Jessica Gonzalez: I spent a few years scoping out someone to do an “Ethnic Rhinoplasty” as I had a very unique nose bulbous on the bridge and tip and a hump as well. Dr. Malhotra kept coming up.I discussed and shared photos over the phone and email with Tammy & Dr. Malhotra before deciding to go further with my decision.I have never had a warmer welcome/experience from a staff or surgeon for that matter.I loved the first interactions with them so much I also decided to go forward with getting a breast augmentation at the same time. (Surgeon gave the thumbs up for both on the same day)The in-house consultant was amazing, Dr. was soft spoken, kind and the most modest man in a way that was very comforting considering the large amount of changes I was about to attempt on my physical appearance.I’m a week out from both and just got my first set of pictures post op done and cast off my nose.I am so in love!Dr. Malhotra did better than I dreamed. I’ve been so terrified of what could go wrong with the bulb on my nose and how wide my bridge was and I am so happy and I can’t even see the end result yet! (Still very swollen. No swelling in my face or black eyes! I’ll take that any day)My Breast augmentation is stunning as well! I feel great, they look amazing already! Both Dr. Ballard and Shelley were so easy to talk with and I felt like I was among friends. Dr. Ballard set realistic expectations as we decided on a surgical plan. She helped me find the right size implants, and when I waivered on the size helped me decide again, and I'm so happy with the choice I made.Dr. Maholtra performed my procedure 5 weeks ago. After the first few days I had very little pain. The incisions have healed very well and are already barely visible in some spots. He had to reshape my areola and remove some excess skin, and you would never even know that was done. He reshaped my breast and made them look amazing. I couldn't be happier with my results.If you are on the fence, go for it. My breasts had been ruined from 2 pregnancies, 2 years of breastfeeding and some weight loss. Getting this procedure done has given me so much more confidence in my body.

Rdg: I do not recommend Dr. Malhotra for rhinoplasty. I am almost 2 years post and my nose continues to get worse. I have gone to another surgeon for professional opinion and I have been told my cartilage is collapsed and that is why my nose is crooked and my left nostril is continuing to collapse inward. I specifically brought up concerns of my cartilage feeling bent inside my nose and Dr. Malhotra completely denied it and said there was nothing wrong. He claimed my nose looking crooked was from scar tissue and his solution was a steroid injection every check up appointment. I believe they would do a surgery to fix it but after being gaslit and having my nose turn out the way it did I have zero trust in doing another surgery. The worst part was being told it was just scar tissue but now having found out my concerns are in fact true and the cartilage is damaged. It really upsets me that I specifically made an appointment with concerns of my cartilage and was told there was nothing wrong. You can see it protruding on the inside of my nose with a simple phone light. Not to mention, how absolute crooked my nose looks now. The nurses were great but Dr. Malhotra’s bedside manner was poor, lacking in communication, and dishonest.

I wanted to wait until I had found the right doctor to do my procedure, since it’s one of the first things you see when you look at someone.I met with several different plastic surgeon’s, got evaluations done, and I was most impressed with AAPS. Dr. Malhotra sat with me, listened to my concerns and showed me before and after's of previous clients to help find the right foundation for me. Again, so impressed and excited!The staff was warm and welcoming, the doctors were down to earth, eager, and willing to answer my questions without delay. I’m still in recovery, since you typically don’t see the “true” nose for about a year after you’ve had your surgery. I am so happy with going through AAPS, and for Dr. Malhotra and his team with preforming the surgery and giving the guidance for a successful recovery! Anna Phillips: I was waiting for my sister to have her surgery done. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Reception is useless since they don't understand about technology. One computer in the lobby works. Another is broken. Asking to turn on for me, no luck.

Melanie-Anne Thibeau: As far as the star rating, it's kind of strange picking the '5 star' that states "I LOVED IT" when it's surgery, but the since the whole experience COULD have been much worse I had to give them the 5.I had a bi-lateral salpingectomy (removal of both fallopian tubes) performed here and even though it was my first real surgery they made me feel very comfortable in spite of my nervousness and were very professional and easy to get along with. I called to set the appointment and asked if a test that was needed to determine the severity of my sons injury could be ordered before. Due to the fact this doctor is 3 hours from us. That way when we came the three hours down to this appointment the results would be there and we would know what the next step would be. Dr. Kevin Chi Chung responded with patients and parents don't dictate his practice and told me to go to a website and find someone else to see my son. I'm so glad he takes pride in taking care of the patients that are referred to him in such a professional manner. This experience was unbelievable now I'm back to square one and my son continues to be in pain. Thank you for nothing you inconsiderate a**.
