Angie Peralta: Took my two male cats here to get neutered through the Kat Snips program. The doctor was very friendly and offered nail clipping as well. One week later and the cats are doing great. The only thing I would say is they did not send the male cats home with cones and also didn’t give basically any after care instructions, which as a fur mom, gave me a lot of anxiety and I was kind of confused. After talking with a vet friend she let me know that with male cats they just need to be monitored for excessive licking for the next few days so I felt better.Over all it was a good expierence with friendly staff, I just wish they gave more after care instructions if they do not give cones for cats, just for ease of mind!

NK: When we moved here, we took our dog to Brookside for vaccines and boarding. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating however the facilities were outdated and this place traumatized our dog to the point where her personality was drastically different afterwards. Our dog lost her voice, got kennel cough, and had 2 bloody spots when we picked her up. When we called to check in on her they said everything was going great but I guess that wasn't true. They also mixed her food bowl with all the other dogs and we didn't get it back when we left. It was immensely difficult to re-socialize our dog and help her not be afraid after her experience. Hopefully this experience isn't typical but we will never come here again.

Mary Henning: Bookside has been our Veterinary and Bording choice since moving to Ann Arbor more than 30 years ago. Their services from puppy to old age years and end of life has always been compassionate. The needs of the animal have been presented realistically, while respecting the emotions attached to the relationship with our animal companions. I have trusted the guidance of Dr. Smaltz and Dr. R, as well as the associates who have come through the practice over the years. My current dog was found abandoned. He has some challenging reactions to care giving, but they have won his trust and given him excellent care.

Karissa Pelletier: I really wanted to like this place. We are new in the area and I thought the positive reviews were good. We will not be back. I brought my Akita and Corgi in for boosters and a nail clip. Get home and go to take out my corgi and there’s blood all over her paw, the seat, her leash, etc. Bring her back and then clean it up and put numbing cream on it to stop the bleeding. No bandage. When I asked what happened, I was told she was wiggly. What the hell kind of answer is that? I’ve never had an issue in all the places I’ve brought her for nail clippings. All I got after coming back was attitude and lame excuses. Had to ask for a refund and received it but with a lot of huffy attitude. Very disappointed. Oh and the vet is the one who clipped her nails. Or so I was told…. Do better.

Ralph Viau: DON'T bring your rabbit here!They may do ok with dogs and cats,but other than changing her litter box,the greens I gave them to give to her once a day were basicly untouched.Overfed with her regular food and underfed with her hay.Receptionist was nice and made a list of her care when I dropped her off...someone must have thrown it away.Curt at Dog gone acres in Farmington takes in rabbits (few do),He's more expensive,but they get much better care.Dog gone acres are closed every year last week of September through first week of October,or I wouldn't be writing this.

I boarded my birds for the weekend and they were kept in dirt, no one changed the bedding, the food bowls were gross, they never chopped the fruits as they said they would, water was disgusting, cages were disgusting and one of them came back with a BROKEN foot! I had to take to an emergency hospital.

Wyatt Banks: We recently had to put our beloved pup Nina to sleep due to illness and old age. The staff at Stadium Veterinary were very kind, patient, comforting, and understanding throughout the entire process. They explained everything step by step and allowed us to say goodbye and grieve in our own time as a family. They were so gentle with Nina and our family, and while it is heartbreaking to put a cherished part of your life to rest, we were comforted by the genuine concern and care shown by the staff. They even sent us a card expressing their condolences, which was especially appreciated by our daughter, who got Nina 13 years ago when she was just a 10 year old. Letting Nina go was one of the most difficult decisions and experiences we've had as a family, however Stadium Veterinary will always have a special place in our heart for their kind care and concern during our time of grief.

Adam Lucier: Dr. Megan M is the kindest and most compassionate veterinarian I've ever had. I appreciate her caring attitude during one of the toughest times a pet owner has to go through. We drive across town because this clinic is trustworthy and compassionate. Good people doing important work.

Julian Carpenter: I have been going here for years since it was named Affordable Vet. I took a break and went to some other vets and came back. The main thing I value about this place is that they don’t try to sell me up on added services that aren’t necessary and they don’t overreact and order every expensive test and medication they can. Vets these days are feeling like the dentist. I don’t need Invisalign and my dog doesn’t need to be part of some doggy health club or something.

Northman: Dr. Alison and her staff were a breath of fresh air compared to other surrounding vets. They treated us with dignity and respect and we’re not weird about covid (South Arbor Animal Hospital for example still makes you wait out in your car). They are actually able to get you in, in a timely manner. That is a rarity these days! These guys are actually staffed. Thank you for the excellent service.

Kelly France: I brought my cat in Friday. I was charged for observation and exam. I was told my cat was fine. 24 hours later we had to take him to the emergency vet (and not Jackson rd they were full) he was almost completely blocked. Stadium sent me home with a very sick cat. I hate to post but think the public should know my experience here. Maybe cats are just their side hustle?Definitely changing vets after 10 yrs. They were better when they were affordable

Heather Birt: The staff at Stadium are all very friendly, professional, and very kind to our pets. Our dog has extreme anxiety to the point of acting out aggressively during visits, but they are very patient, understanding, and committed to helping her. They are also very gentle and patient with our cats, who are fearful and timid during visits. I have been to other “certified fear-free” clinics that are very rough and rushed with the cats. The Stadium staff always takes the time to make the kitties feel more comfortable. We are very appreciative of the team at Stadium.

Our cat Louie has been seeing Dr. Paul for the longest time and he recently moved we found out, Dr. Paul was always great!Last week we had an emergency situation with Louie, He spent the night at the animal hospital and over a couple days wasn't getting better. Dr. Alison got him in last minute and re-checked his bloodwork, the next day when she got the results she urged us to go back to the Animal Hospital as his blood work became very abnormal. We got him in and finally got a diagnosis and treatment plan after he spent another night there. He is doing much better now.If it wasn't for Dr. Alison's urgency and understanding of how critical the situation was. We may have lost valuable time and Louie might not be here with us now. I can't thank Stadium Vet enough for always showing us compassion even in the hardest times. I know everyone is short staffed and all animals are important, Dr. Alison was patient on the phone with me and answered all my questions. Thank you so so so very much for your help, It was such an emotional week with Louie and we are so grateful he is recovering and came home. 3
