Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Reyna Diamond: BUYER BEWARE; I recently purchased a dress during the week, for a wedding that was the following weekend. I needed the dress hemmed, and the owner said she has a seamstress on staff that could alter it. Days later I came back to get my finished dress, and they seemed strange about me trying it on before leaving...mind you I already purchased the dress and the alterations. I wish I took pictures of the dress....it was so uneven and unprofessional that other customers were laughing at this dress. It was terrible. I asked them politely to fix it and the seamstress replied angrily in Spanish "It's not possible to fix and the dresses come uneven from the warehouse so it's not my fault." What a joke and cop out. She also said she was not a professional seamstress, and just "trying her best." Then why is she charging for services in a retail store? I assured her she could and would fix it and I would be back to get my dress. The day before the wedding, they call me to get my "finished" dress. I drove 40 minutes to get there to try on a dress that they did NOT attempt to fix. Making a mistake is one thing, but making a fool out of me and wasting my time to come back without a resolution is unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Dont give this place your money. They dont care about customer satisfaction, just taking your money.
