My patient needs their medication and this pharmacy is actively preventing them from receiving their necessary medical care

The pharmacy needs training on how to treat customers, answering the phone and filling prescriptions in a timely manner (prescription was called in around 3:30 Saturday told to come back this morning, called and was on hold for an hour and 3 minutes only to be told it wasn’t filled and it would take an hour which would be when they shut down to go to lunch).

It may be that they are short staffed but I called for a prescription refill 4 times this week and was put on hold for more than 30mins each time without ever getting through. Walgreen's website is down so I went to the pharmacy in person and was told that they do not have my prescription. I've confirmed with my doctor that the prescription was sent to their pharmacy. I am now a full week without my medication. If you can, get your prescriptions somewhere else!

Kayla Brown: I had such a terrible experience in this store last week with a manager named TOM, who was rude and unhelpful towards the cashier servicing me and to me. Its ashame you show respect and treat workers kind and don't receive the same energy in return. Filed a complaint with customer service and of course no contact back, response or anything to get this issue resolved or addressed. Then the way that they have security in your face and space the entire time you are in the store, is very annoying and displeasing . Close the entire location down honestly! I don't even live in the area but stop by occasionally when I am but after the last few experiences I will be avoiding it at all costs. Shame on walgreens

Took three days to get a prescription filled even after my doctor called to straighten the matter out. AVOID at all cost, unprofessional, unorganized and a big time waster.

Kevin Casey: It's a shame that I have no desire to go to a Walgreens that is 2 blocks from my house, the store staff is good, but the pharmacy is a mess, short handed ( theirs word not mine) I called about my prescription which transferred but no seem to where it was but they had it the whole then once it was ready and my wife went to pick it up she waited for at least an hour. This stuff happens all the time. Terrible customer service, if you can't do the job shut the doors. Either they need more help or someone else running the Pharmacy.

Mrs. Dirrell: After many months of harassment I’ve decided to contact a lawyer about the unethical practices that have been happening over the last four months. After collecting evidence and now having the witnesses , it is clear that the pharmacist that work in this office will try anything to prevent African Americans from getting their much needed medication. If the Dr. , and insurance company are reprimanding your practices at the same time then it’s clear that it’s a problem. This will not be tolerated.

After going through this I decide to use the auto refill system. But the problem with that is that I get hit with a text message every month saying that there was an insurance issue and that I have to call the pharmacy that dosen't answer. Go in to the pharmacy to see what's the issue the pharmacist says there's no issue and hit me with my favorite line "can you wait 30 minutes?"

Isra Daraiseh: DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION, especially if you want medicine or going to deal with pharmacy staff.I want to disclaim that I understand when there is short staffing & people having rough days…but I glanced other reviews before confirming my suspicion of the poor quality of this pharmacy & dont feel bad to share.I had a covid-19 test appointment at 9:30 am - I was on time, it took 10 minutes to get spoken to about them being with me in a minute… finally get attended to, give them my ID, my insurance card - the incompetent pharmacist asks for a “medical card” that I give my doctors office, I tell him yes that is the same card I give my doctors office, he refuses to do anything (lazy - they weren’t busy) so I call my insurance and they confirm that the card I gave is the card with everything on it, it should be enough and then they offered to talk to the pharmacist, so I give them the phone to talk to insurance rep, they took my phone for over 20 minutes & this whole time I thought they were talking to her (I was in drive-thru so I cant hear inside)… apparently not. 45 minutes of waiting, only for the tech to give me my phone back on mute (they had muted the rep from my insurance the whole time because I asked her & she was holding)in addition to the tech finally told me “you’re gonna have to come back our system is messing up!” So your system just started messing up? Okay… Lazy, rude, lying staff.

BEWARE! do not ever go here you will never get good service with the attitude they are in they are liars they lied to me twice I’ve called the department they said that they would give me a PASSPORT PICTURES from this location, clearly they LIED and said that they don’t have the proper equipment when I was clearly lied to from what the HEAD DEPARTMENT told me the MANAGER and TELLER are very disrespectful.
