Jason Hecht: Bought a new washer and it was promptly delivered. Loved the timeliness! Unfortunately the washer was installed with the cold and hot water reversed (which I fixed). After running the first cycle the washer had a lake in the bottom of it and clearly wasn't draining or spinning properly. The day after delivery I called back to the store to ask for help and was told they were unable to help me and I had to call the manufacturer. In total I've called 4 times, talked a manager once, and still no movement on getting it fixed. It's now been 2 weeks without a washer and despite being new it still won't work. I'll never understand how you pay a company to install your new appliance and when something is wrong on the install they won't own the work you paid them for. I loved the idea of buying and supporting local but I certainly have not loved the experience thus far.

Ray Meeker: I've tried to use these guys twice to get parts since they are local and I would rather support them than a corporation. The first was for a stove part which they had to order because they didn't have it. After waiting for a few weeks without a call back from them, I went in and they had gotten part but didn't call me back. I tried them again in August of last year to get a part for my dish washer. They said they ordered it and would call me this time since they didn't last time. In February of this year after calling them many times and going in the person to check on it, I gave up and ordered it online, within a few days I got the part from the online store and for cheaper than what they said they could get it for. Maybe others have a better experience than me but I will never go back to them if this is how they treat people.

Ali Salami: Horrible service. The technician Jeffrey lied right to my face. I have a washer that developed a hole and had ABC send out this company. Upon arrival, he came in for 5 min and said yeah we can put in an order for the part and have it covered by the warranty. When I talked with the manager from ABC again, he completely lied and said this was only cosmetic and shouldn't be covered by the warranty. Do not trust this company at all!

WOW Events: My appointment was originally set for a Wednesday between noon and 4 pm. The service tech calls Tuesday morning and states he will be to my home between 9 and noon. I state I can not be there as I am at work for the day and had asked for A minimum of 2 hours notice.After 3 weeks we were finally able to set a mutual time. When he was finished installing the part I asked if he would position the appliance level, he said NO ! That I could do it myself !The interesting fact is that very same technition was the same one that had been to my home 3 months prior and had positioned the appliance unlevel instead of replacing the same part that had to be replaced this time to correct the issue properly.There are Several other Issues concerning this technition and repair that I have not covered here.I will not have this company back to my home !!!!!!!!!

The Groovy Gaian: This place and it’s staff are fantastic! I wanted to repair my Kenmore washer myself and after some time on YouTube I called them to see if they had the springs and suspension parts I needed. They did so I went up there. Bob, who works at the front desk, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly what I needed and recommended a couple other inexpensive pieces that would help solve my issue. The spin cycle was smashing I got he washer walls. I also mentioned an issue with the machine rinsing thoroughly and he recommended checking the clutch out. So after some additional time on YouTube I was able to disassemble and check the clutch. I even called a couple times with questions as I pulled it apart and he was happy to answer and offer tips and tricks to make my job easy. It was hard for me to determine it’s condition so I went back to the store for his opinion on the wear. We compared it to a new unit and determined only a cleaning was needed at this time. He gave me a few more pointers on re-assembly and I was on my way.It’s rare these days to find this kind of customer service. Most places wouldn’t have walked me through a repair. Especially considering they do repairs and could have made a bunch more money off of me. In time, they will, because this will be my go to for my appliances. Bob is a huge asset to this company and does an excellent job educating the customer and being honest about what is needed. I would recommend this company to anyone needed parts or service based on my experience.I’m grateful I found this place!

Sarah Miller: I do my best to go to locally owned businesses and I have known about this HIDDEN GEM on North bound Telegraph just north of Ann Arbor Trail in Dearborn Heights since the late 90's (just south of the DQ). If you have any issues with any appliances and need a part or need to buy a quick used stove or washer, YOU WANT TO GO HERE.You can't beat prices or the service. If you buy a part there you get a year warranty (nothing from Amazon) and they replaced my part no questions asked and no charge at all. I also really enjoy looking at vintage appliances and wow do they have a Philco Stove (not for sale) that is beautiful!Also if you buy a used appliance you get a 3 month warranty.I will always come back here and tell anyone I know about it!Great friendly, informative and patient employees also. They close at 6 and of course I ran in at 5:45 and he had no problem staying to answer questions for me!!!!! I was home and doing laundry but the end of the night, should I really say thanks for that part though???? 😂🤣🤗 THANKS HONESTLY!!
