Monisha M: I moved to MI not to long ago and I travel a lot due to work internationally and locally. As a rouge customer, I have been to many different Sephora store and never got this kind of exceptional service from an employee like this before. I was at the store on Friday 04/21 around 2pm. Her name is Ting, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and helped me out with the Armani products. This Sephora store is the only one that carry’s Armani products from where I live. She made me feel welcomed and made sure I was satisfied with what I was looking for. Took her time and shade matched me to where I feel satisfied. Not only that, she constantly checked on me to see if I need any more help. Employees like this is what makes me come back to Sephora compared to the competitors. Please recognize Ting for her exceptional service. Not only her, all of the ladies in the front and the two ladies by the perfume section did an amazing job in asking me if I need help. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and happy!

Breakfast At DD's: I went to Somerset Sephora, and I finally had a good experience, usually the workers don’t know much as me. This time I ran into a worker named Bella and had a good experience, she helped me find everything I was looking for, and was nice on top of that. I hope Bella be there every time I come to Sephora

Erin Reyes: Went in looking for benzoyl peroxide products, was told by a lady that they didn’t carry any and then she interrogated me on my choice of product. Meanwhile I found 2 benzoyl peroxide products, the exact ones I was looking for, on my own. Ironic enough, they were located right in front of her. Ended up leaving empty handed though, since I was so put off by my experience.

LAXMI PRIYA SEKAR: I visited the store around last week to shade match and find a foundation. The girls working there were kind, specially the girl who helped me pick the foundation. She patiently asked for what kind of product I wanted and helped me choose one. The only thing that bugs me is, every time I purchase there, I ask for samples, and they always happen to run out of samples. I would recommend they up their samples game at the check out.
Lia Robinson: I am typically always satisfied with the service provided at my local Sephora but I have recently struggled with making a purchase regarding complexion products as they have gotten rid of the samples. When it comes to complexion products it is a very individual experience. I have been told that I need to purchase over 400$ in foundation in order to choose the best one based on how it works with my skin which is frustrating because not everyone has the ability to spare that cash until they can return the unwanted product.The biggest discrepancy with this that is the most frustrating is that this is one of the only sephoras that does not provide samples anymore. If I want to test a product I now have to go out of the country to do so :(PLEASE WINDSOR SEPHORA BRING BACK SAMPLES!

Laya Antonescu: I usually get amazing help from Sephora employees but there was a woman with blonde short hair who was absolutely rude. I came around 5 and it seemed as though I was an inconvenience to her even though I never asked for any help, I was browsing. Thank you to the kind woman at the door but I will not be coming to this location because of my experience.
Shawntel Harris: I ordered a bottle of cologne before cut off at 5pm, for same day delivery by 9 pm. I get an email that says my order will arrive by 8pm. 8pm comes and the order is still in processing. I call the store. A lady, not sure if she was a manager or not, told me that they close at 8pm and that’s why I didn’t receive it. I asked how can I be reimbursed for my $6.95 same day delivery fee if I didn’t get it the same day and I ordered before cut off. She then told me “you can cancel the order”. Cause apparently that was going to fix the fact that I still WANTED my order!I don’t recommend same day delivery at this location.

She could have politely told him no, but instead she gave him an attitude.2. Sephora gives samples for EVERYTHING.I can't say I'm surprised given Sephora's reputation...but I guess I'll be buying elsewhere.

A St: NOTORIOUS for having stuff “in stock online” and then canceling your pick up order for not actually having it in stock. Very poorly run inventory. Also when going to pick up an order you sit at the front of the store waiting for an employee to help you and they just walk right past you or tell you they can’t help they’ll find someone and never do. This has happened on many occasions

But why are you in store standing there? to help customers right? Im like okay and she turned back around and she went back to filling her tissues. I was in the store for an hour!! At least 4 associates saw me and NOT ONE came up to me to see if I needed anything. The only person that even acknowledged me was actually the lady who I believe was corporate. It was completely unacceptable. If you’re looking for any assistance don’t come to this store, you’re better off going to ulta across the street.
