Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Adrienne Glenn: I'm on the phone now,with someone who works at Old Navy I think they may have forgot, they have me waiting but I've order twice because everything I've wanted no store has it so I have to order them and it has taking, so long to get my order and then for it not to fit or for me not to like it , I like to go see it in the store ,so last night I went to the store and they told me that they have the pants but there still in the back in box's so I just called the store to ask if they had unpacked the boxes yet and they have had me on hold for 35 mins so I'm just going to hang up but I will not be ordering anything if I cannot see it first because it takes so long to get it and then when you get it you have to send it back if you don't like the material or if you don't like the way it fits this if you see it you can determine if you want to take the chance of ordering it

Dinia Nobles: I when to Citi Trends looking for shoes for my 2 three year old grandsons. When I walked into the shoe department, I knew I had waited to late to come shopping. Most of the shelves were barely empty. I guess a lot of people hit the store up, when they got their tax refund. It's not surprising, since Citi Trends always have a very nice selection of shoes at a Great price! However, I did find them one pair each. After I purchased the shoes, I went to another Citi Trends location. I didn't find my grandsons any shoes; but I did find them a lot of clothing items on sale. Some items were marked down for a dollar.

Toya Craig: First, I would like to say the store is very clean and you can find all sizes I do understand that there is a return policy, and we all have rules to follow, but I do think some of the management needs to learn how to treat customers and not just be biased to one race and I hate to use the word race because we are living in a different time but I guess not. I had a bad experience about two weeks ago and yes this is 2023 and this is the month of April and I had it in the month of April with a manager very rude very disrespectful treated me as if I was coming in as a thief came in with a receipt and I like I said I do understand there is a return policy had a very very bad experience with them . I think sometimes we need to be reminded of why we got the position and sometimes we need to go back to the basics, which is how to treat people and I know that some days we have good days and bad days, but never should’ve been taken out on a customer , now other staff members were very very very great. I will not discredit everybody but the management steel needs to be in pool not all of them, but some of them do need to be important, and being reminded of why they got promoted into that position.

The associates also carried on loud personal conversations while using profane and vulgar language. I've been to this location many times. Although the some of the associates are friendly, they lack professionalism. Some customer service training could help get these individuals in line with the standards that Citi Trends have set within their corporation.
