Michelle Kendred: Extremely helpful and courteous. I have a prescription that my regular, big franchise, pharmacy said they couldn’t fill. I called in the script a week earlier and they waited until the next week, when I went in to get it, to tell me I couldn’t get it and I should call around to find it at another pharmacy. I did just that. I called West Side Pharmacy and the pharmacist was able to get it right away. He goes well above and beyond to help. I switched all of prescriptions to West Side Pharmacy and I am so happy I did.

At CVS, Rite-Aid or other big chains, you won't get the same experience. I highly recommend you check this pharmacy out.

After I received her medication from the doctor, Sayed the pharmacist got our prescription ready within 10 minutes.It was a long line of cars at the drive thru and even though I went in by the time I came out that line was gone as well. I myself normally go to CVS but after the quick, caring service I received at Rite Aid, I maybe switching.As a healthcare worker, I know when people are sick compassion and understanding is important and I want to say thank you to Sayed and the pharmacy staff for working hard and diligently to make sure every customers is satisfied. Kenesha McColgin: I experience a associate who was Caucasian on veteran Day who was very unfairly that followed me around the store like I was a criminal or a thief also the thing was down to take cards so I didn't have cash on me so the pharmacy told me I had to come back for my copay for my medicine and this is not my first time there I needed my insulin I am a type 1 means I depend on insulin my pancreas do not produce insulin so I am the need of my insulin no one gave a coup about that so that was the bad experience in the first that I had there but overall the other associates are very friendly

I called back to let the manager know and he kept saying “nothing was at the counter” to which I replied “I believe that.. but I don’t think the cashier ever grabbed them” and he said 6 times: “nothing was left at the counter” repeatedly.Now I’m my mind I could’ve went back and showed my “you know what” but I didn’t. But I hope corporate ACTUALLY reviews these comments we are leaving and handle their employees and let them know that the employees AND management are rude and to avoid them from claiming that the customers are “out of line”, corporate needs to monitor that staff for better customer service before we take it there.

Joya Mills: The store has a very good Easter sale going on right now. I was pleasantly greeted by the cashier as I entered the store. The store had all items advertised in the ad. The store was orderly and clean. The cashier at checkout was professional, efficient and very friendly. She had a positive vibe.
Nichelle Haith: Kayla in the pharmacy was rude. I hate when black girls have attitudes like you’re a Queen acting like a jester. Get it together young lady. Tessnema was very friendly at the front door awesome cashier.

Around 6:00 they start to get lazy and don't even try to fill prescriptions at all... They're more concerned about going home that they will tell you that prescriptions that should only take 1hr to fill, will be done tomorrow instead.... like dude it's only 6:00??? They claim they'll call or text when the prescriptions are filled but I STILL to this day have not received any single text or call stating that my prescriptions have been filled, I always have to go up there later that day and the next day and say "hey is my stuff ready???" People have huge conditions that they need to fill, this lazy pharmacy needs to get it together. They used to be awesome a few years ago .. idk what happened after around 2019 but I will never take my prescription here again although it is my nearest rite aid, this was the last straw!

Anita R.: My fourteen year old daughter had dental surgery and her surgeon gave a paper prescription for pain medication. We brought it to this location to have it filled and they wouldn't. They kept telling us that we can pick it up in a hour. We came back four times for pick up and they still hadn't filled it. I called on third hour to ask what was going on and while on the phone with one pharmacist telling me that they had to contact the surgeon to fill it, another pharmacist rudely yelled in the background saying " I aint filling it"! So I asked are y'all just going to leave my child in pain for me to deal with when the prescription was there in enough time for the surgeon to be called? They had no response to that. Then the pharmacist I was on the phone with suggested extra strength tylenol for the pain, to which I responded "that's better then leaving my child in pain all night". If it wasnt for the pharmacist tonya at least suggesting and giving the extra strength tylenol, my child would've suffered in pain throughout the night. When I told them I was a RN and know that I needed that pain med before the surgeon's medication wear off they got quite and pretended to be very professional. They still didn't fill the script and ended up giving it back. Please go somewhere where the patient's wellbeing matter more than logistics.

Al Lukas: The carpet is just plain nasty. Wish I could post a picture. The inner city stores are big money makers but we receive sub-par infrastructure and service. I like the service from the staff but they need to press to get this stinky carpet replaced.
Kim Possible: I have been on the phone holding on for 33 minutes now. The first guy answered the phone very politely as I asked for him to tell me if they have some CVS Diabetic Strips? He said that he was the only person working in the store and the pharmacy is closed. I told him that I understand, but I don't want to get a ride up there and they are still out. I had just went a few days ago and they were out. About 10 minutes after holding on a lady came on the phone and ask what was I holding for. I told her the same thing, I needed the CVS BRAND of test strips, she said hold on so you can speak to someone in the pharmacy. Finally after 45 minutes of holding on the man from the pharmacy picked up the phone and said no they were all out.

This was done in a professional way and we made sure she was always informed of project status. When it came time to pay the final balance for work done she elected to stop all communication by not responding to email, phone call / messages etc very unprofessional. After 13 days and us starting to talk to her corporate office they made final payment.

Justin Schneider: Midtown Pharmacy is a true, community based pharmacy. We switched over from CVS over a year ago, and we have been extremely happy with their service. The prescriptions are ready on time, they advocate for their customers, quickly learned my name/face and the prescriptions I take, and have even opened back up for me after I arrived shortly after they closed so I could get my prescription. I highly recommend.
Janae Henderson: Went to get a Rapid Covid test it said Medicaid would cover online but when I got there they were charging $50. They told me it covers pCR testing and that they would give me a call back at the end of the day but never did.
Amy Alexander: Really friendly and knowledgeable. I transferred my prescriptions here instead of Meijer (where I was having issues with my insurance being entered incorrectly and frequently backlogged orders for a prescription I get every single month). Never have issue with insurance coverage or backlog here. These guys always fill my script quickly and are communicative if there is ever a delay. Recommend them instead of chain pharmacy!

R Smith: I experience the worse customer service ever!!. Rude, combative and you can tell it's about the male macho. My doctor sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. They called me 5x in a row. I asked why do you call me so much. He began arguing with me about why I haven't picked up my prescriptions. Really! Don't go here go to Rite Aid. I asked for his name he refused. And you want me to do business with you. I don't think so.
