It is my new favorite shop, and Katrina Genge, my all time favorite artist. I went in for a sleeve and so far it is better than I had even imagined it could be. Katrina is personable and immensely to talented. She free drew the tat, which is a forest of trees onto my arm and did the tattoo from there. The detail is incredible! The inside is pretty much done now. The outside needs a bit more work and the sky needs to be added. I will post pics as it is finished and healed.

Kari Sirois: I'm very selective on where I go for tattoos because I've had some bad experiences but this place is very clean and Covid cautious. I got two tattoos done by Casey and he was amazing. Super nice and professional and I love his work. He was also very accommodating to my friends who had last minute tattoo changes. This is the first time I've gone here but I'd let any of the people tattoo me. If you're looking for a place in the area to go my friends and I agreed this is our new tattoo spot!

Maddie P.: My mom and I had a mixed experience at this shop.We had said on the phone that we wanted a total of 3 small hearts, and possibly one small line piece. The artist (Steve) said ok, and we arranged to meet at 5.We arrived, only to find out he no longer does finger tattoos. I respect when artists have locations they simply won't do, and furthermore, I respect his personal reasons for doing so 3 -- I just wish he had asked where we wanted these tattoos beforehand.HOWEVER, it's entirely possible that he just forgot. My mom and I didn't think to mention it (so that's on us). Plus he was NOT aware they would be memorial pieces, and that we'd be 100% deadset on the locations!!He was still very happy to do the line piece I was looking to put on my wrist. He was v nice! And he pulled clean lines despite me being an involuntary twitcher (just a lil, but enough that I'm sure it's annoying). Anytime I apologized he kindly reassured me that it was ok. And when I saw the finished product I was happy to see that his 17 years of experience dealing w folks like me paid off 😁-------------NOW. I want to comment on the OTHER dude tattooing that day... I don't know his name... I didn't want to ask. He's an older gentleman, he's got longer hair, and a big ole gray beard. He must've heard my mom say we wanted memorial pieces, because he then turned to his client and said that NO ONE SHOULD GET MEMORIAL TATTOOS.Why? Because HE got one when HE was grieving, and having people ask HIM what it meant was overwhelming for HIM.I'm sorry sir, but I lost my dad when I was 9. He was sick with brain cancer for 7 years, and it was a slow, rough death. Getting a piece for him as soon as I turned 16 was one of the MOST therapeutic things I have done. Fast forward 7 years, and I just got my SECOND memorial piece for him. Every time I look at these tattoos I feel him with me, and know that these visual representations of who he was will always be with me.If someone asks about a memorial piece, and you're not in a good headspace to talk about it, that's OK. You don't owe anyone an explanation for literally any tattoo you have. It's very easy to say, it's a memorial piece, but I'd rather not talk about it yet. Or something along those lines, y'know? This man and his careless opinions totally shifted the mood in the shop.Again, Steve was so nice (kind smile and all). But in all honesty, if I was going for a very sentimental piece, I would've walked. Simply because of the vibes that guy gave off. It wouldn't have been Steve's fault.It's so frustrating that this is all because of HIS stance on memorial pieces, based on HIS (and only his!) experience. Bad bad vibes. I hope he sees this and realizes that there's nothing wrong with memorial tattoos, they just aren't for everyone! Everyone grieves in their own way. And sometimes memorial pieces just aren't for you UNTIL you're ready for them. Simple as that.

Jen is a true professional and a pleasure to work with, and the quality of their work is exceptional. I will absolutely be back.Walking into Jen's shop, it immediately feels super welcoming and relaxed. The space is clean, bright and airy, it was nicely-decorated, and the music was chill (and a comfortable volume). Jen was friendly as they greeted us walking in, and they checked in a few times to answer any questions I had. While I was browsing their art, I also observed them getting ready to work with another client, and they were clearly very engaged, listening closely to the client's requests and asking thoughtful questions in response. I was originally planning to just stop by and browse their flash, but I felt so comfortable that I went ahead and made an appointment to come back later in the day.When I came back in for my appointment, Jen was again very warm, friendly, and communicative about the entire process. It was my first tattoo, and they were so accommodating and went entirely at my pace. We did some adjustments to the placement, and we took several breaks (especially as we were getting started), and Jen was gracious, positive, and professional through it all. They even went and dug up a blanket for me out of storage when I got really cold (the temperature in the studio is totally normal - I just run cold, and I forgot to bring a sweater). Truly above and beyond, and I am SO thankful to Jen for giving me such a positive first-tattoo experience.In this session, I only got the outline done (planning to go back in a month or two for shading and/or color). I'm very happy with the quality of the piece so far: the line work is steady, even, and bold, and everything connects seamlessly. The design itself is beautiful. I found pricing to be very fair (actually lower than I expected).I look forward to returning soon to complete this piece, and I can't wait to get my next tattoo(s) by Jen Munford at Three Bird Tattoo after that. They were extremely misleading when I booked my nose piercing & tattoo appointment, and then when I called them out on it, they decided to be vindictive with my nose piercing appointment & claimed I was not within a ‘buffer’ time (which I was unaware about upon making the appointment) for the appointment when I showed up, even though my appointment had been booked for a month. Spare yourself the disrespect & waste of time, and go somewhere else. Utterly disgusted.

Finally summoned up the nerves to go for my first 2 years ago, and 9 tattoos later, this is my happy place. I feel so safe there, all the artists have been very caring and so creative with designs that I wanted, and the energy is amazing! Just took my Mother In Law, who is in her late 60's for her first tattoo there on Saturday, and she loved it! And yes, 4 other family members came as well and all got work done. jc trump: Dont go to this place. they have huge windows so people can look inside to see what they offer, but if you have a camera they'll actually go outside on the sidewalk and physically attack you. The female in charge needs to go for anger management classes. Very unprofessional and should be boycotted at all cost.

Justin Olschefski: Been getting work done by both Ryan and Rob at this shop. Both artist are excellent at their craft. They both have a friendly and laid back demeanor which makes the shop very appealing and creates a relaxed and reassured vibe while getting a tattoo. Kris is a great shop staffer who is always pleasant and will work hard to get your appointment scheduled and find any upcoming openings or work with you if you need to reschedule. Joy is the shop piercer, although I have not received any service from joy she lives up to her name. She is also welcoming in the shop and engaging in plenty of conversation. Overall this is just a really great tattoo shop that has really great artist that are capable of amazing work. Over 10 tattoos from these artist at this shop!
