Douglas Woods: Excellent experience 👏, kind, caring and friendly
Courtney Jackson: I was extremely anxious about my mother's surgery, but the staff has gone out of their way to keep my mind at ease and keep me updated on her every step of the way. Even the lady at the little cafe was incredibly sweet.
Chelsea Cates: I was impressed with the treatment I received during my outpatient procedure here. The nurses were exceptionally kind and had excellent bedside manners. None of my interactions with any of the staff felt rushed, and everything was adequately explained in pre-op. The procedure went smoothly, and the nurses worked to keep me comfortable during recovery. Overall, very pleased with treatment.

Anna Phillips: I was waiting for my sister to have her surgery done. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Reception is useless since they don't understand about technology. One computer in the lobby works. Another is broken. Asking to turn on for me, no luck.
Melanie-Anne Thibeau: As far as the star rating, it's kind of strange picking the '5 star' that states "I LOVED IT" when it's surgery, but the since the whole experience COULD have been much worse I had to give them the 5.I had a bi-lateral salpingectomy (removal of both fallopian tubes) performed here and even though it was my first real surgery they made me feel very comfortable in spite of my nervousness and were very professional and easy to get along with. I add that last part because professionalism paired with good personalities is truly a commodity (for me).~Melanie, 42

J Boudon: I have never had a worse experience with a healthcare provider. The surgery scheduler is nearly impossible to reach, even with daily calls for 2 months. I am consistently misgendered despite working directly with staff to schedule gender-affirming surgery. If you’re looking for reliable, considerate trans healthcare, look elsewhere.

Anne DeAngelis-Smith: All went well.Had a procedure you use to have in the office but now is done as outpatient.Had a pilar cyst removed from my head.Was put under and done in no time.Great treatment from staff and surgeon.

Joanne Barhite: Well, I had to wait over a month for an appointment. Turns out that they made the appointment with a doctor who doesn’t do the surgery I need. I get there for my 8:40 appointment, after driving through rush hour and massive construction, only to have them tell me that they changed my appointment to 2:00. I will not go under the knife with people who cannot even get an appointment correct.
dale sirkle: I had a hernia in the groin area repaired as an outpatient. The surgery went very well. I was given a local pain block and sent home. After the pain block wore off I had terrible pain and I sat up all night in a chair. I was given a prescription for #10 5 milligram oxycodone which was insufficient to control the pain. I called the hospital first thing in the morning and asked for adequate medication to control the pain. I was told that a nurse would call me back. Nobody called. I would recommend getting hernia surgery somewhere that adaquate pain control is utilized.
paul nowicki: Quick professional doctors.No long wait.Made an appointment and they saw me at my appointment time.Affiliated with Saint Joseph Mercy hospital.Sent me upstairs for an EKG.I was seen within 10 minutes and the test ran right away.Sent me down stairs for blood work.I was seen in 10 minutes again.Procedure was explained very well.Great bedside manner by all the staff.Pre-op care was great again.Post-op was very thoughtful and well laid out.
