This was the best short term lodging I've ever found in Ann Arbor, and I travel there regularly.The location is excellent. The price is very reasonable. The house is very comfortable, with plenty of privacy for beds and homey living spaces that were great for after-conference co-working or for relaxing. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with.I'll definitely stay here again.

Nancy White: A charming house, filled with pictures of the Himalayas, Tibetan prayer flags and the owners art. A great respite from hotels, where you have a comfy bed, good bathrooms and a living room to hang out in. Oh, and a porch swing. It seems I'm partial to porch swings.

Jennifer Norman: Great place to live and raise my kids! Walking distance to and from stores and the Theater. I love the green! Plenty of trees and grass. Easy to get to the parks and walking trails in this area. The fire department is also close! They can be at your door in less than 3 minutes!

Yi Zhang: Absolute disgrace! The office is disrespectful and unprofessional. The woman in the main office room is not willing to help but makes things difficult. They will frame it as your own faults instead of figuring out a way to help. Zero customer service zero communication. For whoever owns this property before getting money in go educate your employees and have their attitudes right. Remember your top priority is to serve not screw tenants smh.

Sarah A: I wish I could give 0 stars. There has been “renovations” the entire year resulting in all of the amenities such as the hot tub, gym, club room, research room, etc being closed. They promised they would be open last year, now the school year is over and they can’t even give a projected opening date. Of course we are still paying full rent and they specifically stated there will be no compensation. Ridiculous. The wifi and water are constantly shut off without adequate warning. Apartments were dirty when we moved in and stuff has been broken all year. Hallways and lobby are usually disgusting. We had a maintenance emergency and called the number for it and the employee says “Oh no you need to call this number” and gives us the number that we were talking to him on, took forever for him to figure out how to get maintenance there. Employees don’t know what they’re doing due to poor management. The positive reviews on here are fake…there are no “resident events and activities” or “plenty of grass and trees to raise kids” like positive reviews say.

Zoe Katevatis: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I pay $1600 plus $200 for parking and the amenities have been closed for the whole year that I have leased here. Rent was not cheaper either. They told us the gym would be done in December, but it is April and still it is not open to residents. It’s absolutely ridiculous and Landmark should be ashamed for allowing residents to pay such a ridiculous amount with absolutely no amenities.

John Moreno: TLDR: Don't trust anything this place has to say. I would say the apartments here get 3-4 stars but the mismanagement and failure of this project has earned this place 0 stars if possible.They will advertise to you their wonderful and plentiful amenities here, but be advised before you rent here expecting amenities you signed up for. This entire school year there were none. No hot tub, no fitness center (instead a temporary space with treadmills that can't be adequately powered by the outlets), at all this year. The study space was closed halfway through the first semester for the construction.The words of the management here speak for themselves:Early October: "We are expected to have this project completed by 12/31/2022...."Early January: "...As for the hot tub, we have received all final approvals on moving forward with the remainder of demo and install. We expect the new hot tubs to be up and running in the next 30-45 days.The second-floor amenities are well under way and the crew is working diligently to ensure they completed as quickly as possible. We are expecting these to be open at the end of Feb to first week of March...."Mid-February: "...We are still on schedule to have everything open by March 15th at this time. If this changes I will reach out and let you know...."Mid-March: "...We have a projected date of April 20th for a full reopen. This may be sooner, depending on the completion of the amenities however this is our scheduled date at this time..."(Mind you the last day of school for the winter semester is April 18th)Yes, delays can and do happen during construction. Even though it's hard to consider how this project could go this poorly, giving them this benefit of the doubt there are still some fatal flaws and considerations that just make no sense.First of all, why start this project right in the beginning of the school year if you are not confident of its completion time? There was an entire 4 months of mostly vacancy, yet we are starting this project right in the beginning of the school year, right as everyone moves in.Second of all, yes, the fitness space was in need of a refresh. The equipment was quite worn and starting to get damaged, however, why are we reinventing the wheel with the entire fitness space during the school year? Maybe just replace the equipment and when you are confident you can timely complete the renovations in the off months, move the equipment and finish it.They will sell you on all of these amenities, you move here expecting it, trusting their word, and you get nothing here. When the project failed this bad, they didn't compensate one bit. You are still paying for the same with 0 amenities at all this year.Please take my warning and take caution before you sign that contract.At a bare minimum take this advice going forward as you search for housing (no matter where), ask these essential questions:-Are there any plans for construction this year?-Physically check and see if any of the listed amenities are there, working and in good condition.-Ask people you might know living at whatever location before, their thoughts.

They all know my name, and say hello, and go out of their way to make my day better! I also love the location of the building, it's so convenient and really helps me when I'm running late for class because everything is so close. Living here has been a great experience that I'd recommend to everyone looking for an apartment in Ann Arbor!

The location has been great both academically and socially. Close to campus and restaurants! Staff has been so friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been fixed quickly. Hannah Monér: If you're looking for a fantastic place to call home in Ann Arbor, you won't be disappointed with the Landmark apartments. The apartments themselves are modern, well-designed. The kitchens are spacious living areas are bright and open and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. There are often resident events and activities going on that make it easy to meet new people.Plus, the location is fantastic - you're just a short walk away from all the great shops, restaurants, and attractions that Ann Arbor has to offer. Overall, I can't recommend Landmark apartments enough.

Pedro Lapagesse: Don't live here. if I could I would give them 0 stars. We were promised a hot tub and a gym. Their infinite renovations disable us from using them and of course we are still paying for it. The TV room does not work and the wifi is inconsistent. You will get random emails about the water being shut off with no previsions for when it will come back and no explanations.In the tours they will tell you a bunch of stories about the new "cafe" they wanna build and the amazing services and renovations that may seem attractive. They are lying.

Yohyun Cho: Manager is unfriendly. Almost all amenities don’t work or are closed. Overall poor service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live or work here.

MrFelipincho: Shame I can't put 0 stars... They do everything in their power to make things difficult for the tenant and have everything be your fault. If possible avoid it. They will charge extra for everything and blame it on you as ridiculous as the claim may be. They are the least flexible and most rude residence I have ever lived in and regret strongly having gone there. They will charge you extra for any slight delays but take forever to pay back when they are the ones owing.

Aubrey Barz: I recently moved into landmark and the maintenance team has been wonderful if there are any issues as well as going above and beyond. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are taking any matters and concerns seriously and really doing what they need to in order to ensure we have a great living environment! Cant wait to live here in the fall also!
