I had to reach out a second time on a Monday evening on their automated text service they have. Somebody decided to call me Tuesday morning after me patiently waiting a full week. I had a police officer beat me up. I was told there wasn’t a person for my case and because the civil cases were a year out because of covid my case may not even be heard in time. The denial notice says they did not even submitted the required materials for RFE. When I asked them to provide the materials which were submitted on my behalf, they refused, saying due to company policy, those materials are not provided. And after that, they never reply to my email or voice message. Can you believe it?
