Nathan Hawk: I guess when you become a big law firm the small cases do not matter any longer. It’s been a full week since I first contacted Marco Law firm. I had to reach out a second time on a Monday evening on their automated text service they have. Somebody decided to call me Tuesday morning after me patiently waiting a full week. I had a police officer beat me up. I was told there wasn’t a person for my case and because the civil cases were a year out because of covid my case may not even be heard in time. I was told again someone would call me back to see if the case could be worked or if they were too busy they would recommend me to someone less qualified. Just want to say thank you for standing up for me when I needed it the most. Today I am scared to do pretty much anything in this world because I think I’m being attacked. I’m glad your law firm is doing so well that you can tell clients you are too busy for them and to get back with them in your own time.
