Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Mo Mery: Staff is fairly nice and place is well kept up with the amount of customers that come through this place. A lot to choose from.
A Foundational Black American Man: A typical Macy's shopping experience. A tab bit pricier than JCP. And a little more upscale in appearance. Alsi, a tad bit less crowded at the checkout counters on any given day from my experience.

Cindy W.: Literally uncomfortable the whole time I was in there until I showed true interest in purchasing an item. I came here with intention of exchanging a jacket for a smaller size. No one offered any help when I was looking for the return stand and when I asked for direction, the lady glanced at me and look away before answering my question as if I was a nuisance. The return process was easy but the whole interaction was slightly ushered, as if they didn’t want anything to do with you once you wanted to return something.Even when I went to purchase a shoe, they didn’t offer help (when there’s 4 employees standing around) until I looked at one in the eye and requested to try a specific size.Basically, if you don’t have expensive name brands all over your body, they won’t be bothered to help you.My review probably isn’t going to affect them but it’s my two cents on my first time here. Not everyone has to be wearing name brands from head to toe to be able to purchase something. Just sayin’’’

Laura Nadeau: Bought a very expensive pair of Prada sandals, wore them about 4-5 times and a decor button popped off. The store refused to assist with sending back for a repair because the purchase was more than 12mo ago. It’s poor quality on Pradas part, but Saks had terrible service!
Prince Ezell: I have been a fan of the Saks brand for good amount of Years! I believe that they promote a classy brand backed by huge brands like Amiri, Chloe, Gucci, Prada, Fendi, etc. However, their poor customer service really devalues the Saks brand…. I’ll tell you why…. They don’t honor their own policies. Neither do they follow the law! Laws clearly state that a consumer can not be charge for products or services never received or rendered. However, they continue to report that I owe them compensation for a product that I ordered but never received. I haven’t any proof of non receipt, so am I SOL? The short answer according to “Our” policy is, Yes! My advice is to support local businesses that are honest. Screw big business!
Jane Paisopoulos: The phone system at Saks in Troy is the worst! I made 18 calls to get through to their jewelry department- the call goes on hold and gets dropped after several minutes of waiting. Get it together Saks, your customer service has become hideous and intolerable!

La Muñeca: This Macys is inside southland mall and has 3 floors! 3rd floor is called Macy’s backstage where you can find marked down items including name brands even more discounted. I also love the offers around the holidays they have a little bit of everything in there! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. My kids like to ride the escalator lol but I think the kid in all of us does! 😄
