Jason Hecht: Bought a new washer and it was promptly delivered. Loved the timeliness! Unfortunately the washer was installed with the cold and hot water reversed (which I fixed). After running the first cycle the washer had a lake in the bottom of it and clearly wasn't draining or spinning properly. The day after delivery I called back to the store to ask for help and was told they were unable to help me and I had to call the manufacturer. In total I've called 4 times, talked a manager once, and still no movement on getting it fixed. It's now been 2 weeks without a washer and despite being new it still won't work. I'll never understand how you pay a company to install your new appliance and when something is wrong on the install they won't own the work you paid them for. I loved the idea of buying and supporting local but I certainly have not loved the experience thus far.

Two of your installers, Eli and Eddie, arrived on time and worked for nearly five hours. They were efficient, respectful, and expert in the installation. Eda Komora: I called this place about 7 weeks ago. A gentleman called me back. I explained the situation with the part needed for my 14 month washer. I told him I would call back if I needed to purchase a washer. He quoted me a minimum price of $250.00.I was able to order the part, was sent the wrong part, returned and reordered the part with an estimated arrival date of 34 days. As the date approached I checked the status of the part. An additional 65 days was added. After crunching the numbers, we decided to buy a used and forget the part. When I went on to cancel my part order another 39 days tacked on.I called Home Appliances Outlet back, to schedule a time for my husband and I to choose, purchase and take home a used washing machine..the same gentleman called me back. He didn't want to meet us there at 6 pm that same day. He asked me our budget I said to him $300 max based on you telling me prior the minimum sale price is $250.00. He said back to me "the minimum price is $350.00" I asked when did it increase, he replied "today".

Brittany Nicole: I will never do business with this company again the guy that sold me the dryer was nice and helpful and the dryer set he sold me was a nice set but when I actually brought the washer and dryer home the dryer was not getting hot on my receipt he said I can do an exchange or refund but when I told him I wanted a refund he insist on doing exchange only then he told me to call DTE to get the DTE warranty and have them Come out to fix it I dont feel like I should have to lie or go through all that for something he sold me that did not work. I’m extremely upset bcuz I wasted my time money and still have to come out of more money to replace what he sold me.
