Kendra Paul: I took the electrical class. The instructor only teaches certain students certain things. Also, they have classes overlapping. Your 5 month class may start in June, then they’ll start another one in August and so on. Before you know it, everyone is in class together with one instructor trying to teach everyone at different levels. So, if you are trying to learn more but your classmates are falling behind, then you will stay behind, because there is only one instructor teaching at least 3-4 classes day and night at the same time.Because of the overcrowding, there is no room for social distancing. Very few people wore mask. Most mask was worn on their chins. Smh.

Jacqueline Reevers: Recently had service to unclog drain, after which left a leak that was not there until after service was completed. Call to have if fixed, plumber came back out, leak not fixed. Second call back to have them come back out and was told there would be a charge for a part. I asked why, Mr Paul was unable to articulate an answer and stated he would just give me my money back. This was one of the answers I received. "You know how when you take a car in to get fixed and they find something else wrong with it. I don't know why its leaking!" Jeff was our plumber, he showed up on time, was very social and friendly and FAST. He was very honest with the issue that we were facing and even offered to look at a couple of other things in the house. David Williams: Brian installed a new kitchen faucet and new shutoff valves under the sink. It must have been a challenge for him due to the fact that one of the valves is behind the dishwasher, which had to be taken out and put back in. And also the old plumbing in my 1960's condo. He did an excellent job and I was impressed. Later that same day, there was water leaking in to the unit 2 floors under mine. Thinking it was related to something Brian had done, I called the company and Brian came back right away. Turned out that it was because a pipe had started leaking when I turned the water for the building back on. It had nothing to do with the work Brian did. Thank you Waterworks!
