Erin Sullivan: I was downtown yesterday and was so excited to visit Le Labo. I had just received a response to the Proust Questionnaire I filled out on their webpage and received perfume recommendations based on my answers.The store is beautiful and the scents are complex and each feels like a different story. I ended up narrowing down my favorites to Rose 31 and Bergamote 22.My only disappointment was the sales associate. He made me feel like I was a nuisance to even be in his store. Their scents are not cheap but I believe are worth the investment. I just have to get past the experience with the sales associate.Le Labo, I would expect nothing but the best and that includes the people who represent your brand. .
HRG Capital: Used to be a regular customer. Got a bad batch of cologne and reached out to exchange/refund/send back and took 4 to 5 emails before I got a response. Once I got a respond they said no refunds. For thousands of dollars for cologne, would expect much better customer service.
Timothy Brownlee: A nice concept and beautiful store. The fragrances range from good to great. The location is downtown and parking is impossible, it ranged from $25 to 50 in open lots and near by garages. This seems to be a place you stop in only if you're already downtown, which almost no one is on any given day. Great store but not worth a special trip.

M Whittaker: Take time to stop and smell the roses...or one of the many other wonderful scents at Le Labo's. You can buy a small travel size if there is a fragrance you like (just ask for this size).

They are wonderfully helpful and informative. She told us all about the city collection. We bought probably 20 perfume samples and we have a lot of fun spraying them on ourselves. We’ve gotten our dear friend and mom hooked onto Le Labo! It’s totally worth stopping in and checking out! Love you guys!

Natalia E. Tortora: Absolutely fabulous store in my opinion. The artifacts for interior installation are local antique items and the "exhibit" of scents are humbly displayed. Freddie helped me out and was more than hospitable and an expert about the product AND the design process for the new space (using antique stools from Cass Tech High etc), and not pushy on the products. I ended up getting the sample pack to figure out exactly what scent suited me and already have a few favorites. Let's just say my S/O is obsessed with the scents as well.They also have soaps/body products and candles as gifts or for your home. Really am pleased with this addition to downtown Detroit and will be back soon to purchase a full bottle of my favorite scent soon.

I just received my order today and I'm already looking to place another order. If I still lived in NY, I surely would have made the drive to their store. That being said, I always receive my orders promptly in FL.

Almost any fragrance you can think of is here, and one has the opportunity to smell/sample many of the high end fragrances most don’t have access to.
