But I just tried the lobster bisque for the first time (even though I’ve been coming here for a few years now) and I can definitely see why it’s the favorite! I can’t wait to try more of their soups. The hot dogs are great too, but with wonderful soups like Chicken Tortilla, Stuffed Pepper, Chili, Peruvian Cucumber (a new favorite cold soup of mine) and Lobster Bisque (on Fridays), I hardly ever get the hot dogs/chili dogs. There are multiple soups to choose from daily and they make a great lunch (make sure to get a piece of the available Paesano's bread to go with the soup).The family that runs this cute little place on Main St are as warm and friendly as their soup on a cold winter day.

Karmen Lu: The lobster bisque was yum. Had actual lobster pieces but not loaded or anything like that. Like a clam chowder but more special. Came with pretty decently big piece of bread, and 16oz portion is pretty generous. Appreciated how it was packed thoughtfully (i.e. brown paper bag with napkin and spoon ready to go.)

Cost $12 and didn't have enough time on my lunch hour to correct the issues. Food is usually really good, this experience seemed to be a fluke. But for people with allergies, this is a big mistake.

Rachel Lavieri-Wagner: Hello, I placed an order just after 1:15pm and picked it up around 1:30pm. Unfortunately, when we got home, the bag did not have one of the items I paid for. A 12 oz El Grande Chilli. I tried to call the restaurant right away, as I work from home and am unable to walk all the way back right away to get the order fixed. The phone just rings and rings and then goes back to the welcome message. I tried for 25 minutes before trying to see if I can reach someone through google review instead. The food we did get was wonderful, but there were no customers in the store at all when we picked the food up, two employees behind the counter, and yet our order was wrong and no one is answering the phone.

Gely McGovern: Time ago a coworker ordered. a salad, which came with bacon. My coworker don’t eat pork. They didn’t refund her money, even though the bacon wasn’t listed as ingredient. Today I have one of the worst experience. Me and my husband both ordered a bread bowl soup. The persons who was in line before us, have their meals. Ate them and leave. The 2 other customers after us also had their food before us. After about 40 minutes waiting, I asked was going out with our order. Until then they started to prepare it. Two people. Another 10 or 15 minutes passed. The second order after us was a family. They all got their food. Thus, my husband asked them for a refund. The cashier, who was nice apologized because she didn’t know how to make the bread bowls. She couldn’t figure it out how to do the refund. She asked to a manager who said the food was ready and sent to the kitchen, so they couldn’t do the refund. 20 minutes before I saw the same person, Kaylah pouring my soup in a container, which was 3/4. Then Kaylah tried to do the refund and at the end gave us cash. They never even tried to gave us the food, which continued at their prep counter. I am not sure if Kaylah was a manager, but she seemed lost and also said that she didn’t know how to make the bread bowl. Sadly, I cannot put a 1/4 of a star here. My suggestion is that they train all the employees on how to prepare ALL the food they offer.

Fred Hamilton: Place is terrible. The manager told a girl who dropped a tray of pastries to take them in the back, wipe them off and restock them. I saw another review where this same manager accused a Black customer of stealing from the other people he ordered food with.This place was very racist. They had a meeting every few weeks to introduce new products. These were on Sunday nights after the buses stopped running. They were supposed to be mandatory. If you didn't show you were written up. Only if you weren't white. The management didn't hide this.They were supposed to help female employees walk to their car or wait until their ride showed up. One Sunday night they left a 17 year old girl standing alone at 10:00 Sunday night even though they knew her ride was going to show up around 10:15- 10:30.Calls to the supervisors (the manager's drinking friends were ignored). Calls to the corporate office were never returned.Poor food. Poor company. Racists.

Joey Saez: Definitely one of the grossest places I’ve ever been. I gave this place several chances (I try to be understanding because I’ve worked in food before), but every time I was disappointed. Severely understaffed, and with what staff they do have, they lack the basic logic and barely understand anything you say. They are rude and you will have to repeat yourself more than once. They will rush you as if you were a burden. There is no excuse for the attitude, you’re in service. The floors and tables are always filthy, the homeless abuse the bathrooms, and this place is always crowded. Never coming again and I would suggest you don’t either.

Anna Bowling: Went during the power outage for a rapid pick up on my way out of town- while it was busy, the employees were so kind and communicative about the whole issue. Yes the business is unusual, but the managers and staff did a phenomenal job working through it. Food was made right even with a ton of orders (amazing and fresh too!). Went last week as well and the kindness was present then too. As a former Panera worker in a different state, this one goes above and beyond for satisfied customers. This is my favorite one I have ever been to!

John Jones: This place has really gone down hill over the years. Used to be a decent spot for lunch. Now they’re out of half the items on the menu and don’t allow substitutions. If you’re going to be missing half the items on the menu they should cut the price on items or allow you to substitute.
