out before purchasing. This was the first gun she herself has purchased, and the experience test firing made her comfortable/confident that she was choosing the right gun for her.

GTA Grogu: Rental guns need cleaning. I am a tier II member. I try different firearms available for rental. In the last 6 months, I find that 70% of the rental firearms are dirty. 2 out of 5 regulars who work at the range counter make up policies and constraints to make me pay for add-ons. When I call them out (knowing the rules well) they quickly slink back and stop upselling. 4 out of 10 times the range counter guys will forget to activate your lane. So you go inside, unpack, and have to come back out because they forgot to activate the allocated lane. Prices are a major markup - both for sales items and for FFL checks. Go elsewhere. Membership contract is a trap. If you want to cancel, you need to pay half of the "balance" for the rest of the first year as a cancellation fee. Not even cell phone companies and Ann Arbor apartment landlords have such draconian termination fees.

Ananya Shukla: Incorrect times. Says closed at 5 on Christmas eve so we waste 30 mins driving out there and it's closed at 345. Great. Otherwise always a nice experience.To update, the times are incorrect on the main Google page of the business.

It's bright and modern; the range we were on could easily accommodate our class size and provide us with the chance to shoot steel and paper targets.And the store has everything you could want or need for your range day and beyond. After my diminished environment class, I went to the store and purchased a handheld tactical flashlight. Just a great experience all around.Ann Arbor Arms would be my gun range of choice if I lived in TSUN (That State Up North).
