On the return the new evaluation showed only one sensor as defective. I would not have known differently, so kudos for the honesty of the staff in replacing only the defective part.

Vaibhav Chokhawala: I had a flat tire. I reached there at 5:30 pm (closing time 6:00pm) and the guy side we can’t help as it’s closings time. I was like okay and asked for an appointment. I was told no need and was told to come early. The next day, I went in at 4 pm. They refused the help me again, with the same old reason of them being swamped and couldn’t accommodate. I was like just give me an appointment as I can’t keep doing this. And after a lot of request they gave me 11 am the next day. Went in at 11 am and was told it will take 1 hour 15 mins. I was like okay and waited. After 1 hr 30 min, I went to ask them and he just said that the tier threads were worn and it’s not repairable. He gave me a quote to buy new tires. Was really disappointed that they made me wait 1.5 hours just to give me that quote, really pathetic service.In the evening went to a local mechanic and he fixed it in 15 mins.The worst experience ever. Will never go to any big name tire provider in future. The worst people.

Josh Jewell: First time customers here and I am super impressed with the customer service. I waited for four new tires and an alignment. During that time I listened to several interactions between Tom and different customers. He went out of his way to help all of them. An older gentleman came in to buy valve stems. He was going to try to install them himself. Tom offered to help but he didn't have the tires with him. So Tom took the time to show the gentleman how to install the valve stems correctly. He didn't think he'd be up to the job so Tom offered to do it if he brought them back to the shop. I will definitely be back. Thanks for all your hard work Goodyear Ann Arbor!!

Steve Barker: I had an appointment and they said they had an issue with getting the proper paperwork from Goodyear. They said they would get the proper email. Called me back the next day and asked for Order number. Never heard back from them again.After two weeks I canceled the order and reordered using a different installer. The other installer was outstanding. They were ready for me and completed my install without any concerns.I understand having labor issues in today's environment and having to work through issues but not to call people back is a major problem.

Not only did they take on the job I wasn’t charged for the repair. Can’t thank them or praise this shop enough!

Aja Hill: I hit a nasty pothole (thanks Michigan) and they were able to quickly get my car in and serviced on a Saturday. They made room in a hectic schedule for me so I did not have to worry about my car while O was away for Spring Break. The guys are super nice and very efficient - I highly recommend this Goodyear!

There's nothing worst than getting off a long 12hr night shift, live 55 miles away from home, and to find you have a flat tire (hole in the sidewall😑); not to mention every tire place within a 15 mile radius are completely booked and understaffed. It only took one 2 minute phone call, and these guys we're amazing! They accommodated my plea for help (I probably sounded desperate 😫🙏, lol 🤣). Literally felt like I was at a Nascar pit stop. I went to Belle tire, because it's a name I trust from prior experience on the West Side of the state...this location did not live up to that reputation at all.The service desk representative, who was the assistant manager, was trying to goat me for paying twice the quoted labor cost..and was not explaining things clearly at all. It is clear that this shop either doesn't give 2 ***'s about their customers, or they are actively trying to be sly and duplicitous when charging for services.Will not be going back here. 2 stars, because I think that somehow burns more than just 1 star.

Jeremy Sparks: Caliper came loose after work and limped it to the Belle Tire while sounding like my wheel was going to fall off. Slept in the car until open and they got me right in only to find out the bolts needed wouldn't be available until Monday (it's Saturday). Matt Siefker: I went here after being treated poorly at a competitor of theirs that messed up my steering alignment. They were very respectful, got my car in quickly and back on the road in under an hour(as a walk in), less expensive than the competitor, and the fixed the issues that caused my vehicle to ruin two brand new tires. 10/10 would recommend. I will be giving them all business going forward.

Byron Scott: No need to repeat what many before me have said with specifics. The bottom line, there is a common theme, can't fix the issue, but will up charge you for every additional return visit. They will justify there ineptitude by stating, I guess this is wrong, I will scan it again and oh, this is the problem to I need another part to I don't have the tools for this type of vehicle. This is all after they accepted the vehicle under the pretense that they could fix it it in the first place.You the customer did nothing wrong other than subject yourself to additional costs because they made a mistake with their initial quote and over estimated their ability. However they certainly still wanted their money. Lastly I don't need sorry from Jenn or the owner because this site is or should be a stain on the franchise since this problem is repeated over and over again. There are places far far more reputable and consistently good not only good for some..

Tim Cobb: I took my car in because it had a vibration after getting tires put on it at another belle tire they looked at it then came out with $1500 worth of repairs so I let them do the repairs got it back it drove the same I called the and was told to bring the car back up they call it needs new wheel bearing in the front gave me a price of another $877 did those repairs my wife went to pick the car up the bill was $1200 she asked why she was told they had to do an alignment on the front she said you just did one last week the he went back to the regular price of $877 we still have the same vibration we had the first day after spending over $2000 on repairs very disappointed and will be contacting the main office about this location horrible service rude employees on the phone and doing repairs that don’t need done the owner’s should be ashamed the way they ripped me off on my repairs

Brendan Appold: SCARYThe guy working the counter quoted me $90 for an oil change and then tried to push back when I found an online coupon for the same thing for the same location for $40. It gets worse: I heard the lead mechanic tell him that they should never again do something that they did because his name and this guy’s name are tied to whatever it was they were referring to. I said “sounds dangerous, does that have something to do with my car” to which he responded no - I hope that’s true but also recognize that’s somebody’s car they’re referring to. I came to this place for years but haven’t been here in a while and things have changed big time for the worst. I won’t be back and suggest you don’t risk it either until there’s a serious change in management. I also want to be explicit that the mechanic at least seemed to try to partially do the right thing by saying it shouldn’t happen again, even if he was just trying to protect his liability.

Denis Novak: NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!I will list the issues I've got with these smart and honest people:1. I've scheduled service online for a tire change on Thanksgiving day. Got a confirmation email. I called them a day before, told them I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, and asked for the price. They answered: "yes, you can come, and it costs $80 for 4 tires".2. At the assigned time my son arrived and they are closed.3. I've rescheduled for the next day with the option "wait there". At the assigned time my son arrived and they told him that "wait here" may take up to 5 hours. So my wife had to pick him up.4. Finally, he arrived to pick up the car, and it cost now $145, not $80.

Dennis Paquette: AVOID THIS PLACE! DISHONEST! DISHONEST! DISHONEST! Where do I begin!? Told them I had a clunking in the rear of my equinox. They came back and told me I need new shocks. I scheduled the appointment to have the shocks installed. In the meantime I noticed huge greasy fingerprints on my gray upholstery on my ceiling in my car! Called back the next day, they were apologetic and told me if I brought it in they would clean it right away. So I told the guy I was on my way, and he quickly told me he couldn't do it till the next day! So I took my car to another shop to have a second opinion. Come to find out my shocks are just fine and the clunking was my license plate cover! But they Damm sure we're going to put them in anyway. The worst part about this whole thing is, my mom brought her car her for years before she died, how much work did they scam her out of before she passed away!?!? ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!!!!

Kelli DiJoseph-Shelton: When I arrived for my appointment they tried to charge me for the tire rotation, which is supposed to be free if you've purchased your tires from Monro. I notified the worker that I had purchased my tires from the Monro Canton location and he informed me that their computer systems are not interconnected and that he would need to see a receipt from the purchase or a note from the canton location for proof. So instead of just calling over to the Canton location and asking for confirmation that I'd purchased my tires there I had to leave and make another appointment. A waste of my time and my gas. When I arrived for my second appointment I sat for almost two hours before they even *began* working on my car. So much unprofessionalism and disappointment from one experience.Update: We had to take the car to another shop altogether because they made the problem that they "fixed" worse and said they wouldn't have time to fix it for over a week.

Rico Pickens-Freites: I was thoroughly impressed with their work. I appreciate they use OEM parts that last longer. The plus for me was I was able to get my car back on the road and I was able to drop off my car on a late Friday afternoon and get it back on Saturday. illini4831: The person running the counter had trouble running the computer and was unable to provide me a written estimate for a future service, I wanted. Was also disappointed in the lack of deals this time around usually when, I go in there are online offers for discounts this time all the discounts were related to opening up a drive card. In addition, I always had to call them toward the end of the day before receiving any info on when my car would be ready. In terms of the mechanical work they did do a good job and resolved the problem of my car scrapping the ground by replacing the struts.

Leah: I had a nail in the center of the tread of my tire and needed it patched. I waited 4 hours only to be told they can't patch self-sealing tires and that the tire would need to be replaced. However, apparently that specific tire isn't sold anymore (its from 2020) so they said I'd need 4 new tires...all because I got a nail in one. It all felt very odd, so I drove to another tire shop where they patched my tire within an hour, no problem. As the cherry on top, Costco still charged me for the patch even though they never even fixed it.

Jacob Hensel: Pretty good value for snow tires and wheels. Tires were installed under inflated by 10 psi and weights to balance tires use double sided tape that just falls off. What a joke.

Jen W: The great time dumpsterI went in just after eleven today. Matt was the person working the tire center desk. No one was helping him, and he had calls and customers alone for until about minute thirty of the forty five minutes I waited the get checked out. He was very nice. The person who came to help him was also very nice.I was cashed out at noon and told I’d receive a call by 1 with my tire on the rim. My Jack was missing parts and the guy at the desk wasn’t sure if they could loan out said parts for a few minutes, so he told me to ask.Fast forward to 1:20. I asked someone what was going on… asked if I could borrow a Jack. He said he had to ask his supervisor,… 1:40… by this point two other people asked what I was waiting on. At 1:45 I asked a guy to grab my wheel so I could leave.At 1:50 the “supervisor” came out. Told me Matt should never have had me ask if I could use stuff…. I told him Matt had been very kind…. He then said “we’ll, he’s new” (he’s not new, I asked him about a battery ages ago) the supervisor (red head) Offered to put my tire on my car for me. I gladly accepted. 2pm (almost three hours after getting there to put ONE TIRE on ONE RIM), he says he can’t. He says he can’t because it’s not safe because the tread on my tires is at four. Keep in mind, I watched them measure my tire tread and everything was at like SIX. He said they measured wrong. Keep in mind, my tires cost $1,000 for a set and Have an 80k warranty and I’ve only put 12k miles on them…. I’ve not towed anything with this vehicle…. But he insists they’re at 4. All of them. So yeah, almost done….He comes up, asks me if I signed a form. I say yes, I signed that… the. He tells me I need to sign it again…. So why did he ask? Another Costco tire center mystery, I suppose. I won’t be back there. Not ever. Huge headache and all for naught. I ended up driving to discount tire to have them look at things. The new tire was over-inflated and the tread was at 6 tor two tires and a little over 6 for the third non-new one.Caveat emptor, friends, this is a rough stop.

Sandra Suarez: I usually love Costco - the tire dept not so much. I called and spoke with a supervisor who told me to bring my vehicle in and they would tell me if there was a leak and if there was, put on the spare. I had driven home from work that morning with a psi of 20. I made the trip and was told they would take care of it. After shopping, I went to the tire dept and the woman gave me a long speech about how I needed new tires. I couldn't get a word in. Finally, I told her that I was told that the tire would be looked at, and if there was in fact a leak, the spare would be put on. She continued to tell me that I needed new tires. I KNEW that, but I wanted to get the one fixed if necessary. She told me I could reinflate it in the parking lot. .So, I made a wasted trip on one of my few nights off.

Alex McLeod: My partner wanted to replace one of her tires-- easy enough. She bought one and made an appointment. She ended up having to go there 3 times in total over the course of 3 weeks, and she still didn't get her tire replaced. [First visit] "Oh, we can't put on your new tire because we aren't allowed to make it so that you have more than 2 types of tires on your car." Ok, so she agrees to get 2 tires instead of 1, and they order them for her. [Second visit] "Oh, these are summer tires, they won't do well in the winter." Costco chose them for her and now they aren't the right tires! [Third visit] "Oh, this screw isn't fitting in right, you should go to a real mechanic so they can fix it and then come back for a fourth visit." That was it. She was done. FYI, when I got my tires done there, they told me all my tire pressure gauges were broken, but they have worked fine before and after. So I think they were just lying to up sell me.

tina lee: EDIT**** I will change my star rating because they finished my rotation quickly. That whole dilemma was a waste of time. They do really need a more professional manager though.I had an appointment at 2pm. Called them to let them know I was running a bit late because I could not find my membership card and they told me I could come within 15 minutes. I rushed here and arrived at the tire center by 2:08pm and they notified me to park and then come in the main entrance. By the time I got here, I was notified that I could not be helped anymore and would be serviced as a walk in, and that I was past the 15 minutes grace period. The walk in quote I was told was either 1 hour to 1.5 hours or even 2 to 2.5 hours. Why didn’t they tell me that I couldn’t be helped when I pulled in the back???? Or at least tell me to hurry inside so I can be at the FRONT by 2:15. I wouldn’t sprinted inside.All the staff here were rude, especially Mike, who is apparently the manager. If they told me I had to be parked and to bring in my keys and at the front desk INSIDE by 2:15, it would’ve been different. I did not want to be rude and have them waiting on me, which is why I called to let them know in advance.

After I purchased new tires, they said they don't install tires purchased outside costco. Worst communication, Worst behavior and worst service. I was told they will help me with tow with nice and kind words. As soon as I left the location, changing words and falsifying the situation. Worst of a kind. Kati is one of the worst associate, she is exceptionally manipulative. Manager is just for a name sake and no customer attention.

Craig Sanders: Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I got a flat tire on 10/17, so I came here to buy a replacement. I figured it was about time I replaced all my tires, so I bought 4. They told me they were really backed up, so they couldn't get me on the schedule until 10/25, over a week later. I was about to tell them that I would just go elsewhere, but they convinced me that everywhere was backed up these days, and I normally trust Costco to give good service, so I believed them and made the appointment. Then I showed up on 10/25, and they told me they couldn't find the appointment! They rescheduled me for 10/28. So I came back, and this time they told me that they only had 2 of the 4 tires I had bought almost 2 weeks earlier! I asked them if they could at least put on the 2 tires they had (I had been driving on the spare this whole time!), but they said no, they had to put on all of them or none of them. I asked to speak to the supervisor, so the guy at the counter left, kept me waiting for several minutes, and then finally came saying I couldn't talk to the supervisor because he was "busy". I finally asked for a refund and made an appointment at Belle Tire, which could see me the next day. I will never buy tires from Costco again.

Yuhang Wang: 3 months after tire balance at this Costco Tire Center, one of the weight fell off and another one is about to fall off, as shown in photo. Quality of work is subpar. Never had this kind of problems in the last 20 years.

Even I had to ask what is going on when it was been 2 hours, they told me they need 20 minutes more. I know these guys are so busy, but they should keep the time they notified for customers.

I got a flat on a Friday night and was able to come in the next morning and they fit me in and I was in and out within one hour.Unfortunately, I got another flat that night (thanks Michigan potholes!) and was able to get in on Monday morning (they are closed Sundays) and was also in and out within an hour. Best of all, I was able to use my tire certificate on both and did not have to pay any money out of pocket (other than getting new certificates which was only $40).

Ted Lawless: I called for a winter tire switch on a Wednesday and had an appointment for the next day. Other places nearby won't give appointments for winter tire switches and require you to leave the car for most of a day.When booking, I was told it would take an hour. I arrived on time and they took the car right away. It was done in about 55 minutes. I worked using the WiFi in the lobby while waiting. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you.

Additional things that needed to be fixed weren’t pushed on me, but I was automatically given a quote. I appreciate this and will be more likely to come back since they weren’t nagging me to get it fixed same day!
