Marina Bakhmetieva: Went there after hitting a pothole and getting a flat tire. I was worried it would be a hassle and was expecting some issues, but the whole thing ended up being one of the best car-related experience! The replacement took 10 minute, they had my tire in stock and did everything very quickly. Cheap, too! The only “issue” is that they are cash only, so come prepared.

Arham Charfare: This is the go-to place whenever you have any tire issues. Reed is a gem of a person and was super accomodating. I had a nail in my tire and Reed was able to fix it and reassure me of its durability. They literally treat you like family. Thank you Reed !

I got a flat on a Friday night and was able to come in the next morning and they fit me in and I was in and out within one hour.Unfortunately, I got another flat that night (thanks Michigan potholes!) and was able to get in on Monday morning (they are closed Sundays) and was also in and out within an hour. Best of all, I was able to use my tire certificate on both and did not have to pay any money out of pocket (other than getting new certificates which was only $40).

Rachel R: The first three times I brought my car here for low tire pressure, the problem kept returning, but the fourth time I brought it in, they fixed it completely. It's been 500+ miles and I haven't had to put air in my tires. Very professional and friendly. I also appreciate that all my visits were under warranty from my first visit so I only had to pay for the first one. Thanks, Belle Tire!

Charlie Stratton: Brought the car in for evaluation and was told that three of four TPMS sensors reported as failing. Not unexpected. Made an appointment for a return visit. On the return the new evaluation showed only one sensor as defective. I would not have known differently, so kudos for the honesty of the staff in replacing only the defective part.

Kaitlyn: I’ve been coming to this Belle Tire for many months now. As a woman who has struggled with finding a mechanic I feel comfortable going to, I’ve always been more than happy with the work done on my car each time. I’ve never been spoken to in a condescending way, the managers are always happy to answer questions, and the mechanics always get the job done right the first time. This is definitely the best Belle Tire in the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area! The mechanics do great work and Dan, Rich, and Alex are always a pleasure to work with.

Vaibhav Chokhawala: I had a flat tire. I reached there at 5:30 pm (closing time 6:00pm) and the guy side we can’t help as it’s closings time. I was like okay and asked for an appointment. I was told no need and was told to come early. The next day, I went in at 4 pm. They refused the help me again, with the same old reason of them being swamped and couldn’t accommodate. I was like just give me an appointment as I can’t keep doing this. And after a lot of request they gave me 11 am the next day. Went in at 11 am and was told it will take 1 hour 15 mins. I was like okay and waited. After 1 hr 30 min, I went to ask them and he just said that the tier threads were worn and it’s not repairable. He gave me a quote to buy new tires. Was really disappointed that they made me wait 1.5 hours just to give me that quote, really pathetic service.In the evening went to a local mechanic and he fixed it in 15 mins.The worst experience ever. Will never go to any big name tire provider in future. The worst people.

I went to Belle tire, because it's a name I trust from prior experience on the West Side of the state...this location did not live up to that reputation at all.The service desk representative, who was the assistant manager, was trying to goat me for paying twice the quoted labor cost..and was not explaining things clearly at all. It is clear that this shop either doesn't give 2 ***'s about their customers, or they are actively trying to be sly and duplicitous when charging for services.Will not be going back here. 2 stars, because I think that somehow burns more than just 1 star.
Jeremy Sparks: Caliper came loose after work and limped it to the Belle Tire while sounding like my wheel was going to fall off. Slept in the car until open and they got me right in only to find out the bolts needed wouldn't be available until Monday (it's Saturday). They were able to scrounge some up in the shop and get me on my way again. Huge shout out to Ryan, Steve and the rest of the crew. Really appreciate the work.Thanks guys!

"That's not how this works" made her pay for the tire when her contract covers blowouts and they even said it was an unreparable. I will be reporting to the better Business bureau and to their district manager
Matt Siefker: I went here after being treated poorly at a competitor of theirs that messed up my steering alignment. They were very respectful, got my car in quickly and back on the road in under an hour(as a walk in), less expensive than the competitor, and the fixed the issues that caused my vehicle to ruin two brand new tires. 10/10 would recommend. I will be giving them all business going forward.

Byron Scott: No need to repeat what many before me have said with specifics. The bottom line, there is a common theme, can't fix the issue, but will up charge you for every additional return visit. They will justify there ineptitude by stating, I guess this is wrong, I will scan it again and oh, this is the problem to I need another part to I don't have the tools for this type of vehicle. This is all after they accepted the vehicle under the pretense that they could fix it it in the first place.You the customer did nothing wrong other than subject yourself to additional costs because they made a mistake with their initial quote and over estimated their ability. However they certainly still wanted their money. Lastly I don't need sorry from Jenn or the owner because this site is or should be a stain on the franchise since this problem is repeated over and over again. There are places far far more reputable and consistently good not only good for some..
Tim Cobb: I took my car in because it had a vibration after getting tires put on it at another belle tire they looked at it then came out with $1500 worth of repairs so I let them do the repairs got it back it drove the same I called the and was told to bring the car back up they call it needs new wheel bearing in the front gave me a price of another $877 did those repairs my wife went to pick the car up the bill was $1200 she asked why she was told they had to do an alignment on the front she said you just did one last week the he went back to the regular price of $877 we still have the same vibration we had the first day after spending over $2000 on repairs very disappointed and will be contacting the main office about this location horrible service rude employees on the phone and doing repairs that don’t need done the owner’s should be ashamed the way they ripped me off on my repairs

Carrië Caketon: Consistently they are my favorite place to take my car. They are quick and work with me to make sure my car is running safely. I love this location and drive out of my way to come to it instead of others.
Ted Lawless: I called for a winter tire switch on a Wednesday and had an appointment for the next day. Other places nearby won't give appointments for winter tire switches and require you to leave the car for most of a day.When booking, I was told it would take an hour. I arrived on time and they took the car right away. It was done in about 55 minutes. I worked using the WiFi in the lobby while waiting. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you.

Stephen Richards: Got to my car in 2 days, even w/ issues finding the part I needed anywhere w/ backorders & congestion of vehicles. Attempted makeshift troubleshooting for the issue before even finding the part to help manage issue knowing the dire times. *Cliff the manager is a great dude, honest and sweet. My car was not driveable, it is back to itself running correct w/in 50hrs, and added an oil change for me no problem. Good price, great work, and extremely willing to work hard to satisfy. I will be making this my new homebase, period.

Josh Jewell: First time customers here and I am super impressed with the customer service. I waited for four new tires and an alignment. During that time I listened to several interactions between Tom and different customers. He went out of his way to help all of them. An older gentleman came in to buy valve stems. He was going to try to install them himself. Tom offered to help but he didn't have the tires with him. So Tom took the time to show the gentleman how to install the valve stems correctly. He didn't think he'd be up to the job so Tom offered to do it if he brought them back to the shop. I will definitely be back. Thanks for all your hard work Goodyear Ann Arbor!!

Timothy Maze: After getting a bit of a run around from other shops (guy put a new muffler on my car when I asked about a wheel bearing), the guys at Goodyear took care of me and charged me a fair price, gave me some advice on future repairs, and despite claiming it would take a while, finished the job in a reasonable time span. Would highly recommend.
Alyssa Rimmer: We were driving through Ann Arbor on our way up north when we noticed we had a nail in our tire. We were close by to this Goodyear, called and they got us in immediately. They fixed the tire in under an hour, were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Bub Dawg's What do you think? (Todd): Didn't have any work done here except for I had a hitch ball switched over from one ball mount to another. Super nice though The guy at the counter has been there for years. Friendly knows his stuff and straight to the point, perfect.
Steve Barker: I had an appointment and they said they had an issue with getting the proper paperwork from Goodyear. They said they would get the proper email. Called me back the next day and asked for Order number. Never heard back from them again.After two weeks I canceled the order and reordered using a different installer. The other installer was outstanding. They were ready for me and completed my install without any concerns.I understand having labor issues in today's environment and having to work through issues but not to call people back is a major problem.
Gale Smith: This shop went above and beyond in helping us get back on the road after a flat tire!We were traveling home from Detroit and had tire trouble, and they were the only tire service willing to fix the tire. Not only did they take on the job I wasn’t charged for the repair. Can’t thank them or praise this shop enough!
Aja Hill: I hit a nasty pothole (thanks Michigan) and they were able to quickly get my car in and serviced on a Saturday. They made room in a hectic schedule for me so I did not have to worry about my car while O was away for Spring Break. The guys are super nice and very efficient - I highly recommend this Goodyear!
Brianna Hoseay: This is probably the worse location to go to. They are scam artist at best. Bring your car in and watch you leave worse.

Julie Dean: I must give a massive shout out to this place❤!! There's nothing worst than getting off a long 12hr night shift, live 55 miles away from home, and to find you have a flat tire (hole in the sidewall😑); not to mention every tire place within a 15 mile radius are completely booked and understaffed. It only took one 2 minute phone call, and these guys we're amazing! They accommodated my plea for help (I probably sounded desperate 😫🙏, lol 🤣). Literally felt like I was at a Nascar pit stop.
