Carefree Capping: My 23-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Hodgkin‘s lymphoma last year. She needed dry ice so she could use cold cap therapy during chemotherapy to try to save her hair. The wonderful people from Ann Arbor welding supply gave us the dry ice for free. What a wonderful business. We can’t thank them enough!

Mary Garboden: We just had the greatest experience with the staff here. They took care of our needs quickly and in a super friendly manner during a massive power outage. When the outages began, they ramped up their dry ice production. They charge less than meijer and have so much more supply. Some businesses would do major price gouging in a situation like this but they absolutely did not. Be sure to bring your own cooler if you’re coming for dry ice!

Todd Herbst: Good selection of PPE, consumables and machines. Very knowledgeable staff willing to help. From filling gas bottles to buying a new machine, I’ll be a returning customer for a long time.
Jonathan: I have used Lessor for a couple years. The manager at the Ann Arbor store is rude and treats "refill" customers very differently than the regulars. He'll make refills wait until after he's helped everyone else in the shop, even if you were there before the hardware customers.He pulled some shenanigans with my son when I sent him in to exchange a cylinder - the net outcome was a $100 loss.When I asked him why he would do that, he denied it and got viscerally hostile.When I called the main office, Gary, the owner, told me he'd look into it. He was just as rude. When I asked him why he wasn't concerned about the situation, he replied - it happened a while ago - how is he supposed to remember. Didn't seem to care the staff member is rude.Plenty of other places to get gas. I won't return.

K. Rutherford Thomas: This is an almost weekly stop for us. Always helpful, always attentive. I don't expect small town customer service from a franchise, but that is what you get here. Thank you.

Moe Berry: Best Tractor supply in the country I’ve been to over 20 locations I drive 40 mins to come to this location for everything I need at my farm from feed to fencing they have it all! Val and her team are the best and ready to help no matter what you’re getting.
Iosif Bonas: I don’t recommend this location. I went in looking for something, and the manager was unwilling to even try checking stock. Store looked unorganized and poor selection was available.

Crys Fisher: I overheard a man named Jay saying homophobic remarks to one of his coworkers. But given that it’s tractor supply I’m unsurprised by the kinds of people they hire.
Bobak Bakhtiari: The last five times I have been in this store I have observed 70% or more of the caged baby ducks have empty water trays or filthy clogged ones that have zero water access and baby ducks under warm lamps. Hence likely contributing to their ducky deaths. A few noted to be limp and struggling. I have brought up lacking water situation every time to staff. Management doesn’t prioritize animal welfare or a viable system to refill/clean etc. If you cage animals, they need to be cared for effectively you lame lame store. Otherwise excellent deals at this store!

Coriano Ford: I had a serious issue with one if my floor scrubbers last night. Late in the evening after closing. Jim and his team of EXPERTS assured me that things would he fine. The owner personally spoke with me and gave me his technicians phone number who repairs my exact machine. I had to speak with this man all of five minutes. The problem was found and rectified immediately thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the crew at this facility. Kudos guys! Job well done. You saved me and my team!
Rochelle O'Rear: Very good customer service!! Abby was an absolute charm, she went above and beyond her job to help make things much easier to purchase the product. Another young lady help as well I apologize not remembering her name. Definitely worth the drive to but products from this store due to the customer service. Douglas Noss: Went to buy a lawn mower today. Found one that I wanted and they even had one in stock. I was told I can’t buy it until Monday because an employee marked it wrong. I have no idea what sense that makes but I took my money elsewhere and see no reason to return.
