Koby Learning Group: what do users think?
xero velocity: I called twice to inquire about language classes and nobody answered
Chris M: I am taking Japanese lessons here and Jakob is amazing! He is very personable and makes the class fun, while still imparting an enormous amount of information to us. Highly recommend him.
John Angelo: Very nice family learning environment. The owner is very competent and makes sure her students and student families are the #1 priority
Demi Grivas: An absolutely wonderful place of language learning. The staff are wonderful and really help you find the right class that fits your needs and the teachers are amazing. Highly recommended to anyone.
Michele Gradinscak: Koby is an excellent place to learn a new language. Wonderful teachers and supportive staff.
Joanna Schofield: Professional and fantastic understanding of cultural and language barriers!
Rebecca Bomann: Very highly recommend this school! Excellent classes, staff, and environment for learning. It's run by a very well qualified teacher and business owner who brings many years' experience to give her students the best experience possible.
B P: The best component about this school, unlike other forms of schooling, are the specialized classes that the teachers prepare. The staff here are nice and always aim to not only teach their class, but to also give the students a fun learning experience. I took a SAT class here and I was able to greatly increase my score. I highly recommend Koby.
Carrie Maki: This is an amazing school, day care, tutoring service and company that cares about their students and their families. This company is people focused and driven to meet the needs of the people in the community.
Eddie Schodowski: A real hidden treasure.
Ray Senkbeil: Koby is a wonderful and friendly place! The staff is lovely and the selection of languages is incredible! To top it off classes are fair priced!
Michelle Eby: I am taking Mandarin Chinese at Koby Learning Group and am really enjoying the class. I had some experience with Mandarin coming in, but I knew my pronunciation (among other things) needed a lot of work. My teacher Fumi is very good at explaining how to make the sounds and what I'm doing wrong, which is very helpful and exactly what I need, and I am already improving having only been in the class for a short time. I am looking forward to continuing my lessons.
Nathaniel Jackson: I've been an ESL Instructor at Koby for about a year. It's a nice and inclusive place to study: small class sizes, a huge variety of languages and topics, and very friendly people.
SL Yamamoto: I was a student at Koby and the staff was friendly, Mrs. Goto and Mrs. Ikezawa were great instructors and worked well with my schedule. Mrs. Goto tailored my lessons to specific things I wanted to study. Thanks to all!
Alicia Smith: I take Japanese at Koby. I especially enjoy the small class size. I can get a lot of individual attention from the teacher.

Bookstore – Wayne State University: what do users think?
Liam Bell: The website is bad, but the store is good.
Jarryl Fordham: Great place to mutually relax or study or just grab a coffee
Antonio Scott: Good customer service
beverly rugley mcclore: Love this place !
Todd Bates: The prices on clothing is a little on the steep side, but the textbook ordering process is streamlined and efficient. Picking up your orders in person seems to be the fastest way to get your books.
Ruthie King: Always a rewarding experience!
horsestew: Just did work there
Gold Charm: Great quiet place for a snack and teleworking.
Sabrina Simpson Martin: Worse customer service I have seen in a long time. If they can't answer your question over the phone, they hang up.
Terry Koen: The speech and language.
Terrance A. Keith: Convenient...great selection of WSU wearing apparel
Carla Osborn: I love Wayne state's bookstore when you walk in it's so much room with so many good items for me to buy my daughter is going to be a freshman in August and I couldn't wait I was excited and had to go buy some T-shirts and sweaters this is the best decision for my daughter to go to Wayne State
K. Young: A well stocked book store, but the prices of many items were a bit high, in my opinion.
Oliver L: The upstairs and Starbucks staff are very friendly. However, you can't use Starbucks rewards in any WSU store.
J F: Seems like things have gone down hill.I use to remember this place being real friendly, but that was a while ago.Store associates (probably students) were nice but the manager is all kinds of rude. There was a mix up I experienced and instead of treating me like a person and possibly reaching a compromise, she just basically told me I'm "nobody special and to find help elsewhere."I bought a textbook I wasn't sure I needed and when I asked an associate (probably a new hire or student) they said I could return it. So I trusted them. Wasn't till a week later when I brought it back to return it that I realized there was a "Final Sale" stamped on the receipt (cause I literally never took the book out of the bag).I understand there are policies, but mix ups happen. Like this one. But instead of hearing me out the manager never let me finish my explanation of events When I told her that I would just like a nice conversation and possibly a compromise she said she was "speaking nicely."I may be a little socially inept, but she was definitely not "nice."
Frank Massaria: I've been trying to check out the same books for three days straight now. The website has crashed dozens of times, either with a proxy issue or a "forbidden action." The books are incredibly overpriced and are typically delivered late.
Gabrielle Colone: This is the third college I have attended and by far is the worst bookstore I have ever experienced. The website never works and the actual building is never open. The books are overpriced and do not ship in a timely manner.Due to COVID, it is nearly impossible to return books if you do not live on campus. I have now been charged ridiculous fees and there is no way to contact anyone as the building is “temporarily closed”. As a broke college student this is extremely upsetting. You’d think the university bookstore would support its students.. guess not!!! I am now stuck with textbooks I don’t want and cannot afford. Students are better off going to Amazon, at least they have decent customer service.
Katina Turner (Tina): Great food
Nathaniel Miller: Courtesy of the day
Jamie Grundy: Great prices and a large variety of gear.
John M. Sier: A little bit of everything for the Warrior!
